Good service but food is overrated

First time visit. Food, service, and facility were great!

Great food, got it very quickly even the restaurant was packed. The food is always good no matter what location we go.

When I am craving chicken tenders this is my go-to. The food is always hot and fresh. Their bread is so delicious that sometimes I get an extra slice or sub a different side for an extra piece. My mom came to visit and we took her to Cane’s. She made fun of me for getting an extra slice…until she tried it. When she bit into it her eyes got big and let out a sound of enjoyment. I love their canes sauce, but I also get their honey mustard which is also amazing. They have a limited menu but everything they have is flavorful and fresh.

We absolutely loved our experience! The food was hot and fresh! It was absolutely delicious!! We have never had Rasing Cane's before (they are not local in our small town) so while on vacation we purposely set out to find one. The young lady at the drive thru taking our order was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely find one again the next time we can.

This is how I do Raising Cane's: 3 chicken fingers and a Cane's sauce $6.30. I don't like any of their sides and their drinks cost too much. Their chicken fingers are crazy good though and the Cane's sauce is perfectly spicy!

The chicken was good. Service was surprisingly fast for the amount of people there. Atmosphere was extremely crowded and loud. But it was good. I'd eat there again

The food tasted great, minus the gristle part. The service was fast, but felt a bit rushed when ordering. Could be because the guy was out in the heat taking orders and payment. Still my order was filled accurate, which is always a plus!

Just went through the drive-through the people on the intercom were too busy, flirting with the managers to get an order correct I get to the front window after being handed my ticket iat the first window and ask them to correct it… They had butchered my first order and said they would be charging me more for the second order (the order I originally placed included all the items on my second order) even after I asked them to fix my extra charges they added after not listening and being distracted by each other …. I’ll never be back. The wife wanted this food and what ever interest I had is gone completely. Good luck with a distracted staff who don’t understand how to actively listen

Pro's: This was my first time ever. My friends and wife said, "You have to have it!" I had the Caniac combo. It was without a doubt delicious. If you're not into fried food, however, this is not your stop. They are all pretty much chicken strips or "fingers." Mainly, it's deciding whether you want 2,3, or 6 pieces. The sides that come with are great as well. Cons: The ketchup station is right in front of the drink accessory area. Since the ketchup cups are so small, it takes a while to fill several for each person in your party. Meanwhile, people who need to fill cups with beverages or get lids,straws, etc., have to stand and wait, which in turn creates a chaotic, time wasting environment. Bathrooms were just plain nasty. There were feces floating in the toilet with toilet paper and what looked to be vomit. Urinal was either leaking, or people missed a lot puddling on the floor in front. Needless to say, I did not do my business here.

Food tasted like old burnt grease

This is my first time here so I ordered the four piece combo box. I asked for buffalo sauce, but I was told they just had Cane Sauce and honey mustard. The chicken and fries were very good the coleslaw was ok, but I was not a fan of the Cane Sauce. That type of sauce has been over done. It’s the same as Zax Sauce, chic fil a sauce, Big Mac sauce. They all have the same base ingredients with their own twist. I don’t like any of the other sauces, but I was game and gave it a try. Nope, not a fan. The Cane Sauce was way too salty for my liking. Good thing I always keep several packs of Texas Pete in the vehicle. It went good with the chicken fingers. As far as the service goes, every employee I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. So the food was good, the sauce I wasn’t a fan of. I wish they offered a better selection of dipping sauces. Maybe a Flamin Cane’s Buffalo Dipping Sauce would be awesome.

Raising Canes is great if you're in the mood for Chicken tenders otherwise you're out of luck, the tenders are juicy and usually cooked damn near perfectly, what is lacking in them is flavor, little to no salt or pepper so they by themselves are bland..... I know that's what the caines sauce is for, right? The tenders shouldn't have to rely on a sauce to be good they should be good by themselves, and the sauce be a little bonus.. ok rant over. the fries are good though I hate the packaging they use, the Styrofoam packaging melts easily, and that is a huge no-no in my book. Nothing like an extra dose of carcinogens with lunch..... I know it sounds like I hate this place but I really do love it overall it's the little things they need to fix in my opinion everything else is great, excellent service, good atmosphere, and friendly staff always are a plus also make sure to get the garlic bread it's incredible

Got me through college. Never get it to go though. The best quality is right when you get it.

You know what you're getting before you ever enter the building at Raising Cane's. They only do one thing and they do it extremely well. That one thing is chicken fingers. Get yourself a big ol Caniac combo and a sweet tea and get after it. Oh yeah... Don't forget an extra cup of Cane's sauce... You'll need it!

