Fabrica's was on my bucket list after seeing an article that it was ranked #15 pizzeria 8n THE WORLD! They did not disappoint! My sister said it was the best pizza she ever had and I have to agree. The sauce is fabulous! The thin crust is amazing and everything tastes like they picked it from a garden - especially the basil! We got the Carni and added mushrooms and red onion. You have to try this pizzeria if you are in Tampa!

have stoped at this place of and on for a few years , i have to say that the Pizza is the best i have had in Florida , now this is comparing to true Italian Pizza , i would know a bit about that as i live part of the year in Italy . also service is great , i was just there again and had this WONDERFUL lady help me out her name is Jimena ! , the price reflects the quality ingredients and super friendly service !

After living in Italy, we were spoiled by delicious pizza and this is now our every Friday family dinner pizza place. My personal favorite is the MVP, while my kids tear up the pepperoni and margherita, and the dinner isn’t complete without Zeppole with Nutella. The staff is super friendly and professional. Special shout out to our fav Oliva! 🌟 Thanks for everything!

Excellent food! Friendly staff. Quaint little hidden Gem, I would of missed it had we not looked on google maps for a nice lunch spot. We got the Margarita Pizza and Cheesy Bread! Both were crispy and perfectly wood fired! Definitely recommend this spot!

For it being award winning and the 15th best spot in the us, i feel like it didn’t hold up. Its definitely preference how you prefer your pizza but with out a doubt will go back for the Nutella pizza its was banging i would totally eat pizza from here Im just a sucker for Chicago style

Small but mighty pizza spot. I think the Margherita would’ve been better with bufala cheese, but it was still very good and fresh. The meatballs weren’t hot and needed some salt and should be served with crusty bread, but were good overall. One pizza is probably too small for 2 adults, so I recommend getting a salad or app. The roasted garlic dipping sauce is way too strong, not my favorite.

Absolutely the best pizza!! Service is very friendly and welcoming. Closed on Mondays... one more reason to hate Mondays...

This is a fantastic casual spot. The salads, pizza and gelato were outstanding. The real prize is the service. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Once some people left, they helped us move to a different table. They explained the menu as soon as we walked in. Our kids loved it! Can’t wait to go back!

After we experienced a disaster at a near by restaurant. We decided to dine at this pizza joint. The service we received was above and beyond. Your girls who took our order were so kind and delivered customer service with a smile. We felt a warm-hearted welcome. (We are visiting from out of town.) Our pizzas were delicious. 😋🍕 Your staff checked on us periodically and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for delivering amazing food with a smile. If we ever venture back to Tampa. Just came back from Italy and this pizza exceeded all expectations!!

This is great pizza. The tomato sauce has a hint of sweetness which I love. Being wood fired pizzas come out quick and it's personal size so you can customize however you want.

Food was cooked to perfection and the customer service was on point. Great atmosphere.

Their Carni Pizza was amazing! The dough, soft and delicious.

The food here is terrible. It tastes like frozen pizza. Digornio is better. They also forgot part of my order and no one knew how to issue a refund. There were 10 workers. Over staffed for such bad customer service. Manager seemed to be a chomo the way he was creeping around the young girls. Looked like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Lots of better pizza nearby

Always fantastic pizza! Love the pesto pizza the most. It's a little pricey, but overall delicious!

Had their version of a white pizza. The dough was good but everything on it was super bland. Except for the mound of dry red pepper flakes they tossed on top. I'm not sure how this ranked as a top pizza place by a bunch of Italians as this is like every other pizza quick service place.

One of the most delicious restaurants specializing in making Neapolitan pizza. The taste is unbelievably wonderful, there are many iron chairs. I loved the friendly treatment of the staff. Order: “Margherita pizza” it has a classic, crunchy and delicious taste, “Half Mushroom Pizza” it is crazy and tender, “Half Buffalo Pizza” did not I love the taste of pesto Side car parking

Nice wood-fired pizza…nicely burnt, asymmetrical edges, soft-chewy dough you’d expect from a Napoli-styled pizza. Ambiance of the place was more of a pizza Chipotle…which I didn’t mind, but may surprise customers looking for an authentic vibe. I’d definitely recommend.

