First time ordering a cake from here and I was blown away by the cake we received. I sent a few reference pictures for a TMNT theme cake and the baker went above and beyond expectation. The cake itself was so delicious and it wasn’t dry at all. I would absolutely recommend them!

Maddie did an outstanding job on my daughter’s birthday cake! She is very professional and good at what she does! She is amazingly talented and her and her staff have excellent customer service skills! Her cookies are also delicious!

This place is amazing! The staff is always great! The cookies are out of this world! Always a great atmosphere. The only issue I have is they aren't open on Monday! Ruins my week when I show up and I can't get a cookie.

We love Eloise! Maddie’s overall setup is so fun and fresh, but her cookies and desserts are simply divine. We discovered her just before a cookie exchange event 2 years ago and have been going back ever since. Her white chocolate peppermint are my personal favorites.

Eloise has been my go to for over a year. When a mishap happened with another baker for my mom’s 60th birthday I was stressed to find someone who could help me on short notice. I contacted Eloise and she immediately got to work! The cake turned out amazing and the turnaround was FAST. Ever since then I go to her for any cake or sweet needs. I’ve gotten my son’s birthday cupcakes from them as well as sweet trays for my baby shower. During this summer I took my son after school to get delicious snowballs. Just an all around amazing shop. She has not disappointed me yet!

I came a few days ago and the girl upfront was very nice and helpful with giving details and describing each cookie. the cookies we got were AMAZING!! they are better than crumbl in my opinion. will definitely come back😊😊

Ordered a shortie cake for my son’s 6th birthday. I was extremely disappointed…cake was decorated with all blue icing and a printed picture on top. I gave a simple description to leave decoration of the cake open for creativity of the baker…what I got seemed like there was not much thought put into it. The most disappointing part was the cake itself. The cake was cut uneven and had about 2 inches of buttercream in the middle to buff it up. The cake was extremely dry (see photos). I think majority of the Goggle reviews are from the king cakes and the cake decorating class because the product I got was not very good; definitely not worth $40+. Also please note that the shortie cake is a 6 inch cake cut into 2 slices and tons of buttercream in the middle to give it height. It would be helpful to have actual sizes of the cake listed in the description on the website.

I have participated in a King Cake class with my family and we had a blast creating our own king cakes. The atmosphere was welcoming and exciting. Madelyn has such a sweet and creative spirit! I definitely recommend Eloise Market for an exciting experience or tasty treat!

I visited here for a bridal brunch. We decorated cakes and it was so much fun. The food was great and the staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this spot for any small gathering that just want to have fun.

Awesome bakery for event cakes, cupcakes, or just a little treat! We have ordered a few cakes from here for special events and all have been awesome! They are so kind and accommodating and the cakes are delicious. I’ve also done the cake decorating/king cake classes and can’t recommend enough - so fun!

Mady and her team are wonderful! Their cakes are delicious, cookies are our favorite! We love going in to see which flavor is on the counter that day! We’ve held birthday parties at Eloise’s and it’s the best! The kids have so much fun learning to decorate a cake and mom loves not having to do all the work (or any work really!) The addition of snowballs has been such fun! My girls love all the flavors and toppings!!

Eloise Market and Cakery was a refreshing experience! The atmosphere is colorful, clean and open! The snowballs are great and fairly priced - recommend them to add cream flavors like A nectar Cream Snowball:). They also had fantastic cookies that are better than a couple chain cookie specialty shops that I also love, even! I will be back!!!!!

I ordered a cake for my moms wedding, and it was absolutely beautiful. Exactly what we asked for! Wedding planning is stressful so I had many questions and they were always answered. The cake was made even more beautiful than the references I sent in, and it tasted amazing! They delivered the cake exactly when they said they would. 10/10 recommend! Will be ordering again!

