Staff was awesome and always smiling 😃

Customer service is everything for my family. Romana always makes us feel at home. We keep going back because of her. Also, the cook that usually works with her, not only cooks really good, but, is always on point with our special orders.

When I go to dine in everything is great , but when I pick half my food is missing sadly I did not check till I got home 20 minutes later. Very disappointed

I love this ihop we always come here But twice this week my to go order was wrong It’s not the cooks, it’s the people in the front taking the order. I’m not sure why it’s so hard, I had to come back and she still didn’t tell him the full order. The cook actually asked me what my order was for himself, thank god Chicken sandwich was slapping!!!! Biscuit and chicken were cooked to perfection. Next time no hash browns on the sandwich idk why she kept trying to add egg and hash browns to my sandwich 🧐 Plain chicken biscuit with the pickles 👌🏽🤞🏽 I’m vexed I gave her a $5 🤣🤣 She need to give that to the cooks

Toke my son here for breakfast and it was very over crowded and the wait is extremely long.

I wanted to have a nice breakfast with my daughter and I left very frustrated, the service at the table was the worst, we asked questions and they practically responded with a bad attitude, at no time did they help us to see if we wanted something else, we had to almost get up to ask them for something!! In the end we got the check and we went to the register and she was there and she let us wait a while as if we were invisible?? The worst service possible. The food, on the other hand, has nothing to do with other ihops we have visited. The avocado toast was with pieces of black avocados!! Don't spend your money here honestly.

THE FOOD, SPECTACULAR, EXCELLENT ATTENTION AND GOOD PRICES

Just left this IHOP, probably one of the worst I’ve been to. No basic manners, the server , I guess also manager? , just slipped the check on the table without a word & left. Chit chatting with a friend and seating in the booth, while serving, where is the professionalism…

The place is small but it takes you back to the original International House of Pancakes. The food was the absolute best taste in a IHOP I've ever had. 👏🏾👏🏾the kitchen. My server was very attentive and kind. Plus, on a busy Disney area Saturday; super quick. Awesome!!

Service was great!!! My husbands pancakes were raw in the middle and our server immediately fixed it. Food was amazing. Was very busy for a Tuesday. Smaller Ihop but definitely swing by and check them out!!!

Havent gone to an i hop in a very long time the service wasnt bad it. The food on the other hand the burger i had wasnt good at all ive had burgers from mcdonalds better then the one i had here.. the drinks doesnt taste good at all. Tasted like pure mango syrup and was supposed to be mango lemonade. Also was my daughters birthday and no service towards that. This ihop has lost its spirit and need a reminder what a family business should be like

Hours need to be updated. 6am-11pm not 24hrs. They only take cash after 9.

I've lived in multiple states and there's only been 2 ihops that I've really enjoyed and that's this location and the one in St. Cloud FL

Showed up was seated and totally ignored Center for 20 minutes no one even checked on us we ended up having to talk to the manager and just leave watch other customers get served after we sat down very bad

Extremely long wait times and not very flexible on food options or menu customizations. Food was mediocre.

The service was impeccable considering they were busy with a line for large parties. My party of 2 was seated immediately, our serve was prompt, and the food was delivered quickly. The eggs were slightly overcooked;however, the had plenty of cheese which was great considering the $1.59 up charge. The cleanness at the front entrance needed attention.

Well the breakfast is great. Haven't really ate dinner there but I'm probably sure it will be good to ur liking. There breakfast is really good, take advantage of it.

They took a while with my dish, my Esposito finished 1st, then the waiter got lost, Bad Bad service

It continues to be a feast at breakfast...well served dishes, typical American abundance...good prices...service is always quick. Go and have fun.

The server was courteous, attentive and friendly. Our food arrived very quickly. The place was packed so we expected to have a long wait, but surprisingly, we were seated right away. We were a party of 7, and our server was great.

Jamila was our server and it seemed like she hated to be there. Very rude and barely interacted with us. Had to ask different servers and even the busser for items. When she finally arrived to the table and we were asking for things she asked rudely “anything else guys” like it was our fault she wasn’t there to check on us when she was supposed to. Also, asked for my meal to have sausage but gave me bacon instead. I know mother’s day is busy but hearing how other servers interacted with their guests she could have put more effort. This was at 10:00am.

The food is delicious and the portions are more than expected. Totally recommend this place

Lovely breakfast comfort food, but the restaurant feels a bit ‘sticky’; It is also not uncommon to receive dirty cutlery or find some dirty napkins lying around.

I’ve always came around this area for vacation/other. But this is my first time that I did not like or finished my food. Me and my family and even other parties of families there did not even finish or were satisfied with the food. The service was good and all but plz watch out what u eat and what u buy

Staff was very friendly and out waitress was very good. Food came out quickly. My daughter and I both enjoyed what we got and the pancakes along with French toast were fantastic.

We live near the IHOP that's on W Vine St. And never have any issues. Our Walter, Erika, was the worst waiter we've ever had. She didn't even welcome us to the table and just tossed al the utensils on our table. During the whole experience, she didn't even stop once to check up on us. We had to ask the busser for condiments, who was fantastic, by the way. Finally, we had to go to the front and look for the waiter to pay because apparently we were invisible.

