Best cheese and lunch meat in the area

Fairview Swiss Cheese is a hidden gem. The staff is always friendly and the prices can't be beat. I buy all of my cold cuts from FSC. Simply the best!

Made my first visit, after driving by many times over the years, and was glad I did. They have a full deli, but I only wanted to try the Swiss cheeses made in-house, so I bought a chunk of the four they had available. I loved them all. I will be making this a regular stop from now on!

Nice and very friendly people! Love to them. My personal favorites are pre made pizza bread, Fairview swiss and honey ham.

We were driving by and decided to stop. Got some turkey breast, Swiss Cheese and also tried the Garlic Cheese. Garlic Cheese was quite good. Made a couple Toasted Cheese sandwiches with it.

Well it was a very nice clean place,all business,efficient service,not particularly friendly but that is fine with me.We got aged swiss,and aged NYSharp,niether of which had much age at all as they were particularly creamy for being called aged.They were still very good and would satisfy a more tender pallet,and though they were not what I was looking for,I will still find many culinary uses for both of them and will stock them in the future. We also picked up a pound of hard salami that was actually very good but not super hard, very nice though. Be aware that three stars is very good for me to rate a business but I do Reserve 4 and 5 for exceptional places,5 being very difficult to get as there are so many things to consider.Five being outstanding,and four being excellent in every way.

I love going here to get my cheese fix. The girls behind the counter waiting on you are already friendly and you get in and out quickly. I highly recommend going there to get any variety of cheese, it's all good. I love their own Swiss and the smoked Swiss.
