The umma Ali was sosososoos goood. Lit the best one I have ever ate. And the matcha tasted phenomenal.

The food and the atmosphere was perfect. The plates were nicely served. The owner greeted us and made sure that we were pleased with the food. The Om Ali (Egyptian bread pudding) was the best I ever had.

This was a great low-key place in old bridge. We went here for brunch. I ordered iced latte and a shawarma type sandwich and a salad. The salad was okay but the shawarma was good

Very good Mediterranean food. I had the hummus plate for a appetizer and the beef and chicken kabob for entrée. Everything was spot on, I definitely recommend this spot

First off how do you sell a Greek salad for $14 with 3 pieces of cucumber and a quarter of a tomato chopped?COGS (cost of goods sold ) $3 at best here. So they are making 400% profit on this salad. I threw it in the garbage I don't even think the feta was real I think it was goat cheese I took a picture it is absolutely awful to do that to people. Half of the romaine lettuce was yellow not green. I did like the side of the grilled chicken I ordered for extra $ , that was done nicely. The hummus was super oily- totally unnecessary. The casual venue looks pretty new and clean which is nice. You don't even have a grill to warm your pita ,rather using a convection microwave oven that's pretty lame. I should have gone to Evans I was in the area. Attaching the picture of the salad pathetic. I'm food writer and this was a disappointing experience. The girls at the front were nice but the absent owner should really get more involved in this venue. Best for desperate take out.

We’ve enjoyed this lovely cafe a few times, food and service has always been great. Falafel and baba ganoush has been excellent.

What a WONDERFUL experience. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere is modern yet has a Mediterranean twist to it. And don’t get me started on the food! We for the mussels to start with - ask for a side of pita to soak up the delicious sauce. For an entree I got the beef shawarma wrap - juicy and full of flavor. And to end the meal we split the Egyptian Bread Pudding…. Do NOT forget to get this. Warm. Creamy. Sweet. And with a Side of caramelized walnuts. Definitely will be coming back!!

I had an amazing dining experience at Evoo! The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavorful dishes that truly captured the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. The hummus and salmon were to die for. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I especially loved the fresh and authentic flavors of the dishes, and the presentation was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience with exceptional Mediterranean cuisine. I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes!

If you’re a fan of the slowest service ever, you will enjoy this place. While the food is decent quality and could’ve been a good option for a casual bite or a takeout the amount of time it takes to get it is ridiculous, with no communication from the waiters. On one of my recent visits the panini I ordered was listed with tomato on the menu yet was served without it and I was charged $2 for the tomato after I asked for it. For the takeout that I was told would take 15 minutes it was nowhere near being ready after 45 minutes of waiting. While I wish every success to small businesses, I will not be returning although I was excited to have this open in the neighborhood.

If you want delicious food, I highly recommend this place, they have healthy Mediterranean cuisine and it’s my favorite. The service is fast and they have a friendly staff.

Sorry to write this review but I'm not sure how the restaurant is rated 4.8- the expectations were high. Added a star because of service. Picked up a Greek salad. It was all Romaine lettuce with a fair amount of feta, a few pieces of cucumber, a few pieces of tomato, one thin ring of red onion, missing the green bell pepper that was in the description and 11 really poor quality olives. 14 dollars doesn't seem right for the quality. Pictures included - what it looked like after we started plating it. Your response to the review is comical. Your response states " the menu does not state anywhere the the Greek salad contains any type of bell peppers. I do not know where you got that information from. We even checked our menu". I now uploaded a screenshot from your online ordering menu that includes yours address and a close up shot to make it even easier for you to read it! This type of silly response just dropped you from two stars to one.

Food was bottom shelf (still ate it though since I was on the verge of starving) & it took 40 minutes for a single chicken shawarma wrap to come out (when there was 2 other couples in the restaurant.) 100% not worth the wait, and if you consider coming here, I would first hope you read this review and call an hour or two ahead of time or just take the L like I did. It’s funny, I checked out BEFORE my food came out since it took that long - that’s why you see on the receipt when I left. Edit - I hope the owner has an outstanding day. Seems like he deeply cares about his business which I do appreciate. Just giving some constructive criticism.

We ordered a baklava to go and it was so delicious. It was savory and it was just the right amount of sweet, it was such a unique taste. It was like a bunch of different flavors combined in the best way possible!

