Update. It's been about 4 months since my last trip to Ellianos. And they get 5 stars this time. Everything was perfect, the staff hadn't opened yet, and I felt rude waiting until 6am but I really wanted to give them a shot. They didn't disappoint. Opened on time, and the girl was super sweet and in a good mood. I told her about my experience with the last bagel and she made sure it was covered in cream cheese. And my drink was perfect. Also, the last 2 times I reviewed this location they promptly reached out to me and offered to make it right. Great business. I will be back.

The Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Don't get it. It's embarrassing. Expectation versus reality. It's like "almost nailed it" joke. 😂

The coffee is strong, unlike other chains I have been to. They have a great selection and the prices are great. I’d say it’s better than any other place I’ve been to in the area. The freezers actually taste like coffee and not just sugar. Highly recommended.

First time ever to visit an Elianos coffee place so didn’t have a clue what to do. When I asked the young lady taking orders in the driveway she was helpful in directing me; however, the signage posted was apparently incorrect and I could have pulled up in the driveway in the first place had I ‘known’ that!!! Another sign out said to “scan for the menu” which didn’t work (good thing I just wanted a plain coffee…). When I told the attendant who took my order the QR code scanner wasn’t working she said she would let the manager know and apologized. My coffee was good and a good price. Staff friendly. Very busy location.

There food Was ok but there line was so long waited 30-50 minutes not worth the line.

We visited Eliano’s for the first time today and Mina, our barista, helped me and my daughters all pick drinks: chai, latte, and a fizzy! We loved them. Drive through was packed but super fast! “Thank you” to Mina and all the baristas at Eliano’s!

Mina's customer service skills were exemplary!!

The young individual who took our order was very Pleasant and Professional! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I order from this location just about every morning. Forgive me for not remembering the girls name who served us. I did want to send a thank you to her for how pretty my coffee looked. Also thank you for being so helpful and upbeat. She's the one with all of the crystal bracelets and friendly face. Some of them can be very moody/rude.

I drive from Gainesville to Alachua (despite there being a location in Gainesville) just for the service and food at this location. Cassidy is the best. Always friendly and she knows my order! Move over Starbucks. Your days are numbered. Lol.

Extremely sweet coffee. The blended coffee is already sweet, and they add a heaping amount of syrup to the cup, for more sweetness? First time getting extra syrup added to a coffee when I didn’t ask for it. The service was friendly and fast, but we really didn’t enjoy our cups of sugar.

They are always so nice. And I always get a cookies and cream freezer Sometimes with one of your sausage bowl. My Barista today was Megan and she was very friendly. And i loved her pink hair.

Great little drink place, I rate atmosphere low because it's a cute place but only a drive-through. I recommend the redbull rush, it is my go-to. It's a little expensive for drinks (reminds me of starbucks), but overall, it's a good place I recommend 7/10

I got a white mocha with coconut milk and it was horrible! It was bitter and white mocha should be sweet! Also my drink came with 1 shot and they are over priced. Then when I told them they made it wrong the guy wanted to argue with me. Instead of their motto if u have time to lean u have time to clean it should b to make these drinks with a li ttle more time and change your white mocha powder u use!

I only purchased a drink through the drive-thru, no food. This was the best caramel mocha @ 120° I've had here. Kudos to the person making my drink. Very busy, but still quick and good taste.

Ellianos is the best coffee around and the Alachua store is the best of the best! This visit we were served by Amelia and Ryla. But can’t leave out Cam, he’s awesome. He’s served us many times and nails it every time! We order a guilt free freezer and no other coffee chain can make them like Ellianos! Also the service is excellent. They are very popular and the lines can get long but they come out and take your order. They’ve got it going on. Everyone is always very nice!

Iced Coconut Brûlée is my favorite. I also often get the toasted chicken salad croissant with craisins. Fast & Friendly service!

Gavin was very patient and standing in the line ahead of the window to take our order. The food was delicious and drive thru is very efficient.

