A delightful spot tucked away on the post road. Service with a smile, and the food is expertly prepared with authentic, fresh ingredients. The pad thai is some of the best I've tried, with a rich sauce that hits various notes with each bite. Curry puffs are a must for the appetizer round!

Lovely staff, so thoughtful and observant. Delicious food too! Pad see ew especially. Ask for less spicy though in the drunken noodles.

Amazing Food and service! As a bartender when visiting other restaurants you learn to understand what makes a restaurant truly great. When heading out to eat it's not just about selling food, but providing a great experience. Thai Kit does this very well! Atmosphere: The atmosphere is very welcoming, a small nicely designed space with a clean fresh look to the entire restaurant which leads to the food! Food: The food tastes very fresh and clean, the vegetables taste like they were picked from the garden and freshly cooked! And the meat (I ordered the duck) was cooked to perfection! Service: Loved the service both staff on the main floor were kind and attentive! Always pleasent to see whenever dining out! Overall, I will be coming back again! Cheers to the staff! Thank you!

Sincere, superb service and food. The atmosphere is clean and sophisticated. I had the crab Rangoon, Tom Yum Soup, and a spicy rice dish with beef. Everything was so fresh and cooked well. Thank you everyone here! I will be coming back. Glad to try new things! 🌷

I tried Thai food for the first time. I ordered the Lunch combination- Green curry chicken,with chicken dumplings and Tom yum chicken soup. I loved the soup a lot heart 💗 and the food was awesome. Definitely coming back to try other options.

The staff is incredibly personable and friendly, the food is amazing, i just visited Thailand and I must say that the food is pretty close to what I tasted in Bangkok I’m new to the town of Fairfield and finding this little gem in town has made me feel right at home.

I had lunch with a friend of mine here and I will say that I had a great experience. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the hot basil rice lunch special. They gave a good amount of food for the price. The atmosphere was good. Generated great conversation. Our server Kanya was awesome. She was kind and her hospitality was great.

Scam, charged for my meal twice, was told the wireless card machine hadn’t worked, so they put my card in the wired one afterwards, they took both wireless clearly had worked.

Got tofu pad Thai, yellow curry chicken, spicy basil chicken, and crab Rangoon. Each was fabulous. Quite impressed.

Extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. Had clearly asked for our food to be strictly vegetarian but found pieces of chicken in it. Taste was ok/bad.

My boyfriend and I love to come here, the staff is friendly and welcoming (even when we accidentally showed up 20 minutes before closing the first time!), and the food is incredible. This is one of our favorite spots in the area and we would recommend them to anyone!

Stopped here for their lunch special- we each spent around $13 and got spring rolls, a cup of soup, and a smaller portion of an entree. Food was pretty good! The pad Thai was a sweeter one, not as much tang or peanut if you prefer that. The Tom yum soup was excellent- nice and spicy, veggies were really fresh. Soup flavor was superb- just note that there’s a lot of fish sauce in the tom yum if that’s not your thing (not a problem for me). Good value!

Very authentic Thai food! Papaya salad is top notch and they also carry red snapper with the sweet and spicy sauce. I did ask for spice on the side and it's soooo good! Definitely gonna come again!

Cute restaurant, great food and highly recommend the green curry. Friendly staff, even swapped our rice without asking as it got cold. Only thing to pick at would be the music could more chill.

There isn’t anything that I’ve had here that I don’t love. Everything is just so good. I had the Thai Kit signature which is a sampler of different appetizers. Yum! The wings are good soaked in a sweet chili sauce. The fried calamari was good too. For my entree I had the nua tod which is sticky rice with like a beef jerky. The waitress brought out for me a Thai dipping sauce which has a slight kick more than the sauce that is served with it. It was delicious!! To finish it off I had the fresh mango with sticky rice and that was heaven with the coconut cream sauce.

If you're looking for authentic Thai food, Thai Kit is not the place. The food was very bland, lacked heat and flavor. The service was terrible - over the top. We had a sip of our drink and asked if we're ready for another. We were literally asked every 2 minutes how everything is. In the end, we were given the check without being asked if we would like any dessert or anything else. Definitely not coming back. There are better authentic Thai places in Saugatuck and Norwalk.

I love this place. Food is excellent, and very authentic. I usually order red curry or massam curry, pad Thai or drunken noodle. The vegetable Pancakes are to die for.

