Store is getting old but since it is in a industrial neighborhood it will pass. Prices are lower than other stores. Love to come here with money from recycling metals.

I don’t buy food there often because I like cooking or I go to a restaurant, but my father was sick and I just passed by to pick up something for him. He has cardiac issues and it’s trying to loose weight ,he is also a recently diagnosed diabetic. I didn’t want to buy rice and beans , just fish , vegetables and some salad . First I asked for some fish with a piece of pumpkin and veggies. Then they said the pumpkin was in the counter across the room and of course they couldn’t get it . After making a line , if I wanted the pumpkin, I had to make another line across the room . Then I asked for some salad instead, and they said, what rice ? I said , no rice . They seemed to be offended by the fact that I didn’t want the rice . Then they said “ if you don’t buy the rice everything is going to be charged separately and not as part of “la completa “. The price of a one serving of mahi mahi was 24 dollars, no side dish. I was surprised of how expensive. Besides, they were rude and had terrible customer service skills. I thought it was unreal that I was going to end up paying 30 or 35 dollars for salty, over priced food ,bought on a disgusting counter , with even flies flying above it. I simply left . Never again I would go there again. It was a bad experience.

Don’t trust the juices here if u tell them the juice is bad they will go taste the juice and act like it’s ok because they won’t want to refund you

The food is very good as is the staff...but I would like to know why this place is so prosperous...Because the owner has not installed air conditioning...this is as if I were in Cuba. They have the staff in precarious conditions with all that heat those kitchens and everything closed... it's an oven for roasting pork... everyone should leave and leave it without employees and let the owner come and work alone so he knows what it feels like... I brought my aunt and she screamed for me Let's leave this place...to another one that has air, you can't stand the heat, it's inhuman...the owner, let's stop being stingy a little and get busy!!!!...

Hot garbage, ordered two days in a row got cancelled with no explanation causing me to waste a ton of time. If you don’t have the items listed on the DoorDash why even put it up. Not only that but why does it take 15min+ to cancel the order if you don’t have it? Won’t be ordering from here again I don’t have time to be wasting. Edit: I initially left a negative review for this establishment due to my frustrating experiences with order cancellations on DoorDash. On two separate occasions, my orders were abruptly canceled with no explanation, causing me to waste a significant amount of time. If the items are not available, they should not be listed on DoorDash. Moreover, it is baffling why it takes over 15 minutes to cancel an order if the items are out of stock. This inefficiency is unacceptable, and I resolved not to order from here again as I cannot afford to waste my time. Despite my previous experiences, I decided to give this restaurant one final chance today. I hoped that I could update my review to a positive one since I genuinely dislike leaving negative feedback. Unfortunately, this latest experience has only solidified my disappointment and frustration. Today, I placed an order through DoorDash, hoping for a smooth and satisfactory experience. Instead, I received a call from a worker who, astonishingly, asked me to cancel the order myself through the DoorDash app because they were out of food. I explained that canceling the order myself would result in losing my money, as DoorDash does not refund orders canceled by the user. Despite my clear and reasonable explanation, the worker disregarded my concerns and told me, in no uncertain terms, that I was out of luck and needed to cancel the order myself. This interaction was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability from any business I patronize. The complete lack of regard for my time and money is unacceptable. It is the responsibility of the restaurant to manage their inventory and update their listings on delivery platforms accurately. Furthermore, asking a customer to cancel their own order, knowing it would result in a financial loss, is both unethical and unprofessional. In conclusion, this experience has confirmed my initial assessment of this establishment. The repeated order cancellations, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior of the staff have left me with no choice but to reiterate my dissatisfaction. I urge potential customers to consider these issues before ordering from this restaurant. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to their operations and customer service. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant. My time and money are valuable, and I expect a certain level of professionalism and reliability when ordering food. Sadly, this establishment has failed to meet even the most basic standards.

They gave me a decorated flower onion from the rice😂 it was a silly request but I’m glad the place isn’t so strict that they can do that. Also really good cookies and cream icecream bars they have, along with the rice pudding.

The pork skins are a 10 out of 10 . Milkshake was delicious! Tamales Chef's Kiss!! Everything was so clean. Was headed to our flight so we didn't get too much but had to try before we left❤️

The side where they sell fish, with flies. Careful!!! Gentlemen battery impectors. It's not nice to see that and those who work there don't even care. The conditions for the employees are barbaric heat. I have been to other juice palaces and the place looks better. This zero manager on the ballot.

Altercation between customer and homeless. Homeless going around the restaurant asking for change. Homeless spilled drink on customer's bike. Management walked around and went back in again. Food was alright for the price point; taste was good. Never coming back.

I love the food, it is very varied, with excellent quality.

This place is filled with aroma and the atmosphere is buzzing. Food is everywhere and everything looks so delicious. It’s hard to choose. You need at least 5 to 10 minutes to push through the crowd to see all of the food displays. Then, you have to back and see what you like. They do offer samples of you are curious. There is spacious outdoor seating, but there is a mild amount of flies that may join you. They weren’t too bad. The folks serving the food don’t speak a lot of English and it can be hard to hear over the noise from the other people there, so there was a lot of pointing lol.

What terrible service, and excuse me if I don't speak your language for saying carnitas al puerco con onion. I don't recommend it nor will I stop there again) I come from Texas and I don't understand the way they explained it, it was just that they treated me kindly 👌

I came from Las Vegas to see the famous Palacio de los Juices and what I found was the Chocolate lot. The best thing was the food, because the service was terrible, 4 girls talking to each other, seeing that I'm ready to order and I also ask and no one responds, I had to wait patiently for the girls to want to work, I stopped buying things I wanted because I didn't feel comfortable in the place, the environment was bad because of the same workers mentioned above. The floor was dirty and sticky, as were the tables, which is why I couldn't eat there. My experience was horrible and I would never recommend that place.