Pizza in my opinion was not what I expected. The crust was not crispy and it just flopped. The garlic dip must be frozen because it was ice cold and watery. The sausage looks like mini frozen balls. What really got me was the guy who was eating bread and grabbing the pizza at the same time. No gloves no washing hands the person making the pizza literally wiped the flour off his arms onto the pizza that he was working on then proceeds to get a drink from his water bottle touching the mouthpiece with his bare hands and then proceeds to make pizza without washing his hands.

Decided to try this pizza joint. Nice area, tip is to park in the ramp between streets, the have dedicated free spots. Hybrid thin traditional crust pizza, coal fired, real soft undercarriage for my taste, a bit of a flop. While the pizzas were good they just weren’t as flavorful as it looks. Still a place you should try, just not my style. I’d also say avoid the beer/wine a bit too expensive for what you’re getting. Staff was nice and pizzas were quick.

Amazing food, the service was fantastic. The manager (Gustavo) was super kind and very attentive. If you’re looking for some tasty pizza this is the place to go. Cool location too, if I ever visit Tampa again I’ll definitely be back.

This place smells amazing and the pizza looks delicious. I haven’t actually tried it yet, just picked up some orders, but I have no doubt in the quality of the food. The staff was very nice and pleasant and Gustavo was extremely helpful. Stopped in the middle of what he was doing to acknowledge me, say hello, and then proceed to get the items I was picking up together. Even took the time to retrieve some things from the back of the restaurant for me which I was extremely grateful for as I had a bit of a walk back to my car already. Definitely recommend Fabrica!

We are visiting the area for our cruise and ordered two pizzas from here. Excellent crust, sauce and taste. Positive vibes from the staff and the location in general. Very happy with our experience.

Pizza with fresh ingredients and served fresh outta the brick oven! Im guessing the price is partially cause of the location - it’s located in a really nice neighborhood and not in a crowded restaurants street. We got the Verdura, Buffalo chicken and the cheesy bread. The cheese bread just hit the cravings omg ♥️ A few things that I thought would be nicer - 1. The verdura was my fav of the two pizzas but I thought maybe a spring mix (arugula, spinach, basil etc) would be better than just spinach. Idk anything about neopolitan pizza for that, just thought it would be a nicer flavor profile 2. Saw there was a pizza called “carbonara pizza” on the tv screen placed high above and was not in the menu. If it’s like a special pizza, would be good to have it written on a chalkboard or something right by the cashier so that people can easily notice it. These are just suggestions that I thought of and may be heeded if needed lol Great atmosphere indoors, can dine outdoors on cooler evenings and the service is pretty quick too. There’s no bar but you do get to some beer or wine if you’d like that.

Diverse menu, high quality food, and friendly staff! Nothing more this out of towner can ask for! Would recommend to anyone staying in downtown Tampa.

Nutella pizza needed maybe 25% more Nutella on it. Buffalo pizza was fantastic.

I went in this evening and ordered a marg with pepperoni and mushrooms and a side of meatballs. There were several girls behind the counter not doing much so I attempted to get the blonde girls attention… she ignored me and got a stack of pizzas and walked away to give them an Uber driver who came in after me. I’m not sure why an Uber driver would take priority over another patron that was there BEFORE him… so asked the girl why she ignored me to help him first when I was clearly there first. She proceeded to roll her eyes as I’m looking at her… so I said “You rolling your eyes at me doesn’t help the situation”. She walked away while the tall brunette helped me. She was also not very friendly but at least professional. I’ve never had any issues before and the pizza is delicious but the staff (particularly the blonde) was extremely rude tonight and they all looked miserable. Very disappointed because usually everyone is very happy and eager to please.

Fabricapizza a must try when in Tampa, Florida. The Pizza is awesome, flavorful and delicious! The Magherita and Pesto Meatball did not disappoint! The service is fantastic, Gustavo the manager was just wonderful! This place is definitely a favorite!!!