Ordered a gluten free king cake and picked it up the next day. The ordering process was super easy, although I didn't receive a confirmation or anything like that. Unfortunately, my king cake had been contaminated with gluten (had a reaction) and it was not filled with cream cheese as ordered. Instead, it was filled with double cinnamon (I think?) because the entire center of the cake was unsweetened, gooey cinnamon. It was covered with a flavorless icing that made the entire middle soggy. Way too heavy for a king cake. I reached out via Facebook messenger, because their voicemail was full when I tried to call about my experience. They replied quickly and said they would refund me and I should dispose of the cake. That was 7 days ago. I reached out again via FB on Monday - no one has replied and they are showing as unread. I attempted to call today and got a message saying that their voicemail was STILL full. I waited a minute and tried calling again, just to be sure. Immediately it went to the voicemail error message and I received a text from the company asking me to stop "calling repeatedly". For obvious reasons, I cannot recommend this business.

Visited for a wedding cake taste testing and enjoyed the experience! Madelyn was very easy to work with in choosing different cake options and flavors. The cakes themselves were very delicious, moist and well priced. Also purchased gluten free kind cake and some warm cookies

Wow! The owner is truly a professional and has found something so fun to add to Baton Rouge. I participated in the king cake making class and found the value and time very appropriate. It helped that the king cake was delicious and I get to say that I made it (just don’t look too closely because appearance wise it wasn’t my best). However, I learned during this class about different king cakes and really enjoyed that the owner had conversations that felt directed at me even though there were about 40 of us participating all at once. She was attentive and kind and I would certainly consider signing up for her regular cake making classes as well. It was a great time and such a fun and neat experience.

Celebrated my 23rd birthday here…it was absolutely amazing. The booking process was easy and smooth. Great staff, very friendly. Cake was delicious!!! Please book with them and order!! You’ll love it!

The best cake decorating classes for when you need something fun and different to do in Baton Rouge!

Placed a cake order at 7:30 am and attempted to cancel at 12 noon same day and was told I would only get 10% of my money due to cake supposedly in the oven on Thursday for a Saturday pick up which makes me think that the cake is not the fresh cake I am expecting so this forced me to proceed with the order. Once I received the order the cake decor was great but the taste of the cake was not the best..I would definitely think twice before ordering again in the future.

I had custom mini cupcakes made for a work event with our brands colors and they turned out amazing! Everyone at the event commented on how great they looked and tasted. Great experience working with Eloise’s and will absolutely purchase from them again!

I usually order from Ambrosia Bakery, but since I’ve found this shop I haven’t been anywhere else since. I’ve ordered graduation, baby shower, and birthday cakes! Everything is always fresh, never frozen. The owner is one of the sweetest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. I am always recommending this place to friends and family. I’ll definitely be placing more orders for the holidays!

I’ve gotten two cakes at Eloise and they were hands down the best cakes and they were so pretty! My first cake was short notice and they accommodated my request without hesitation. The staff is super friendly and the shop is super cute! I recommend this shop to everyone and will absolutely be back for my next cake! 10/10

We had my daughter’s birthday party at Eloise & it was nothing short of show-stopping!! Not only did the kids have a ball decorating their own cakes at Madelyn’s instruction, but Madelyn made it so easy on the parents too!! Snacks, drinks, paper products all provided…and even a candy-filled piñata!! So easy!! And of course, the storefront stays decorated so cute & festive and the girls kept the delicious cakes as a party favor 💕 The sweets were fabulous as always & the service was beyond compare!! Thank you Madelyn for making my daughter’s birthday the best one yet!!

I love this place. They were able to accommodate my request for 75 cupcakes only a few days before my event and they were delicious. We have a “King Cake and Bingo” party booked in January and can’t wait. What a cute idea. Five stars all around.

Amazing owner and place! She is a self-taught baker. I live in hammond, but I have driven to Baton Rouge just to get the king cake cookies during Mardi Gras season. Worth the drive!

I’d literally fly from California to have any of these delicious creations over walking into a random cookie store near me expecting to get something close. Wedding cookie and chocolate chip are my favorite. Do not miss this spot if you’re visiting from out of town! And if you’re local… get there and try them. You won’t regret it!!

I wish I could give this place more than just 5 stars! Absolutely DELICIOUS desserts! I was blown away by how perfect the cookies (specifically the Creme Brulee cookie) and the s'mores blondie were! Such a cute shop with beautiful, local artwork and a fun, cheerful vibe. The desserts are so delicious with a myriad of choices and unique flavors.
