TLDR; Pizza was delicious, priced fair, and became one of my go-to spots for pizza day or late night. The food was amazingly delicious. I got the Latina as it sounded great with its chicken pineapple and bacon. From the first bite to last, it was enjoyed. The pizza is thin and put into a wood fire oven. I felt it gives the food a very unique and distinctive taste that other places can't capture with gas ovens. The toppings covered the whole pizza, and we're very generous and tasted fresh. Most importantly, it was cooked thoroughly without getting gross and crispy. Nice little char at the bottom. Overall, I loved the food and happy I came. They accept cash or card or tap to pay. I'll be coming back! Great local pizza truck. The atmosphere is casual and lighted nicely at night. Felt safe and feel you could enjoy sitting down at a table. A must visit. 👌

Great place! I've been a customer for almost 5 years, since they were located at Chase Bank on 127th Ave and Kendall Drive. The pizza is superb and the tartufa is a must-have. I've tried most of their options and all of them are great! I'm super happy to support local business, and Pizza Italia Miami is a must-have if you are in the area.

We had the best experience with Pizza Italia's food truck at my daughter's birthday party! The pizzas were a huge hit with all the kids and adults. Everyone loved the delicious flavors and quality of the pizza. The truck was clean and well-organized. We were impressed with how quickly they were able to serve our large group. The kids had a blast watching their pizzas being made right in front of them. It was a fantastic addition to the party and made it a truly memorable day for my daughter. We can't wait to have Pizza Italia back for future events!

Best wood fire pizza truck in Kendall

Been coming here for 3 years at least, the pizza and service is phenomenal. Highly highly recommend. The flavors are great. This is a thinner pizza than, say, a typical pizza hut or Papa John's but it's satisfying all the same. The tartufata capra 4 cheese are all phenomenal. Tip for the tartufata, make sure to lay it flat on your car mat to avoid the delicious mascarpone and truffle oil from running out the sides.

Me and my sad went over there an Got 5 pizzas it was the best pizza we ever tasted but the only bad thing was the wait time we left a generous tip and he said 25 minutes we came back 25 minutes and ended waiting about 45-50 minutes bad service

The pizzas that comes out of this food truck are amazing! The style of pizza they sell will be similar to a personal ny style, and I believe they just sell one size only. FYI: it’s a food truck located next to a gas station where there are tables available to eat. I am very critical when it comes to pizza. I must say, this place is SO good! Fairly priced, excellent quality and quantity of ingredients, and friendly service. It beats most actual brick and mortar pizzerias I’ve tried, only with the convenience of a walk up atmosphere. Give it a shot if you haven’t-you’ll be hooked. Keep up the good work, Kevin!