What a great lunch. The spinach salad was perfect with a goat cheese substitute. The MVP pizza (pepperoni/hot honey) was so good. House made tomato base and wood fired crust, a great treat. Nice natural light, good seating area and walkable from the Aquarium.

Flew in to Tampa from San Diego and stopped by at Fabrica. We ordered 4 pizzas and initially thought “wow, how can we finish all this?” Due to their generous portions, but 15 minutes later, all our plates were cleared! Absolutely best pizza ever. One of the few places that can motivate me to get up and go there no matter how comfortable or lazy I am feeling. I don't know what or where they get the chorizo from but throw that on your pizza because it is amazing. Service is always excellent even when packed.

Saw a professional NHL player eat here! Gotta try it myself and absolutely loved the food. Got to try traditional pizza with polpette e pesto AND a house special pizza on a half and half make of an Italian Masterpiece. Highly recommend if youre in the area for the good music and good vibes and delicious eats. They also gave us a new ricotta dipping sauce that was yet to be added to the menu but it was so tasty and refreshing I hope to see it soon!

We lived in Napoli, Italy for two years and found this pizza to be closest to replicating true Napoletano pizza we’ve found in the US. Surprisingly, we liked the Spinaci e Gorgonzola salad more than the pizza (not to take away from the pizza, but the salad was that good). Highly recommend!

My husband and I were visiting Tampa from Chicago, decided we wanted pizza last night. Googled pizza and Fabrica Pizza came up as a sit down. The pizza was awesome, very delicious and so was the Caesar salad! The salad had an added touch of kale which added some nutritional value! Gustavo came to the table, very nice and friendly!

A bit bummed for our first experience. Pizza just wasn't cooked all the way. No crunch. Really no wood fired pizza taste. At least compared to the dozens of wood fired pizza we've had before. Not sure how it's voted one of the best. Pricey for not great pizza

The pizza was first rate, especially the wood-fired crust. My wife and I shared a build your own pizza, with a nice, well-prepared salad as an appetizer. We met Gustavo, the manager, who, in between cooking pizza, was cleaning off the tables. Highly recommended.

Best pizza ever! Authentic and great ingredients

The pizza was cooked to order and very fresh and crispy. Unfortunately there was a dark brown hair on the edge of the pizza and a bunch of raw unwilted spinach which was kinda odd. also service was okay it was somewhat fast but not blaze pizza fast.

For the price of each pizza that we purchased, the toppings were falling off as soon as we picked it up. It was the worst. The ice cream was good but that was it. We don’t recommend the pizza unless your dining in , probably

I went there last week with daughter and 2grand children.I really enjoyed the taste, especially from that type of oven.But we were disappointed by the size of the cheese bread appetizer and to be honest with the size of the pizza.Having only one size, especially the size we received which I believe was 12 inches really is small.And the price was a little high.We had to order 2 pizzas with the appetizer and we spent over $60.I don't mind paying more for something good but I feel your portions are small.But as I said,the pizza was very good.

Fabrica creates excellent Neapolitan pizzas with delicious San Marzano sauce! We enjoyed the Carni pizza and Suprema pizza (pizza of the month). The Carni was a fantastic example of a meaty Neapolitan pizza, and the Suprema gave an alternative with more veggie toppings. I would definitely recommend the pizza from here for any level of casual dining experience.

Just went here for the first time with my fiancé because of the rave reviews. I love a good crust on pizza. Unfortunately, this crust was great LOOKING, but it lacked very much in taste and quality. I thought I was eating cardboard for a second. I do not recommend this place at all. I don't understand the great reviews here. Also, the pizza was way too thin and the toppings were basic like they got them out of a freezer section. They have no dipping sauces either which amazes me. You can find way better pizza elsewhere. Needless to say, we will not be back.

We did build-your own Pizza, it was pricey, but tasted really good. Place is so cold (aircondition) and the sodas are rather flat. Service is mediocre and I'm shocked they don't have Jalapeños as an ingredient!

WOW! The Pizza was so good! We will definitely come back! The dough is thin and super juicy, like in Italy.
