Ernie's is the best mahwah ice cream!

Nice little drive up ice cream stand. Lots of flavors in both hand dipped and soft serve. I got the expresso fudge chip. Delicious 🤤

Ernies ice cream spot hits the spot when we have a ice cream craving, we just have to make sure we have time to wait on line a long time, at no fault to the employees who work there, it just gets that packed . Would really love some additional gluten free /vegan items .

The ice cream monster (speaking of myself) who is pretty critical of ice cream met Marisa today, and was recommended two different ice creams in one cup. Java fudge chip (coffee ice cream with fudge and chocolate chunks) and Black raspberry blast (black raspberry ice cream with raspberry filled chocolate cups). Aaaaamazing! yes not many people mix two different types of flavors but I like to experiment. The first one had a beautiful hint of coffee mixed in with amazing surprising bites of chewy fudge and little niblets of chocolate pieces. The second one with a robust flavor of creamy raspberry with nice surprises, a little raspberry filled chocolate cups which just melted and added a surprise blast of additional flavor on top of the ice cream. Really glad I stopped by to satisfy my ice cream craving! And left verrrry happy!! Will definitely be back!

The ice cream was good at the time only one person working so service was a little slow and it's a walk-up window in parking lot with a busy road so atmosphere is blah

Ernie’s what can I say about this spot is an awesome ice cream shop. It’s always busy the ice cream flavors are phenomenal. They have so many different options. Go online check out their options. Check out the photos once I don’t have any photos at this moment but I’m not have an ice cream, but I was there about three weeks ago and of course we had salty caramel cheesecake. It’s an excellent place is always my go to if I want fresh ice cream.

This place has it all, the nicest staff waiting on you, delicious soft and hard ice cream, reasonable prices, and if you want something different and really tasty try their Rosati Gilati. In a cup you get a layer of soft vanilla ice cream, then a layer of Gilati, and another dollop of ice cream on top, very unique and it will get you coming back for more. I could tell the hard ice cream was really fresh because the nuts in the pistachio were actually crunchy and not soggy. 😁😋🍦

We tried almost all flavors here. The quality and quantity is good. Strawberry and blackberry flavors are my personal favorites. And, it is on right on the Franklin Turnpike and a nice quick stop on a hot day.

Was excited to see that this is a little walk-up window place, and then disappointed to see it wasn't homemade ice cream but the brand Hood ice cream, as well as being one of those 8 million flavors of soft serve places. However the ice cream is good and it is decent priced. I loved the lemon bar.

The BEST soft serve EVER! I drive 25 minutes to get to Ernie's and it is worth every second. The soft serve is exceptionally creamy and they have so many flavors! I love the walk up window... tables to sit at and plenty of parking. The most wonderful family owns it too!

Love this Ice cream stand inexpensive .wide menu of choices update 4/16/2023 when to Erine's for the 1st time this season .Nothing has change since my 1st review. The employees who work here are professional and friendly plus for young people they are polite and know what they have to do.Where others would be overwhelmed by the lines they got the orders done fast .I got a hot fudge sundae that was done so well .Give Erine's a great rating with a cherry on top.Well done Erine's never disappoint.

The staff here is so rude at night. The teenage girls working always have an attitude and are so nasty to us because we come in near closing time. Tonight we came 10 minutes before closing (we don’t live in the area anymore so it was a rare opportunity) and the two girls were already mopping the floor and completely ignored us at the counter. They were laughing and talking about us behind the window and did not even come to acknowledge us and let us know that they were closed. They just ignored us until we left. This is a regular occurrence with these two specific girls. I love Ernies and it’s a favorite of me and my fiance but the service of these two girls on the night shift has turned us away pretty much completely.
