Very clean, very delicious. Chicken shawarma was juicy crispy and simple. No need to go to Paterson when high quality shawarma is this close. Restaurant was empty so I was a little nervous, but I will surely be coming back. Falafel wasn’t it for me, but I’m not a fan of falafel in the first place so I can’t judge.

Very pleasant experience. It was a random choice from google maps, the moment we walked in it felt just right. We ordered a chicken kabob platter and a shawarma platter, food is amazing, atmosphere is great. Service was great, very patient and friendly staff! If there was an option for 6 stars, I’d definitely leave that! Thank you!

This has become a staple for me - I’ve been getting it almost every week! So consistently good and legit the best falafel sandwich I’ve had in the area (and maybe ever?!) so good - definitely recommend

Hands down the beet falafel in the area! Made fresh and you can tell the difference. Not the frozen stuff from restaurant depot that most places in the area sell. Very nice staff and cozy seating area. I’ve visited many times and plan on returning again.

Best FALAFEL in the area! Their salads are always fresh. My personal favorite is the Fairfield Falafel House Salad. Limited parking is available in front of the restaurant. It is best to call ahead and pick up. Credit card fees aren't included in the menu prices, it's best to pay with cash.

Great food, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service!!

This place is excellent! We were looking to add a restaurant with outdoor seating near West Caldwell to our rotation of places we go as a family, so decided to give them a shot. We got the mixed grill, appetizer dip and falafel platter, stuffed grape leaves, and the Fairfield salad. Everything was amazingly fresh and flavorful. Our server was exceptionally nice and attentive. The restaurant was very clean, as was the bathroom. Very happy to find the Fairfield Falafel House. We will be back soon.

The food is excellent. We take out or come in at least once a month. Friendly staff . Clean. Their meat is halal. Falafel is beyond delicious not over fried. Chicken platters everything is cooked to perfection

Soup was cold more important the guy working was very rude and we went the for iftar in ramadan. I honestly would avoid this place. I asked to have the soup microwaved he said just leave it and dont pay for it. Left without eating and hungry and ramadan. They have no clue about customer service or how to run a proper restaurant. All the reviews are probably fake. I can tell you by experience its not a good establishment. Sorry to say that

Have no idea why this place is rated so high. The food we got was over salted and not as described. We ordered a gyro and it came stuffed inside a pita bread. Not traditional at all like the picture on their website. The chicken shawarma was basically a chicken wrap. That tasted like pure salt. Awful food, never ordering from here again.

My family and I stopped by for dinner this evening and were left feeling very impressed. All the ingredients were very fresh and thr food was very tasty. Mohammed was also very friendly and respectful towards everyone. I would recommend this restaurant to all those who love Middle Eastern food - there are plenty of options for vegans/vegetarians too.

Quite possibly the best hummus I've ever had. I've also tried the lamb platter and the gyro. All very very good. You guys are crushing it. Delicious

While the homemade charm adds a unique appeal to their offerings, it also contributes to variations in taste from one visit to another Overall, this is a great spot for lunch and dinner if you are around the area.

This place is a hidden gem of Mediterranean Food. We started with Hot Grape Leaves, hummus, baba ghanouj, muhammara and falafel. Then we got a chicken kebab platter and a mixed grill platter. All were fresh and delicious. Out waiter Sam was fantastic. We will be back soon!!

Oh my gosh…. This gem of a place. The food was divine and came out so fast. You can tell everything is freshly made too. Server was fast and attentive with things. Got a picture of the appetizer, excellent choice. Anything you get, you will be in love with. 11/10 would recommend and go again.

Delicious food. Service was very pleasant as well. I couldn’t get enough of the tahini sauce and they sent me home with 2 extra!! I’ll got the kafta platter. Tasted very fresh with lots of flavor. Homemade lemonade with mint is pretty delicious too. Parking is roughy out front which is nice.

My husband and I tried this place yesterday and we can't wait to go back! The falafel is some of the best I've had. The baba ganoush and lentil soup are also fantastic. Definitely check this place out, the food is very flavorful and fresh.

Great things come from unexpected places. It's a tiny place on the side of the road, but I just had some of the best falafel I've ever had in my life here. Fried well, super moist and flavorful paired with tasty sauce. If you like falafel, go here.

I have to say that Fairfield Falafel House is one of the cleanest resteraunts I have been to. Not to mention the polite staff and yummy yummy yummy food !! Give it a try!! No regrets :)

This place is hands down the best middle eastern restaurant I've tried in NJ. I ordered the falafel and hummus appetizer to start. The falafels were as if I ordered them from the streets of Amman, crunchy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. as for the hummus, I challenge any one to find a creamier hummus within a 50 mile radius. for the main course I ordered the chicken kebab plater. Not only were the portions big enough for two meals, the chicken kebab was extremely flavorful and juicy. The creamy garlic sauce that comes with it is out of this world. I'm so glad I found this hidden gem so close to where I live. I will most definitely be coming back, and I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Had the falafel sandwich. Wasn't impressed. Didn't care for the red cabbage and it seemed mayoish. Staff was really nice.

The place was nice and the food was ok. I had the chicken Shawarma and it had good tatse but was super dry. I'll give them another try but I was not impressed

I'm not one to leave a food review, but I had to go out of my way to leave a review for this spot. I had the Falafel pita, grilled veggies and hummus. Everything was absolutely amazing. The food was extremely fresh and was very flavorful. I would recommend to anyone in the area! I will definitely be back in the future.

Another 5 star restaurant review!! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. Restaurant front and the inside is very modern, clean, and welcoming. Indoors and outdoors seating is available with an outdoor plaza parking lot. Conviently off the US-46 highway. We were the first customers to dine in this past Saturday morning for “brunch” around 12 noon. Waiter greeted us and checked in a few times throughout our meal. I highly recommend their homemade sweetened iced tea and lemonade. Their labaneh was plated like a work of art, the presentation made it more even appetizing and most importantly it was DELICIOUS! Came with pita bread and free refills . We also recommend their lentil soup, it was prepared with halfway puréed lentils so it’s very thick and wholesome, and packed with flavors. The complimentary pita chips was a great addition too. My falafel sandwich was probably one of the best I’ve had, bc rarely are they filled with so many ingredients (such as lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, tahini sauce). The pickled red cabbage ingredient with the falafel was the highlight, maybe the sour punch really satisfies my pregnancy cravings. Even my husband enjoyed his chicken kebab sandwich version. We are so glad we stumbled across this restaurant. Will definitely visit again when we’re in the area!

Chicken shawarma sandwich was delicious. Fries were perfectly cooked, however they lacked seasoning. An option for like a chili lime seasoning would take them to a new level....but at least add some salt.

Went for the first time today. The food is so fresh and everything was excellent! The server was warm and welcoming. Told us her mom is the chef and they shop daily for fresh ingredients. The hummus, falafel and gyro sandwiches were delicious. This is a hidden gem and we will be back!