Nice clean store of the nation chain. Guessing this location has been around a while due to the size and layout. However the staff and food were great. I had a Big Steak omelette and my companion the Pesto Veggie Egg omelette. She substituted 3 chocolate Happy Face pancakes instead of traditional. They were great with substitutions and the food was huge. Definitely a to go box for us. No rush to leave. Recommend.

Well we got here with my 92 yrs old dad almost empty we had to wait for our white host until she felt like take care of us and guest what she instead of sitring us in a booth in the common diner part she took us to this small part near the bathroom and suprised all sitting there where spanish too and as they come and go all of them latinos like us the other side all white you know how we falt lime we where in the 50 and the back of th bus. What kind of prople you have working here racist.our server joana was professional and was the only good thing of this place

Did not wait long. The cooks put out food fast. Food was breakfast food everything hot except my hash brown i like them totally cooked. Their were only the top and bottom anythingg n between were ok. Just fuzzy. But other wise all good.

I ordered the chicken fajita omelet. The omelet and the chicken were very bland. The customer service was on point. Very polite.

The waitress, who was also the manager provided poor service. She never checked on us and put the check down, and kept walking. When I asked who the manager was, they replied the person who served you. Loosey server and poor customer relation.

We went to this location right now and the cookers and the servers say that we have to leave the location because we were 15 people and they can’t help us because the time really? What kind of service is that ? If I can rate the service 0 I will.

Great stop after a nice run/walk at Lakefront Park! If you go during peak times service may be a little spoty but the food is always on point!

Great food at reasonable prices.

I have eaten in other restaurants of this chain, and it has been excellent, but in this place the food was a little different, but what I liked the most was the attention of a colored waitress, all the time very rude and with an angry face. I don't understand, ...if you don't like that job, you should look for a different one, I think that caring for people is the most important thing in these places.

I like coming to have breakfast, but they need better cooks. Had to send the eggs back 3 times because they were undercooked.

The location has barely any parking. While waiting for our food I've asked for the Wifi pass code and our waiter said we don't have wifi then she I'm not allowed to give out the password cuz the manager don't want us. Waiter did not attend to us only time we saw her is when she gave us our check Atmosphere was good. So I would say this place is Mediocr

I ordered with Uber Eats and they were by far not the issue. I ordered the cupcake pancakes and when I got them, there was no frosting or whipped cream. The sprinkles were in the pancakes but that’s all that made them more than just their regular pancakes. Also, I ordered a hot chocolate and it was mostly just hot water that had a glimmer of a chocolate taste. I’m sure this is a one time thing, but I was already having a bad day so.

Ordered through Ubereats and did not receive my whole order (I don't know if this was caused by IHOP or Ubereats). The New Fresh Strawberries & Cream Biscuit I did not like. The eggs, they just slapped a piece of cheese on top of the eggs, I guess they were too busy or lazy to mix in the cheese.

Probably one of the best IHOP franchises I’ve ever been to. Large food portions, good service and overall clean. My wife and I stayed in Kissimmee for a few weeks and came here regularly for breakfast. It never disappointed.

Went at 6am for breakfast. Very dirty. Floor tables and windows. The whole place is filthy. Our waitress was nice. But we won't come back to this place. So dirty! Perkins is right next door, so skip this ihop and go to Perkins. Food was good service was nice but the place is disgusting. I'd give negative stars for atmosphere and cleanliness if I could. Bathroom hasn't been cleaned in forever....if ever?

Ordered milkshakes through Uber but didn’t receive it, I got my refund but I don’t know why that happened if it was on my receipt.

This is your standard, run of the mill IHOP. What sets this place apart is the server Lenka. She is amazing at her job. She doesn't take notes, yet is on point with whatever you order. She is patient and attentive. She will stop by your table every now and then and check up on you with a touch of humor. I just loved her wit. Thank you Lenka for making our visit an enjoyable one.

Pancakes and hashbrowns were delicious. I ordered the smokehouse breakfast and the sausage was basically a hot dog so not my favorite but the pancakes made up for it. Choices of syrup including strawberry, blueberry, and butter pecan. Service was great!

Very busy but fast service and great food I had the spicy pablono omelette with cheese cake pancakes amazing and wife had the big Breakfast it was great but she kept trying to eat off my plate lol. Anyway the portions were great because half came home and the bill was under $40 which is amazing for Orlando

Food is always good and the servers are always accommodating, but so busy during brunch hours at weekends, that the wait time are way too long for me. Props to the servers for always being cheerful.

Had an excellent dining experience the waitress ramona was exceptional at her job. Serving and remaining active throughout the entire experience.

We had a great experience! Food came out quickly and was delicious. Our server, Ramona, didn't stop moving in the almost two hours we were there. She was very friendly and handled our party of seven (plus one fussy infant) with grace and patience.

I visited there and my car rental got hit in the front parking lot. All else was great, the service was great and food was good. Lots of food too.