I go there often for coffee and a bagel (you can get strawberry cream cheese!) and the service is very good. They’re only a drive through so sometimes the lines get long but they’ll have an employee come out and take your order and then bring it to you when the drive through lane is backed up. They try and be as quick and efficient as possible and honestly each time I’ve gone (which is a lot now that I think about it… I may need an intervention) they have been awesome. Today I went and I was helped by Gavin and Emma who are really cool and nice! Summary: the food and drinks are great and the customer service is awesome so please give it a chance! And if you like please review. They’re very nice people at elianos and they deserve the praise.

Service here is absolutely amazing, especially Gavin and Emma who helped me out this morning. Since moving to Alachua a few months ago, Ellianos has become my favorite coffee shop to visit. If you haven’t tried the Tuscany toffee already, you have definitely got to. Also love the guilt free options.

I enjoyed a hot turtle latte with oat milk at my first visit, I fell in love with the smooth, sweet, and creamy flavor! There's 2 drive throughs on opposite ends so service is fast and friendly. Looking forward to trying more coffee & food next time at Ellianos!

This has become a morning lol piece of heaven after dropping my twin boys off to school I enjoy a FRESH cup of Chai Latte tea (HOT) w/ splash of French vanilla that a worker there put me on to and I’ve been ordering every since when I want a GOOD CUP of warmth 😃! U must try this location

I have tried countless times to continue to patronize Ellianos as a local business but I’m continuously met with attitude and wrong orders. I get attitude because I politely told you this hot coffee isn’t mine and I ordered a cold drink? Today was my last order. Can’t wait until the Starbucks is built here.

I actually love Ellianos and I’m pleasantly surprised that we have one in Alachua. Overall it’s a tad pricey but the service at this location has been fantastic every single time I’ve been here. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I know that whatever I’ve ordered will come out tasting delicious. This is one of my favorite places to come and get a coffee flavored treat!

Ellianos has become my fave coffee stop because of its sugar free options. Starbucks can’t compare and the shop in Alachua gets it right every time. I travel for work and hit up every store from Stark to Montgomery and this one is the best. They always have my flavors and serve it with a smile.

Great place for a pick me up!! Driving by to go on a nature walk with the pups and saw a lot of buzz at a coffee shop by the road! There were a lot of cars and we were in and out so quick, very impressed! Wonderful service and even better folks, try the chicken salad sandwich (freakin delicious)!

This review isn't about the quality of the coffee / food, but about how Elliano's manages the two drive thru lanes. Be careful when arriving at a busy time - Elliano's may screw you over on time depending on what line you get in. There are two lines - one routes on the inside of the building (near the parking lot) and the other goes around the outside of the building. This morning, we arrived and got in the line that goes around the outside. We watched as an employee came outside and took orders at each car window using a handheld device in the other line for everyone waiting in that line while we waited 20+ minutes to go through the line we were in. Cars that arrived in the other line 10 minutes after we got in our line all received their orders and were on their way long before we even had the chance to place our orders. The employees were all busy making the drinks for the other line because their orders were collected at their car window. Treat the lines fairly. Why should one line have to wait extra long while the other line gets speedy service? We're all in a rush to get to work and get on with the day. Terrible management of the queue lines.

I have made special trips from Gainesville just to get my favorite smoothie (strawberry & banana). Twice recently I have made a blank trip because I was told they were out of bananas. Ok one time is acceptable, but twice in a month??!! It was only 9:30 a.m. Publix is in view just down the road! I mentioned that to the worker and she says it is a popular item. Duh! So order more bananas or run down to Publix. My order of $15 alone would pay for a good banana bunch! I pulled off and will think twice about driving to this location. Maybe someone will get the importance of supply chain management. I should add when they have bananas smoothie is very good! I buy one for immediate consumption and one for freezer. 😋 I saw one other comment about blending. Employees could improve blending so I am not slurping slimy bananas at bottom. Overall I still love the smoothies! Update 1/19 No Bananas!🥲 Update 2/27 No Bananas at SW 75th!😳 This is bananas!! Really!!??

I just had the best experience at Eliano’s. I’ve ever had at any one that I’ve been to. Taylor was absolutely amazing and friendly. She also sung to us with a very cheerful Christmas mood. Taylor you dear are the BEST!! The four drinks that we received were absolutely tasteful as well!

