What a great spot! We gave this place a try this week and were very glad we did. The gentlemen working were polite and professional. Fresh food, generous portions, and the meat is seasoned to perfection. The beef shawarma is tender and tasty and the falafel is perfectly crisp.We will definitely be back again.

Honestly, the food is delicious and fresh, and I received it hot. I have not eaten Arabic food for a long time, delicious and clean, but note that if you are going to order a shawarma sandwich, do not order spicy, because it is spicy once it does not let you enjoy the shawarma. +My visit for the second time in less than two weeks. This time I visited the branch. The branch is clean, the staff is respectful, and the food is second to none. I ordered a classic shawarma “garlic + lettuce + pickles + chicken” < The most important thing is to let them recommend to you garlic + free fries, something beyond imagination. I recently dined at Evoo Mediterranean Restaurant in Sanford, Florida, and it was an exceptional experience. I had the beef shawarma combo, and my friend had the chicken shawarma combo. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors and generous portions. I had leftovers. The customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The restaurant was very clean, which added to the pleasant dining experience. To top it all off, the baklava, for dessert was divine! It was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. I highly recommend Evoo Mediterranean Restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

First time customer that will be sure to return! I was out doing a little shopping and decided to grab a bite to eat. I’m a northern girl from the Mitten, where Shawarma is a staple. This spot happened to be an added little bonus to my day! I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the food was. The food here is incredibly tasty and filling.

I just ate here this afternoon with a friend and it was a very cozy atmosphere with delicious food! We were able to try a sample of ingredients we hadn't tried before to choose if we wanted it and we were walked along the entire process of what choices we had and the flavors of each to ensure a seamless first visit. The servings were very generous as well so you'll get what you pay for here! We'll absolutely be back soon!

First time me and my wife ordering here. Chicken shawarma and doner sandwiches were delicious. I did order the spicy as well as the taztziki sauce in which warned would be overall super spicy. It was spicier than I expected but tolerable. We also ordered the stuff grape leaves which were excellent. The owners were friendly and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this place.

If you've never eaten here you are missing out!! Lebanese food is my favorite Mediterranean cuisine, and they do it perfectly. From the bowls to the wraps, the grape leaves to the falafel, it's all a flavorful and enjoyable experience. I would have added pictures but I ate it all so fast.

This place has fantastic food and service. The staff are always eager to please and serve their customers. I have tried the beef and chicken sandwiches. Both are excellent. My favorite is the beef, it has such a great flavor. All the ingredients are fresh and the food is prepared right in front of you. I now crave this food at least 1 -2 times per week. Check this place out, you wont be disappointed.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch. We ordered just about everything because it all looked so good. The shawarma chicken and combo sandwiches were great, very fresh and filling. We got a lot of sides and sauces and loved them all. The falafel was perfectly fried and had great flavor! The staff was also very friendly and made great suggestions about what to order.

Our lunch here was amazing! I got the beef shawarma platter and my boyfriend got the beef shawarma sandwich. Their grape leaves are amazing, the garlic sauce is DIVINE, and everything was super fresh. I look forward to returning again. Also, they had a really tasty pineapple cream soda on the machine. I'm not a big soda person, but that was awesome.

If you have never had good Mediterranean food, you may think this is good. -average or below average They serve portions with a dinner spoon(small) the hummus is runny and they consider it a sauce ! The garbonzo beans are mixed with kidney beans - tabouli has no flavor Chicken was shredded and you get a spoonful SO DISAPPOINTING…and YUCK Definitely not worth $15+ But they are guessing you will never leave the area to taste REAL Mediterranean food GOOD LUCK

My husband and I went here after a big hike, so we were hungry. We got the lamb Shwarma with fatoush and chicken wrap with grape leaves and hummus on the side. I got the guava juice, which was imported from Isreal - so good! Everything was delicious, except the hummus, which I found too grainy and sour for my taste. Food portions were big. Even though I went in hungry, I couldn't finish my platter. Service was fast, and the guys serving us were friendly. The place, including the bathroom, is clean. I think this is a family owned business. I highly recommend this place.

The two guys who I assume own the restaurant were extremely friendly and helped guide us with our food choices. Everything was delicious and freshly made. Highly recommend if you like Mediterranean cuisine.

We ate here on Sunday and we're already craving it again and it's only Wednesday! Fantastic food and friendly service. Gluten free options, including the tabbouleh and falafel! Honestly better than the previous Mediterranean restaurant that was in the same location. We'll definitely be going back as soon as possible!

I was really impressed. The quality of the food was really good. I enjoyed everything I had. I should've listened to them though. They tried to warn me that the spicy sauce was actually quite hot. It did not disappoint. Good heat, just added to a great meal. If I lived nearby, I'd be here often. Will definitely pop in next time I'm in the area.

Service was great and the place is clean. I went about dinner time so was a bit busy but they made me feel like a friend or family member so I didn't mind waiting. I got the mixed sandwich and the portion was more than enough. The taste was one of the best Mediterranean food I've had. Most others left an after taste as the spices can be overwhelming but EVOO does it just right. This was my 4th time dinning there and plan on going back. Keep up the great work.

