They did a great job! On time setting up the equipment, explained how to use the system clearly, and are very easy to work with.

Our organization chose Maine Audio Visual for our first Silent Disco event on North Haven Island. Jimmy was super friendly and quick to adapt as our DJ when the need arose. All of the head sets we rented from them worked tremendously and there was never a dull moment. The music choices he curated were spot on with a broad range of ages that attended. I can't recommend this company enough. We will be repeat customers for them, for sure!

The equipment is always on point, and at such a reasonable rate! We look forward to booking more events with their help for production!

I have nothing but good things to say about the owner, JT ,and the equipment. My friends had a wedding that was off grid and outdoors and none of us knew exactly what we needed, but Maine AV was the place that popped up on a search, so we called him up! He walked us through exactly what we needed, plus a few backups that I'm SO GLAD we had (none of us realized we were gonna need an extra mic for the speeches, but thankfully we had a wireless to pass around thanks to him planning backups!) He answered our many questions that popped up before the delivery, and was awesomely quick at responding. Delivery and pickup were prompt, and he walked me through everything. By the time he left, I knew how all the bits worked, and he patiently tested everything to make sure we had full batteries and everything was ready to go. I got so many compliments for MY skills at running the mixer, but sincerely, he deserves the credit for giving us amazing equipment that JUST WORKED. Recently rented a PA from Maine Audio Visual for my wedding in Portland. Delivery was seamless, all of the equipment worked perfectly, and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a sound system for an event.

Jimmy is an incredible wealth of knowledge and has an arsenal of electronics giving him the capability to bring to life what ever you can dream up! I recently had Jimmy outfit my wedding with a wifi hot spot, big screen smart TV, wireless mics, professional speakers and subs, all kinds of incredible lighting, and he had everything else you could imagine from extension cords, power strips, and extension cord covers. Not only does he give you the option to be your own DJ but he himself can DJ your event as well! Honestly, Jimmy way exceeded our expectations and made my wife and I’s wedding a very special day we will never forget. I would highly recommend his service as he will custom fit any event you are trying to plan. Thank you Maine Audio Visual!!

We just had our wedding this weekend and Maine Audio Visual was an amazing service! We decided to make our own playlists instead of hiring a DJ and James delivered all the equipment we needed to make our music happen! I was worried about setting up the equipment outside for our ceremony, but he had everything needed to make it work! He delivered the equipment right to our wedding venue, set it up for us, and took the time to explain the set up and how to use all the equipment. He was also very great with communication, he answered all my emails within the day! Highly recommend using this service!

MAV was wonderful to deal with. James provided prompt, exceptional service at a reasonable price for our son's wedding welcome party. He personally did the set ups and returned the same day after the event to retrieve the equipment.
