Carol did a great job. Made fast food feel like full service.

I went in with my family. Ordered the Loaded fettuccine Alfredo, and it was extremely salty. I ate none of it but my first bite.The cheesecake was great though. The customer service was great, along with the atmosphere. Wish I could of ate my Sunday dinner.

Fazoli's has changed their menu they have pretty much of whatever you might want.

Amazing staff that worked with kindness and great service despite being what looked to be understaffed in the middle of lunch. My food was cooked exactly how I like it and served with a smile which always helps. Carol, Clayton, and Chelsea are hardworking and compassionate people and I am so grateful that they can still deliver this kindness despite the stress of understaffing. Please try and get more workers for your restaurant so they stay that way and avoid burn out! And give them a raise while you're at it! Thank y'all for your service again!

Food was mediocre. Pizza tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. Wasn’t offered any breadsticks after receiving the few with our meal. The sweet tea was awful. The lemonade was bitter. The other drinks tasted like chlorine. Definitely not going back. Expected better especially at lunchtime!

The spaghetti was very dry. I don't know if the methods used have changed but the quality is concerning. I've been here before a couple of years ago and the food was excellent. I went to another fazolis a few weeks ago and the food was dry there too. This won't stop me from occasionally going to fazolis because it's still very affordable to get their family meals. I'll just boil some water and dump the noodles in to loosen it up before serving. Just a little work but I can still feed my family for about $5 a person.

Went by Saturday 2/17/24. Got a baked spaghetti with meatballs, club sub and side salad. Food was delicious and great fast service. Went by on 2/19/24. Got a club sub, slice of cheese pizza and side salad. Cheese pizza was burnt and hard as a rock. Sub ingredients tasted stale and the bread was hard. Side salad I just tossed out. Disappointing!

Not very much chicken in my chicken Alfredo. The bread stick lady was super nice though. That is the only reason it gets a 3 imo

Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup but the signs for where to park are gone. Drove around the parking lot 3 times thinking I was crazy because they used to have them. Get the signs replaced or don't offer curbside on the app.

The young lady was so pleasant and sweet who took my order. She wore a smile the whole time. My order was done correctly and in a timely manner.

Went to get two breadsticks was given two old hard breadsticks try to call no answer did understand why do to no cars in parking lot and store was empty. Ask for manager he came to window no apology sent a worker out to give me new ones and nothing was even said!!! Try call again while in the empty parking lot still voicemail!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!

Breadsticks are too hard too quick. Today we took em outrageous oven a Lil soiber and they were softer for about 30 min. Big improvement

Quick service, had some minor issues with coupon (scanner being cranky). Food was promptly served. However the ravioli noodles were cool and ery firm to the taste buds.

The breadsticks were hard and dry, my order was missing the salad added on to my entree to make it a meal, and the lasagna was mediocre at best. I used to love Fazoli's but next time I'll drive a little further to go somewhere else.

Service was slow. Other patrons were rude. We we waited at the counter to place our order while at least 2 employees looked at us and never once bothered to speak. Fettuccine was dry.

I asked for dry breadsticks and I was told I will have to pay for it $1.49. If you get it with salty garlic oil stuff on it then it's free but if they give it to you without it which actually they saving money by not putting it on. I was stunned when u heard "manager" came and confirmed it. I told her I have never been charged but she said didn't know why I wasn't charged on the numerous times I have been to fazoli. Anyone has been charged for dry or plain breadstick?

Dykota H. was extremely helpful and explained several questions that we inquired about before ordering. She was very kind and made my son and I feel welcome. We really enjoyed our .meal.

A fast food Italian restaurant with drive thru and all. I thought we were going to a true restaurant. They had plenty of parking. Pulled in to park and saw a drive thru, thought that was weird but ok. Walked in and we had to order at the counter. Think Long John Silvers style ordering. We sat with our tabletop number and waiting on the food. There was plenty of seating (only 3 other tables were used). The service was iffy at this point. Left us standing around waiting to order. When ordering the lady was very impatient and did more talking than listening. We've never been here before we had questions. There is a self service kiosk to order if you know what your doing and don't want to wait. The food came out the guy had to go back after forgetting the breadsticks (that come with the meals). My wife and daughter got the spaghetti and I got a sub. Honestly, it tasted better than I expected. Amazing, no....but not fast food quality. For the price the quality is pretty good. Service, although below average, still better than a typical fast food locations service.