Feb '24 - I went back after last months experience and talked to Abraham. He and his staff were quite courteous and kind and genuinely cared about my dining experience. He prepared my order in front of me and was generous with the portions and ratio of toppings in my wrap. The falafel are seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Having the right amount of sauce to go with it made a big difference. I enjoyed my meal this evening and will definitely be back to enjoy the other items on the menu. Thanks Abraham for providing excellent customer service and making me feel like a valued customer! Jan '24 - This used to be a great place, I don't know what's gone on with the portion sizes, or if it's the folks making the orders, but it's definitely not worth the money I paid and am greatly disappointed in my order today. There's barely any lettuce, tomatoes, or meat in this "donair shawarma sandwich" I didn't order a wrap, I expected a real sandwich. Considering the sides I ordered I expected sufficient sauces to go with it and only received 1 sauce for 4 sides.

The food here is amazing! Authentic, fresh and delicious… I don’t leave many reviews but I had to leave one for Evoo Sanford, it’s the real deal! And the guys behind the counter take pride in their restaurant, that was very evident!!

My wife and I love Mediterranean cuisine and tried Evoo Fresh Mediterranean Kitchen in Sanford a few days ago. This is a counter walk-up, seat yourself place with a great variety of Mediterranean dishes, platters, sandwiches, etc. Service was a little on the slow side and they apologized for that but the food more than made up for it! Absolutely fantastic! Very friendly owner checked on us to ensure we were having a good experience…and the answer was we most definitely were! We will be returning customers. Keep up the great work!!

Oh my gosh!!! Not only is the traditional Chicken Shawarma amazing!!! (extra garlic sauce, extra pickles) but the guys are genuinely nice and helpful. Oh and did I mention they have some of the best (Homemade) Baklava I have ever tasted!!!

We were looking for something different and fresh/healthy for dinner and we were in the area. Google maps pointed out this spot to us and as soon as you say “falaffel”, my wife’s on board. The basic idea is just like Fresh Kitchen. Pick a protein from meats or falafel, pick your sides/adds and your sauce and toppings. Build it your way every time. Mix it up and try different each time. We each got something different because we like to taste everything. I had the lamb, like gyro meat and it was really good. Crispy on the edges, succulent inside. Toss on some slivered onions and tzatziki sauce and it’s a slice of heaven. I’m a gyro nut and this meat was amazing. I’d take it over all of the “diner gyros” in this area. She had the falafels, big surprise. They were the lightest falafel she’s ever had. Crispy shell and tender and light inside. Dipped in the hummus to add a creamy element and it’s just delightful. Mom had the chicken and was super happy. Great flavor and spicing. She’s a no-sauce type but for me it was best when dipped in the garlic sauce. Each platter came with 3 sides and overall it’s a lot of food. None of us were able to finish it all and take-home boxes were needed. The place is clean, open and well lit. Staff was friendly and engaging and very helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us, some of it twice LOL. Very generous with sauces and things for us to try We’re back in this area on Tuesday and I guarantee we’ll be back here again. We just found our new favorite spot when we’re here. Can’t wait to try the shawarma!

Finally got a chance to try this Lebanese restaurant out. My sister went a couple of weeks ago and was raving to me about it. She did not exaggerate!! I had the platter with beef, lentil rice, tabouli, hummus, and garlic sauce. Very good portion size when compared to pricing. It was all very tasty and will definitely be returning. Such a healthy and delicious alternative to the norm. I hope this restaurant has many years of success here!

I've been coming to this place for months and I'm not sure why I've never done a review before but here it is. I Love this place, i loved the previous owners they were amazing . Today i met yusef the new owner he was very pleasant phenomenal customer service. Every time i walk in every one behind the counter takes the time to make you feel welcome. The food here is great it has so much flavor and the portion sizes are good as well. This is definitely a place to check out if you're on the fence .

Delish fresh food and great quality good service behind the counter!

Surprised by all the super high ratings because I was definitely not blown away by this place. Ordered two sandwiches and neither one was particularly noteworthy. The steak grilled skewer sandwich was quite small, only 3 puny pieces of over-cooked steak, very small smears of garlic sauce & tzatziki, and about a pound of raw onions. The donair schwarma almost had the opposite problem because there was so much meat that it burst the ultra-thin pita they use as their wraps. It was fairly dry and had the same insane amount of raw onion. The pita wraps used for both were not great, extremely thin, had holes in them, and after being grilled, became incredibly brittle, and fell apart as I tried to eat them.

Delicious food, I had the chicken kabobs platter with lentil rice, chickpea salad and cucumber/tomato salad. It was all very fresh and very tasty. I would absolutely recommend this place for a healthier alternative to other food places around.

Mediterranean restaurant in Sanford, FL, that recently opened in this area. They serve beef and chicken shawarma, as well as Donair. Can do platters or sandwiches, or can even make your own rice bowl. Their meat is tasty and well cooked. The wrap/sandwiches are also very good and portion sizes are also very good. You can choose what sauces and veggies that you want in your platter or sandwich. Nice and spacious inside the restaurant, modern looking. Lots of seating available. Service is good, but could be a little faster.

Orlando finally had a shawarma spot that tastes like how they are in the middle east. The restaurant owners are really nice, my wife always gets the mixed bowls but for me it's always the chicken shawarma!