Exquisite food. but the customer service that at this time treated an elderly woman badly, they passed her number and they told her that she had to take another number and queue again, what a shame, gentleman.

It is a shame that such a frequented place is at the same time a place with such a lack of professional ethics and poor treatment of customers by both the clerks and the manager of the place. Where they treated my co-worker and colleague very badly. very disrespectful way. Many people do not know that there is a numbering system or where they call and it is normal that they can miss it, therefore they must have a little patience and humanity when assisting the staff and even less if they are older people. Use to love this place, but as somebody that works in the industry if you’re gonna serve somebody ready to eat food you must have gloves on. No employee had gloves on while serving your food. The man that served my plate hands look like they been in water all day, it was really gross I didn’t even bother to eat my food after that.

Excellent service! I ordered catering for my daughter's birthday and we were very satisfied with everything. The Food was very well packaged and tasted good. Everyone was delighted with the quality of the food.

I came here for Cinco de Mayo weekend for some masas de puerco( Cuban chicharron) I took a ticket and getting served was pretty fast I didn't have to wait long. I ordered my masas, got some yuca(cassava),lechon, a side of mojo and saw some little fritters made of Coco (a root vegetable similar to cassava) and those were delicious,$2.99 I think for the order of 4. I opted to sit right there and eat, got some drinks and 2 limes and asked the young lady to cut for me. The experience was good but what would make it great would be if the ladies were welcoming and smiled. It's like all of them are stoic and unfriendly like a luggage belt just wanting to hurry deal with you and get you out. Aside from that it's a Miami staple to try.Also, try one of the little flans, they're perfect portions and delicious 🤤

I won't return to this place again. Rice with chicken is more expensive than other dishes, I don't know why. and it was dry and full of artificial flavors. I ordered a papaya juice and it tasted expired, I asked to change it and the juice manager didn't want to, as if the establishment was going to go bankrupt for changing a simple juice.

Good service, at rush hour there is no parking, variety of food, good quantity place with little maintenance, a little messy ordering and payment, just to eat and leave.

We loved it! Large portions of homemade food at a very good price. Super recommended!

I went to that place with my friends...we were looking for some Cuban food, there is so little kindness on the part of everyone, the Security would have a complex about looking at people with a bad face...do you not realize that you are losing business by making people feel everyone bad...I bought my food and I left...I'm not up for bad digestion 🤮

As always everything excellent!!! Fresh food, well prepared, very clean environment and super nice staff, everyone very attentive! I highly recommend it especially to take away and try excellent food in Miami at reasonable prices.

Recommended by a friend who lives there. Nobody spoke English and the girl that assisted us, instead of pointing out our options (some items u can only get if u buy large plate) spoke with her fellow workers and laughed at us. Felt very unwelcomed . Service could.been better for those who doesn't speak the language or wanting to try the food.

Got back from the cruise and the Uber driver suggested us to go to El Palacio de los Jugos. We said okand he drove us here with all our bags since our Airbnb wasn't ready, so we had time to kill. We entered the area they were preparing the food so they were getting ready. This place had a lot of people coming and ordering food to go or to dine in. The place is like A la carte there are many items you can pick. Some items are priced differently and some items are weighed like the ox tails. Make sure you ask and they will tell you. -Food - the food are displayed buffet tray heaters and so much to choose from. I ordered a quarter chicken, ropa vieja, ox tail, empanada, rice with pork chucks, and guava pastry 4/5 -Quarter Chicken: awesome flavor the chicken was tender and tasty 4.1/5 - Ropa Vieja: great stewed beef very flavourful 4/5 - ox tail: pricey but very tasty and tender 4.3/5 - Rice with Pork chucks: great rice with pork just awesome 4/5 - Empanadas chicken and beef: the empanada were tasty 4/5 - Guava Pastry: tasty flaky and yummy the guava filling was very tasty 4.5/5 - Mamey juice: it was okay 3/5 - Atmosphere: it is not cozy just not really good atmosphere. I wouldn't want to stay around after you eat and I would just get the food to go. 2/5 - Service: The service is okay not the best especially if you never been there. You pull the ticket to get called so you can order. I had to ask how much the were some of the items don't have a price. 3/5 Would I go back to this location: yes

I mean it’s a deli place, so not the vibe at restaurants but tons of food for the $. No one speaks English though, so it was a bit difficult to get my order but it was easy enough to get what I want. The girl who helped me was so helpful, she suggested what’s good as well! The food is so good, and the juice is freshhhhh. Recommend!

Infortunadamente las chicas que atienden son muy poco amables, son demasiado lentas a para atender, uno como cliente busca un lugar agradable y que haya buena atención porque la comida si es muy rica, pero las empleadas necesitan unas clases de atención al cliente, el dueño debería decirles , si no tienen buena disposición para atender lamentablemente las despido y así, creo yo, que serían más amables. Me gustó mucho el lugar, la comida está servida y usted pide lo q desea, te sirven cantidad y el precio súper económico, la comida es divina, el lugar es muy concurrido, por lo general la comida es para llevar pero puedes sentarte a comerla en sus mesas. Aquí consigues también dulces y jugos. Recomendado.

Lo peor entre los peores , una decepción muy grande, llamé antes de venir para preguntar si tenían un producto que añoraba probar en ese momento y me dijeron que lo tenían y al llegar me habían mentido , terminé comprando otra cosa y la calidad mala la verdad , y la atención y el servicio con cero profesionalidad, es todo, muy decepcionado 😞