A cozy dining room to enjoy wonderful food. We were coached on how much spice / heat to try so we could enjoy our meals. And we did enjoy! Come in, check out the menu and ask questions if you're unfamiliar with any of the selections -- the servers will gladly help you out.

Great customer service and food was amazing!

A very sweet menu. A few gluten free options, and that was my main reason for going. But the food is full of sugar. The curry was so rich and sweet I had to send it back to the kitchen. It was as if they dumped a can of coconut milk in the pot with spices and lots of sugar and a lil veg and even less meat. The salad dressing was also just sugar and oil.

First experience with thai food and thai became my most fav cuisine already , loved each and every bite , wonderful service and excellent experience!!!! Will be back for sure

I went to this restaurant for valentines day which is yesterday along with my in-laws. Omg, the food was so bad, and it had some bad smell too. Awful experience, i don’t recommend it if you are looking for a pleasant experience.

Upon walking in, we were greeted and seated. The service was amazing and the drunken noodles were so good and spicy. I def recommend for a quiet place to quickly grab something to eat and enjoy yourself.

I ordered massamam vegetable curry. They delivered meat in it. I am a vegetarian and ordered extra vegetables. The woman argued with me that I ordered meat Why would a vegetarian order beef? I don't like beef and never eat meat. Myself or my company will never order from them ever. We will order from another Thai restaurant. The manager woman never apologized or offered to change it. Bad customer service behavior. She just kept blaming me for the yucky beef. I threw the entire beef massamam out. Horrible experience. Waste of money in the garbage.

Greedy. Food was good but $14.95 for a pint of drunken noodles is ridiculous. Should have e been a quart, ike everywhere else.

Authentic Thai cuisine, in Fairfield! The Curries and Pad Thai are excellent. Very good menu, good combinations of dishes, flavors and proteins. Dining room has recently reopened, seating for about 30. Quiet ambience. Service is professional and friendly.

The food is delicious, I have never experienced a failed culinary moment. what draws me here when I could go to Whoopee Thai 5 minutes from my house is the service. The three ladies are such wonderful people, and it makes my heart almost break wide open how they show my daughter so much love. My family is always greeted with such friendliness and joy. What really cemented my loyalty when when I showed up with my sister at 9.30 on a Sunday night and the kitchen had closed and they still accommodated me. They opened that kitchen up and quickly whipped me up some Basil Shrimp Fried Rice, Tom Yum Soup, Spicy Singapore Noodles, and dumpling for my baby girl. Hospitality will always get my money.

I love Thai Kit so much. You can taste the freshness in their food & also the quality they maintain with all their dishes, every time. The pad thai is so delicious , it’s the only one i crave , along with their freshly fried spring rolls. Every friend I have brought here has come back independently!

Pleasant surprise. Small, neat Thai spot with prompt attendants and good mixology – totally worth supporting. Pineapple fried rice was different than other versions I’ve had prior and a good different. The egg portion has a great season blend, so it doesn’t have a bland egg taste but rather enhances with dish – included shrimp and it was good. Sweet & sour shrimp was also prepared nicely; lots of sweet peppers and decorative seasonings that eat well with the rice – making the full dish a bit bulkier. This does not have the heavy Chinese sweet & sour paste, however if you enjoy that flavor you will like this dish because it has a hint of something similar, but softened with a bit more spice that brings out the meat and vegetables. Both drinks were made well – SoTB + Long Island can be recommended. The women managing this operation are doing a good job (Omb was very alert and friendly – we didn’t even have to request certain things as she proactively brought them out). Plate sizes are normal vs a healthier serving, so if you’re starving you will need to consider a potential appetizer or 2nd item. That would be my only suggestion; ex. Friend rice dish should be more considerate vs a common bowl size.

This time, I can say that my experience was far more enjoyable and satisfying than any previous instances.

We were seated immediately. The service was exceptional! Everyone was so nice and kind! The food was tasty and authentic. My niece, who is picky, loved her pork BBQ! The yellow curry reminded me of when I had it in Bangkok ☺️

The food was amazing, and they made everything as perfect as you ordered it! I loved the pineapple fried rice, the chicken satay, and definitely recommend the Kee Mao fried rice and Tom Kha soup! The workers were super friendly, and the food was as spicy as thai food gets (so make sure not to order it too spicy if you can not handle spicy that well!).