Drive Thru Only! My first time visiting after driving by all week. Ordered an iced Tuscany and it was a 10/10. The real treat to my visit was that my van was too tall to fit thru the drive thru, so I called to ask if I could order online or go inside. They said no, but she saw me in the parking lot and offered to walk out and get my order. That is the best customer service I’ve experienced in months. This is the way to make a customer for life. Thanks for a great drink and experience.

This was my first time at Ellianos today and wow was it perfect! A girl with some blue in her hair , she told me her name was OJ, she helped me and was so patient with me when I was asking questions and she was very nice. I’ll definitely be back again to see her. It was so good!

We had been hearing about Ellianos for a while. On a road trip we saw it and decided to stop. The worker was very patient and friendly. We ordered two vanilla lattes with heavy cream. Delicious! Nice strong coffee flavor with the right amount of sweetness. And our dog loved the pup cup of whipped cream she offered!

On a long drive and couldn't stay awake. Saw Ellianos and decided I needed a coffee boost. Coffee was great, service was quick and easy. Would visit again!

By far the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE IVE RECIEVED IN ABOUT A DECADE !! Not only were the employees AMAZING & welcoming they also help you decide what drinks are the best option for what you’re looking for . The lady that was working the drive thru window this morning was an absolute angel . She explained to me what was in the different drinks made a couple recommendations & had my entire out to me within 3 mins I was in total shock , lol . Such a pleasant experience and it really set the bar extremely high for my customers service expectations for other coffee chains , which is always a complete nightmare . Thank you so much to all the employees at Ellianos Alachua you are greatly appreciated:)

Fantastic spot off the highway. Easy in and out, and great menu with something for everyone. Tried the pumpkin spice chai and it's easily the best I've had. Definitely check this spot out!

Asked for light ice and they just filled my cup up half way of drink and would not fill it up the rest of the way. And it's false advertisement because it shows a picture of it full with light ice in it. And I paid 6 something dollars for it.

Best breakfast bowls seasoned perfectly.! Coffees and all beverages superb! The only negative comment is they are not across the street from me!

The only reason why I gave the atmosphere for this place 3 stars is because it's a drive-through only. Other than that, the coffee drinks are awesome, and the baked goods have always been on point. The staff at times can be a little flaky, but they get your orders right about 75% of the time. It's definitely worth a detour if you're coming down I-75, you're headed to the Springs, or you're heading in to work.

First time ever coming here. We pulled off the highway to get gas and coffee and decided to go with this place. Super nice employees. Drive through on both sides of the building and they were very fast.

We found this coffee shop after a trip to the Retirement Home for Horses. I'm so glad we stopped. I have had 3 coffees from there and my only complaint is that while I ordered them the same way...2 the exact same coffee.... they were slightly different each time..I supposed extra flavor means something different to everyone. However I am still giving them 5 stars because 2 or the 3 coffees I got tasted much less sweet/ flavored than I usually drink and I actually still really enjoyed my coffee and the flavor of the coffee. I tend to drink cream and sugar with a hint of coffee as my husband jokes so being able to drink coffee that actually tasted like coffee was great. Most coffee shops the coffee tastes burnt but this place was great. Will definitely be back!

Always a pleasant stop! Highly recommend! I have never been disappointed and they have always gone the extra mile when I get my little boy a drink. He gets a frozen chocolate milk with whip and sprinkles!

This Ellianos is literally the best one available. Customer service is IMPECCABLE EVERY TIME. All of the people inside this location are exceptional at their jobs, including making sure your orders are correct. Highly recommend everything on their menu 😅 My favorite is a Mocha Freezer or the Turtle. 10/10 best coffee shop available.

This is a drive up coffee shop. The staff is friendly and service is efficient. I have limited visits but so far, so good.

This place is hit/miss, and I guess it depends on who's working(maybe). On this particular visit, we waited behind a Ford F-250 for probably 20 minutes(16 of them with him idle at the window) for him to get 2 drinks and a sandwich. We pull up and get 3 smoothies, and they ask us to pull forward. My smoothie was damn near un-drinkable because it was nearly a solid chunk of ice... finally finished it south of Ocala on I-75. Bad visit.