Food was absolutely amazing. The wrap was delicious and toasted perfectly. The fries are the right amount of crispy and salty, some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re shopping at Costco, make sure to stop here afterwards you will not regret it!

Hawawshi appetizer was really fantastic, super authentic flavor. Their wraps are really good too. Very nice interior, cool vibe for dining out. Our server was really kind also. Nice to see a solid Mediterranean restaurant in Central NJ! 10/10

A wonderful hidden gem in Old bridge. The food and service are outstanding. The iced Tea is freshly made and comes with infused mint which makes it spectacular. While I don't live close, I will make it a point of going out of my way to return.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Evoo Mediterranean Cuisine and Cafe. Without a doubt, this restaurant deserves a 5-star rating. Every item we ordered exceeded our expectations. The hot falafel was crispy on the outside and perfectly spiced, making it an excellent appetizer. The pita bread was fresh and accompanied by a delectable baba ghanouj that had a rich, smoky flavor. However, the true highlight was the Koshery, the best vegetarian dish I've ever had in Mediterranean cuisine. Its flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, leaving me craving for more. I wholeheartedly recommend Evoo Mediterranean Cuisine and Cafe; it's a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic and delicious Mediterranean food.

This restaurant is a gem, the owner and the staff are so sweet and welcoming, the food is amazing, and overall I’ve had a pleasant experience every time I’ve been here. Everything I’ve tried on their menu is delicious, especially the French onion soup, the avocado panini, the penne vodka, and the omm-Ali. Additionally, their coffee bar is phenomenal and has a great variety of flavors. I cannot talk highly enough about this restaurant, thanks to the owner and staff for all their hard work making this place so homely and inviting.

It was my first time at EVVO! I was just blown away! A treasure tucked in Old Bridge. From the moment we stepped in to the time we left , we were pampered! A special round of applause to VANA! she greeted us, helped us to choose the dishes and drinks! The food was beyond amazing! The house special lemonade was delicious! But the grand finale with Omm Ali was something else!! FANTASTIC!!!

This place is GOLD all around. The food was perfect blend of freshness, authenticity, and flavor all in one. For dessert we ordered Omali. It was so unique and delicious. I've never had anything like it, with the perfect touch of flavor and freshness. The vibes of this cafe/ restaurant is like no where else nearby. The owner, Vanna was so hospitable, and friendly- making sure we were satisfied with everything. Even making our dessert herself and serving it to us. Felt like we were guests in her home. You will not be disappointed with this place. Honestly. Mark my word. Also the cappuccino was one of a kind.This was my first time here and I will definitely be back.

Food is very mediocre and bland. Chicken kabobs was extremely over cooked and dry. Beef sharwarma is just chopped up steakums. Mixed grill very skimpy and overcooked on all items. It’s not a very good meal, wouldn’t recommend.

Delicious, fresh food! Stopped in to have lunch with a friend after we heard good reviews. We shared a Greek salad, Dolmas, Chicken Shawarma wrap with sweet potato fries and Omm-Ali (a bread pudding like no other) for dessert. We met the owner who was very kind. We were not disappointed and will definitely be back. However, the online prices do not match up with the menu pricing. Expect to pay $2-$5 more for each item. And, some of the items on the online menu have been discontinued in the restaurant such as freshly made juice.

Great menu with a lot of variety! You can definitely find something no matter what you’re in the mood for. Pasta, burgers, wraps, Mediterranean dishes, falafel, teas/coffees, and more. everything is always fresh and delicious. We recently took our friends who were visiting from out of town and they can’t wait to go back next time they visit!

A beautiful and aesthetically pleasing cafe in Marlboro. We went here for brunch but learned that the they no longer do brunch/breakfast items.I do wish this was mentioned somewhere. Instead we ordered from the lunch/dinner menu which had great options. I had koshary and my husband had the chicken tzatziki wrap. Both were wonderfully prepared and delicious. The koshary serving was big so I got to take some to go. It was also nice to find mint lemonade here which is so hard to find outside of north jersey! Def a great place with great service, hope to come again.

This place is a hidden gem in the shops of old bridge. I haven’t had one thing I didn’t like. The wraps, paninis, and the pastas are all so delicious and fresh. The owner and his staff are so kind and friendly.

