Great local comfort food, service and cafecito!!

It's a place like Latin food, there's a little bit of everything, the prices are affordable but it's not a big deal.

I have been going for lunch but today was the worst day.

Good place, I recommend it, the service can improve but everything is positive

Last night, we went to dinner and ordered pork chops. My friend is disabled and only has use of one hand. We asked for the cook to chop up the meat because of his limitation. The waitress gave us a looked stated. The cook will do you the favor this time because it is slow but will not do it if it is busy. My friend was embarrassed, and we paid and left right away. What was said did not sit well with me. I returned this morning to talk to the manager about the service. The manager advised that they do not give that service because someone returned a meal that was cut for them. The moral of this story is if you have a disability and come to this restaurant. Expect to have a limited menu. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Thank you for your response. I will leave my number for you to contact me.

You know this place is a hit or miss , sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's disappointing apart from it being a bit expensive for what they serve in my opinion it's an okay place. I don't eat there often but when I do it's like whatever

After reading the comments on this place near my house, I decided to have dinner with my family. Negative comments about this place should not exist since this reminds me of the tasty food of my childhood, a unique flavor and a pleasant atmosphere, the super friendly and gentle workers, they recommend the best. If you want to try a seasoning like that of home, do not hesitate to visit this restaurant, it is wonderful

I recommend this restaurant 100%!!! Good food, good service and very good prices!!!! I can say that the best chicken Fried food that I have eaten; it is one of my favorite dishes!! The palomilla steak is also highly recommended!! In general everything super!!

Yesterday afternoon I visited this restaurant in search of Cuban food since my family and I usually visit North Pole but we wanted to change and opted for this new place. The place is cozy, it looks like a bar from old Havana back in Cuba and as for the food, when I tried it I saw myself sitting on the couch in my house there in Cuba eating some good beans from my grandmother. Exquisite food, with original flavor of my land. There was no complaint on our part. We will surely return.

I had an incredible experience at Pasapoga. The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional, Vanessa the waitress was amazing and she is the best waitress that you could have. The parking situation was also excellent, which made the visit even more convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a diverse and delicious menu. Definitely worth a visit! I had an amazing experience in Pasapoga. The food was fantastic and the customer service was exceptional, without a doubt Vanessa is the best waitress in the world, the treatment and attention on her part was unique and unmatched. The croqueta preparada is a generous portion, very dry (added ketchup/tabasco to lubricate), service was on point, they have fountain drinks but no refills…. stingy 5000

My family and I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately in the recent years the food and service have lost quality. This morning I requested a toast with extra butter … our waiter takes the toast back (it was plain) and when she brought it back to me look what they did. This really is just disgusting! Shame on them!!

A decent dining experience at the Cuban restaurant, but with some notable downsides. Unfortunately, the vaca frita de pollo didn't impress, lacking flavor and coming out quite dry. Similarly, the fish was overly dry and not very enjoyable. On a positive note, the burger was surprisingly good, juicy, and well-seasoned. While the ambiance was pleasant and the service was satisfactory, the inconsistency in the food quality makes it hard to recommend wholeheartedly. Three stars.

Good to share with family, very attentive employees

My last experience was unfortunately unfortunate, I understand that the restaurant closes at 12am but we arrived at 11:45pm with the intention of ordering something simple at the take-out window and the girl immediately addressed us in a very abrupt manner without even saying good night and telling us that he was very sorry but that they were already closing. What a shame because I've been coming to this restaurant uninterruptedly for 10 years but I think from now on it will be different.

The whole experience was very good. The place is very clean and neat. The menu is big enough to give guests plenty of options. The food was delicious. We tried many different dishes and they were all on point. Croquetas, The Pasapoga soup, breaded shrimp, ropa vieja, lomo saltado, arroz frito, everything was very, very good. And the sangria… simply fantastic. In addition the service was extraordinary.

I ate the fried snapper with white rice and black beans. The snapped was moist, unfortunately not very tasty. A bit more seasoning was required for my personal taste.

I have been a customer of Pasapoga for 8 years...sometimes I have eaten or ordered up to 3 times a week...one of my favorite restaurants...just for their food...NEVER AGAIN...it has already happened to me several times...bad food ...it no longer has the flavor it used to...badly served...I no longer recommend this place.Today I ordered sautéed filet...and they barely served me any meat...which also had a bad taste...as did the palomilla... Today I decided... that I will not return to that restaurant.

I was looking for a place to have breakfast, close to where I was I found several places and I chose this Cuban restaurant where they treated me wonderfully and I loved the breakfast. Thank you Yaíma for your treatment of the client. I had half of the Cuban sandwich for breakfast because I couldn't handle it all, it's huge and a delicious coffee with milk, I appreciate it because the last one I had at a gas station I had to throw away 😂 The menu is very varied and very well priced.

At Pasapoga Restaurant, enjoy delicious Spanish cuisine. From paella to tapas, each bite is a taste of Spain. It's the perfect place for a meal with friends or family.

Not the same since they sold location to another owner. Ordered chicken soup and it was literally only potatoes and a small corn like 1/3 cup of small chicken pieces and it was a large... I ended up having to put in my own chicken into it 🙃 I find that to be a waste on money and time. Thanks for nothing. I will not be back and I truly don't recommend going to this restaurant. Look up another cuba restaurant in the area you will thank me later 🤷‍♀️

Again, I ordered from here, I received what I didn’t order. Unbelievable that these people don’t even care about making it right. I will definitely never order from here again. Order from El Rinconcito Latino. Way better service and food.

Visiting from California, went here to my surprise horrible customer service no one look interested to service us, menus arrived we ordered the server who was a blonde lady, told us what we order they run out, with nasty attitude and cold answers of what we were asking, since what we wanting to eat wasn’t available according to her… we ordered coffee and appetizers, the blonde waitress began to tell us that we needed to order full meals, that we couldn’t be sit inside unless we order full meals that it was by the owners rules that no customers were allow to sit inside if was only for coffee and appetizers. Not mention of how she said it with remarks of discrimination . I honestly was so upset that all I wanted at that moment was to leave felt discriminated, disrespected. I’m asking everyone who had experience similar service from this place to report it. Owners of Pasapoga restaurant do not deserve my money. I was so disappointed, and disturbed that we end up leaving without speaking with the manager. I wanted to taste Cuban food therefore my family from Miami choose this place to only left with and ugly horrible impression .

The food is very expensive for a third-rate restaurant. In addition, there is less and less in the main dish and prices are rising. You should be less ambitious with money.
