One of the best burgers i’ve ever had. simple and delicious. i’ve been back a few times i’ve over the past few weeks and it’s consistently been one of my favorite places to go when im hungry. their fries are amazingly seasoned and if you liked a great smash burger with amazing sauce this is the way to go. their tres leches is also one of the best i’ve ever had.

Easy to say the worst burgers and fries in Florida. Entire order was wrong and it was over $70. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Portions are smaller than pics

This is the best burger I've ever had. The guava jam was an unexpected addition that I now wish every burger had. The fries were uniquely delicious too. The location was great, with the staff keeping everything neatly organized and offering a friendly service. A must-try in Miami. I just hired their food truck to cater our son’s first birthday party. All of the food was absolutely fresh and delicious! All of our guests were raving about it! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious burgers and fries!

One of the best smash burgers I’ve tried. Tasted super fresh and the patties were super thin. The fries were seasoned well but they’re not hand cut/homemade which gave them that “frozen” taste which is why I give this a 4/5. Would highly recommend checking them out.

Usually food trucks can be a hit or miss but today it was a complete hit. The burgers were so good and the fries were so fresh! I got the AM burger, and the whiskey burger and it was very tasty. 5/5 deserved.

Fat Boy Ricks was part of a series of food truck experiences that my girlfriend and I have been taking in Miami. We went on a Thursday afternoon and there wasn’t too many people to where it felt cramped. Spent about $20/25 per person including the apps. Highly recommend the Friday burger if you’re looking for a sweet and savory mix, the AM Burger if you’re starving, and the truffle fries are an excellent choice overall. Burgers were very filling, while the patty was average (Still good but nothing to write home about) however the toppings raise it to a slightly above average overall rating. The fries however were the true star of the show. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the interior. I ended up eating almost all the fries before touching my burger. Texture and flavor were TOP notch. The only downside would be the quantity of the fries per serving. Truffle fries are $7 and pictured below is the untouched amount that they serve. It’s a bit lacking but frankly I’d still return just to try them again, so somewhat worth the price. If you’re looking for a highly casual and private food truck experience (Location isn’t loud by traffic and is off the Main Street) definitely try out Fat Boy Ricks.

Been a long time since I’ve come here but craving it like crazy. Our good friend Cynthia has her own styled burger called “Cynthia style”. It’s a to die burger for sure! Definitely looking forward to returning back to Miami for this.

So I actually ubered this meal! and had always wanted to try FBR because of IG. and omg ....it was soo good im not gonna lie I eat from alot places and spend money I regret spending but every bite from FBR was worth every dime. even my partner loved it and he is so picky!. the fries were sooooo good and the burger was fresh and made to perfection! so five stars I will be ordering again . 🔥🔥✨️✨️

Oh my goodness the Friday Burger was amazing. I got a double because I was hungry. But it was sooo delicious. The union of guava sauce bacon pepper jack cheese that yummy soft bun. This was a tasty burger, that everyone should try. And the truffle fries were yummy too. Let's talk about customer service it was late & they were I'm sure finishing up for the night. My friend & I wanted to get a good burger. So I checked for burgers near me and Fat Boy Ricks Burgers was close. We stopped by & I asked if they were still open. their reply was " we were waiting for you" But Rick was great, excellent people skills good eye contact. He explained the menu, told us what he recommended, overall super nice guy. The other men in the truck were great too. I highly recommend you try them. The food is excellent, the price was great,the service is excellent it's a win win.

Burgers are actually really good and savory. Smash burger was amazing and I have had one like that since I was in Freddie’s over in Jacksonville Florida. Fries were great too. Definitely recommend especially since they’re quick in making the food. Some food trucks take forever. Here food was out in 10 minutes.

I have never been to this food truck in person but I use them through Uber eats all the time. This place does not miss, I absolutely love the burger with the onions. Either Rick is a fat dude that got fat because he’s a a hell of a chief or he just took fat and put it in some random persons name and called his restaurant fat boy Rick’s but regardless this place does not miss.

You won’t believe it until you try it, hands down arguably the best burger spot in the area, you won’t regret it

This food truck surprised me... I haven't had a good experience with Miami food trucks but this one was the exception. One of the best burgers I have had. The service was outstanding and the price is fair to the quality and amount of dood. I highly recommend Fat Boy Ricks. (The guava sauce , wow....)

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had and they are consistently good. Quick service at this food truck which should be a Mecca for burger lovers. I LOVE their Classic & AM burgers, the fries are good and plentiful. The only thing I wish is that they had onion rings or another side option, because I’m not always in the mood for a heap of fries and I would say if you’re really hungry get 2 burgers instead of a double because they’re tastier and juicier in their singular form. They’re also open late, which I love!

Was in the mood for a delicious late night burger with fries and was not disappointed! The burgers are flavorful and the homemade sauces are so tasty! The portion sizes are also very generous. 10/10 would recommend and will be back. It's worth the drive into Kendall if you don't live in the area

This is a true slice of heaven in Miami. The food was awesome and didn’t have to wait very long at all. I saw the crowd and thought “Oh No!” … but I was impressed how quick they were to take our order and call my name with 5 of the most amazing burgers in town. When you eat here, you will understand why there is a crowd … these burgers are that good.

HIGHLY recommend this food truck. I was craving an amazing burger and my boss recommended them. I placed an order and WOW !!!! Everything was delicious. By the time I picked it up and ate it it was a bit soggy but that’s my fault for picking it up way later than they told me it was ready, next time I’m bringing the family to eat there. Not sure if it was the owner that I spoke to there but he was great and provides outstanding costumer service. 10/10 👍🏼

I had the Smash Burger. It was seasoned quite well. Burgers become boring if not seasoned well enough. The truffle fries were also delicious. I will be going back for that burger. It just might be my new favorite burger place.