This is more like a coffee shop. The dessert is to die for… I forget the name but it’s a baked dish and the owner makes it herself when u place an order. Owner is very sweet, she comes out to meet each and every customer that enters. Very friendly and nice ambiance. Food was good too…and I would go again if I’m in the neighborhood.

Came in at 10:10 am , travelled 25 minutes with 18 months baby , the door of the cafe was closed , nice girl came out and said:” chef is not here , we are not open , maybe he will come at 11 or 12 … “ . really ??? Change your time hours on google or add updates if emergencies! Appreciate other people time !

Authentic tasting Egyptian food full of flavor. The koshary was the best I've ever had. The Egyptian style falafel (ta3miya) with tahini was just like Egypt, and the hummus was made just right. For desert, I had the Om Ali which was phenomenal, also the best I've ever had, I would highly recommend it. Also, the owner was so nice and she gave us exceptional service and was very welcoming. It was really an overall pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for authentic Halal Egyptian/Middle Eastern cuisine. We'll definitely be back for more!

What a home run. Found this gem and had an amazing lunch. Fresh, delicious taste and very filling. Owner Vana will greet you and make you feel at home. Lovely atmosphere with amazing cuisine. Don’t pass by this place. We even had to get some take home on the way out.

My husband and I always look for a Mediterranean restaurant wherever we are. We recently dined at the EVOO restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with flavor and prepared to perfection. For starter, we had the hummus, which set the tone for the amazing meal that followed. The beef shawarma and grilled chicken sandwiches were truly amazing. To complement the meal, I ordered a matcha latte, which turned out to be one of the best I've ever had. And I couldn't resist taking some baklava to go. The staff at this restaurant were incredibly kind and provided top-notch service, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a welcoming and outstanding interior decor that added to the overall charm of the place. I highly recommend this Mediterranean restaurant for anyone!

Came in hungry on a rainy Saturday looking for something good to eat. We’ll, we got that and to top it off a delicious dessert! We tried the chicken soup, the dolmas, mixed grill and chicken shawarma….all were delicious. For dessert we tried the Omm-Ali and we’re have found out new favorite dessert 🥰. Abraham and Vione (sp?) we’re so very nice and took very good care of us. This was our first time and we will most certainly come back. This stylish restaurant offers a very pleasant and personal atmosphere.

If you love Mediterranean food, you should definitely try EVOO! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and make the restaurant a very inviting and comfortable space. For our dinner, they set up a table for six and from the moment we entered treated us so special. The food was delicious , the portions generous and could easily be for two. The dishes we had were the Falafel Platter, chicken shawarma, pan seared salmon, mixed grill to name a few. The owner, Vanna even made a special dessert that was truly a great experience. This is one of the best kept secrets in Old Bridge. Great food and a great atmosphere!

The place is so cute & vibey. Great atmosphere. The Caesar salad was delicious if i could eat it everyday i would. and i got the blackened chicken with garlic noodles it was so good. Big portions i couldn’t finish it all and took it home and had it for lunch the next day. Service was amazing and the girls are so sweet and are always tending to the customers. Great conversation too. I highly recommend this place. 😊

Amazing ambiance & such a cute cafe with excellent quality of fresh food. We stopped by for a quick lunch and service was top notch. Must try the risotto balls and caprese sandwich. Can’t wait to try other options the next time we’re in the area.

Gem of a place. Incredible atmosphere, hospitable and accommodating owners, super deserts and turkish coffees (dozens of other choices), kids chicken and fries fabulous. Adult dishes have been hit or miss (mussels good, falafel not). Will be back to try out other menu options (and I love the atmosphere).

My husband and I walked in for an early dinner last Sunday. The food was delicious, so fresh and flavorful and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. The service is outstanding. We will definitely be back.

The café atmosphere was nice and the french onion soup was good, but we ordered the chicken soup and it took half an hour only for it to be room temperature at best. The shawarma wasn't seasoned at all and the shakshuka was lacking some spice.