Inconsistent food from different restaurants

Not sure if the drive thru speaker was down or what but there was 2 people taking orders outside on computers even the payment. Got order both was missing the bread and kids meal was also missing the applesauce. I would show copy of receipt but the attached receipt isn’t even my order.

For the first time I ordered one of the chicken sandwiches and it was absolutely delicious. Hot crispy chicken, apparently freshly cooked. The drive-thru staff was very friendly and courteous and timely.

Boy oh boy, where do I even begin? Raising Cane's... honey, my pookie bear. I have loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you. The way you deep fry your chicken and strike fear into your enemies eyes. Your silky smooth touch around the Cane's sauce, and that gorgeous Texas toast. I would do anything for you. I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you go out of business. You had a rough backstory, but you never gave up hope. You are even amazing after hours, you're a great snack and food place, sometimes I even call you a restaurant. I forever dread and weep, thinking of the day you will one day go out of business. I would sacrifice my own life if it were the one thing that could put a smile on your beautiful face. You have given me so much joy and heartbreak over the years. I remember when you first forgot to give me Cane's sauce and it's like my heart broke into a million pieces. But a year still fell from my right eye when I had you for the first time, because deep down, my glorious sanctuary deserved it. I just wanted you to give me my 3 finger combo. Then alas, you did, my sweet little kitten gave me my food and I rejoiced. 2019 was a hard year for us baby, but in 2020 you made history happen. You attracted so many big backs and I couldn't believe it. I was crying, bawling even, and I heard my glorious sanctuary exclaim these words, "YOU ARE MY ONE LOVE!" Not only have you changed the game of fast food restaurants and the world forever, but you've eternally changed my world. And now you're getting older, but still the goat, my goat. The food was good, but I did ask for extra sauce. The worker said yes but didn't put it in there. I was right at the window. I hate when they do that. Besides that, I still enjoyed the visit and the food.

Great chicken, but have to say a bit pricey

Anytime I'm out of town, I'm always looking for a raising canes. This one doesn't disappoint, just like all the rest don't. Still waiting for them to come to more places in TN besides Knoxville. It's not easy to access

These guys are awesome. Pulled up to a packed drive thru. The staff here are PUMPING the orders out. Waited maybe 8 min total from pulling in line to receiving my food and on my way. And there were 5-6 cars in front of me at least. Food quality is good. Hot food, tasted fresh. Friendly staff. Great job.

Y’all deserve a 1 star for what you’ve done to your chicken tender size. The tenders are literally half of what they were pre-pandemic. Im pretty sure the toast is smaller too. There are a lot of places in town which sell larger tenders for a comparable or cheaper price of the same or better quality. I was staying loyal to Cane’s, but I recently had chicken tenders else where and the size difference blew my mind. You all should be ashamed for having tenders the size of two of my fingers, and I have small hands.

The food is always fresh and hot! The service is usually very quick and the staff are very nice! The sauce isn't always consistently the same, but its always good! I love the type of ketchup packets they have!

This is our favorite place for chicken tenders! It's always hot, fresh, tastes amazing, and the staff is always super friendly! In particular there is one employee that wears glasses and suspenders, I wish I knew his name! He is so engaging and helpful and goes out of his way to talk to my kids while still working. He is a true asset to this restaurant and should be rewarded for his work ethic. We often visit this location just to say hi to him!

Fast friendly and always great…best fast food in Lexington

i dont usually eat canes but my relatives wanted some, so i indulged. for context, i ate the three piece meal. my stomach feels terrible, the chicken is flavorless and undercooked. similar to the fries, which are very plain. maybe im just used to seasoning but this whole meal felt like i was eating water. even after dipping it in the canes sauce, i was still unimpressed. while yes, its good, it doesn’t justify how bland everything is by itself.

Nice staff, good location. I don't care for their chicken...it's unseasoned and tasteless. I don't understand why they are so popular. People apparently have no standards...

Raising Cane's is always on point. If you have never been definitely worth a try. If you eat Chick-fil-A, or Zaxbys, or KFC regularly and have never been here then youbare missing out. Their menu is not as large as some other places, but they make consistently delicious food. Very good sweet tea as well, and the Cane's sauce is better than Chick-fil-A sauce. Have a great day!

Sadly out of all the times I have ate at Canes this one was not as good. The service was just fine as normal. But the three Boxes I ordered was not as good.. The fries were sogy and the fish had a funny taste to it I thought.

I went to Lexington, KY on business. As soon as I arrived, I made a trip to Canes for their chicken tender’s box. Included was their special sauce, fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. Quick service and some of the best fried chicken around.

All I can say is you can't go wrong here. I love their chicken and sides they taste amazing. The Caniac Sauce on the chicken is delicious. They are friendly and fast.