Really nice ambiance, feels clean and tendy, also very cozy and inviting. Staff was really great. Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made perfect suggestions for us. Good sized menu, just enough to try something new or enjoy some well-made classics. Lots of smoothies, juices, and coffees too. Sorry no pics of the food, we ate it up too fast!! Everything was really tasty and felt super fresh. Even items we've had at other places, had a special touch or a different ingredient to make it unique. The owner/head chef convinced us to try a special desert that she made right there, straight from the oven to our table, and it was really surprising. I'm not a desert person and I absolutely loved it! Her tea pairing was a nice bonus too. You can tell she is well versed in food and her passion shows! We will certainly be back. There are so many more drinks and dishes I want to try. I definitely reccomend checking it out!!

This is my favorite restaurant. I brought my family here & they agree with me. There is something on the menu for everybody & the owner & staff are very friendly & go out of there way to make you comfortable.

Delicious food, great service, very chill atmosphere. I had the chicken avocado Panini and my wife had the chicken kebab, both delicious. We also had the watermelon juice, which was surprisingly delicious.

The cashier had no idea what a pita bread was in a Mediterranean restaurant! Really? The food is not very authentic Mediterranean and the prices are absolutely ridiculously out of this world. I would never pay those kinds of prices for very little food that's not even super Mediterranean which is how they sell themselves. I'm from those countries so I basically grew up eating it and this wasn't it

We went to evoo for dinner, which may seem an odd choice since it looks more like a coffee shop than a restaurant. Don't be deceived by the appearance though. This little Mediterranean restaurant tucked away in a mall however is definitely worth visiting. The food is very good quality, whether you have koftas or the falafel platter or even a simple burger. The desserts, such as the baklava, are also delicious. You have to come with an appetite though, as the portions are quite large. The young waiter who helped us was very nice and helpful. The place doesn't serve alcohol but is BYOB, which is a plus from a wallet perspective. Prices are very reasonable also. If you live in the Old Bridge area you should give it a try.

The menu had a great variety of options to choose from, and everything I tried tasted great. The atmosphere was really cool and added to the overall experience. Best meal I've had in a very long time. Fresh, delicious and amazing. I had the red snapper special and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter had the chicken kabobs and loved every bite. We only live a block away, so we will definitely be back to try other dishes. Waiter was very friendly and professional. Thank you for your recommendation and hospitality.

This was the second time visiting. The , first time was excellent! That’s why I came back but, unfortunately the service was terrible, the exact opposite of what I experienced initially.. No management to supervise the inexperienced young servers or the counter staff. I realized that the previous time that I was here, the owner was here & greeted everyone and asked if everything was good. When he was here the staff was spot on. A few issues to mention 1- no napkins on the tables 2-no utensils to eat with even when the food was served (I had to ask for it) 3- I ordered soup & falafel both came at the same time 4- no one ever came over to see if everything was okay? Or for anything 5-no one cleared the table, even when my so called cappuccino arrived (was actually an inferior latte, came with an espresso spoon) In short if you want to have a successful restaurant? Always have an adult overseeing everything. Hope they do better, I want them to succeed

Restaurant is very well decorated. The owner was very kind and made many food recommendations. My son has food allergies and she took a lot of care letting me know which foods were safe for him to eat. Food was great and my kids loved the kofta and the kushary. We’ll be back!

We heard this new restaurant had good food and tried it last night. As soon as you enter, this modernly decorated place is beautiful. The friendly staff greets you and seats you. The owner Vanna soon came over and introduced herself and recommended different homemade dishes they created. We couldn't be happier with her choices- from the KUSHARY to the chicken shawarma dinner... the food was outstanding! Vanna's husband Mohammed came out from the kitchen to introduce himself and to make sure we were happy with the quality of the dinner. The prices are terrific -which is a blessing in this economy. People and experiences like this are extreme rare, go and enjoy! P.s. LEAVE ROOM FOR VANNA'S HOMEMADE OMM-ALI!!

We decided to give it a try today - started with the fried calamari which was very good / loved the sauce. My husband had the kushary and said it was the best he ever had; I had the beef swarma - fresh and delish and it was followed by the OMM - Ali an Egyptian bread pudding which was outstanding. I had the panini chicken avocado was amazing the bread was toasted just perfect and the flavor was on point and my wife ordered the chicken Tuscan and i had to try it and the flavor was on point overall was a great experience and we will return back again soon also thank you for the great service the owner came and asked by himself how was everything was and that was very nice from him and it showed that is he cares about his business and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Place is good, they got good vegetarian options, plus their coffee is very good, I tried latte Macchiato. The desserts are amazing, don’t miss their Omali, must try.
