Great quality food and friendly staff.

The Thai meatballs and Jerk chicken are out of this world. Very fresh food, Great service staff. ample parking in the Aldi lot.

They cook everything in olive oil. Excellent food

Love love love this place- colorful cheerful atmosphere and warm welcome once you come in. All staff are helpful and patient as you navigate all the delicious items. There is truly something in there for every dietary lifestyle. I hadn’t t been in over 6 months as I spend winters elsewhere but was pleasantly surprised on my recent visit to see an expanded menu. So great to be able to support a local business that provides such nutritious food at a great price- great value for your money.

I've never ordered a salad and wondered where is all the lettuce so this was kind of a strange experience for me. It was around 730 when I arrived and they close at 8 and boy do the staff make sure they are walking out the door at 7:55 kind of place. I remember when you were able to order at restaurants up to closing time but this place had the lights off and the door closed before it was even 8 - I noticed as I ate my "salad" in the car. The lettuce that WAS there was wilted and covered in dressing. I wont be back and sad to say but this place is going to close soon.

I did takeout so I didn’t experience the whole atmosphere package giving it a lower rating in that department. Regarding the business itself it’s run by a very interesting person that I didn’t expect. As for the food it was good.

Found this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try. When I walked in the girl working the counter was very friendly and when I said it was my 1st time there she told me to take my time and let her know if k had any questions. I got the feature flight to try a little bit of everything and then the bbq beef bowl. Everything was amazing! And a plus is they also do meal prep, nice sized portions and knowing there is no junk in the food is an added bonus! Will definitely be back and recommend everyone to try them!

We love love love Feature! Food is absolutely delicious, staff is so kind and for busy families their meal prep is the best! Our family during our sports season order weekly and even our picky 14 year old loves their food. Highly recommended! Keep up the great work!

The Jamaica Jerk chicken was fantastic. Rice and broccoli were very good too. Everyone had great dinners. Highly recommend!

This place rules! Some of the best food I’ve ever had. A great mix of options and flavors plus everything is really healthy. If I lived closer I would eat there everyday!

Every food we ordered was amazing. My toddlers loved the braised beef and jerk chicken. One said “This beef is AMAZING! I could eat it every day!”. That’s high praise from a 4 year old :) The meats were moist and perfectly seasoned. We will absolutely be returning customers.

When you enter the first thought is WOW. This place looks amazing! You get to the front and you’re greeted by big easy to read menus on the wall, all the food is out steaming hot. Speaking of the food it’s absolutely delicious. The pulled beef and chicken is the perfect consistency, the rice is perfectly cooked, the hot sauce (I got a buffalo bowl) is just enough to burn and spice it up but not over powering. Also tried a peanut butter protein smoothie and all together it made for an incredibly filling meal. Finally service. Michael Khoury, the owner, was incredible. Everything was served and paid for quickly. Honest to god one of the best meals I’ve had in a LONG time. I can’t really say anything else, this place just checks everything off. Do it, you won’t regret it.

Amazing !!!! If I could eat here every day, I would. The food is so fresh and so tasty and the portions are huge. Do yourself a favor and try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Comfortable, personable wait staff and great food!

Amazing place, and I very much hope they continue strong they're in a rather hidden location next to Aldis on Transit Rd a few blocks from North French Rd. If you're into places like Core Life, Chipotle, etc... this is just significantly better. You get a far higher quality food then Chipotle dumping pounds of 🧂 salt into your chicken. Then you get actual good tasting food options like broccoli which isn't burned unlike most places. Then the portions are like 2x that of Core Life. The employees are very nice and I've yet to have even a slightly subpar visit so they seem very consistent which can't be said about most places even your favorites. I usually get the combo meal which is 21.74 after tax and comes with the featured bowl you see in picture, a 20z container I think of turkey chili or any other side you want. Then a drink of your choice. With how great tasting and high quality the food is and very with it to me. They also have some meal prep thing but I'm not personally into any of that. I've been here 3 times so far and plan to go more it's just not close to me, so I only visit when I'm in that area.

Awesome healthy lunch and dinner option! We’ve tried most of the menu and never disappointed, although the jerk chicken thighs are a favorite. Portions are huge as well! Good for the kiddos too

Absolutely love this place. Huge portions of healthy food cooked right. Never had something there that I didn’t like. When I go now I usually stock up for the week! The owner is always so nice (and patient as I add another side of this and another side of that cause I can’t choose) lol

I've driven by here many times without stopping. My first visit I had the curry meatballs which were excellent. I've been there a second time and had the braised beef. Absolutely amazing meals. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend

The food here is both amazing and healthy! All the meals are well portioned and balanced. We use their meal prep service for our gym and they never disappoint! Always looking forward to my next meal from feature!

Quick service and healthy fresh food. Easy out from Casey Rd with a light as Transit can be a pain. Highly recommend it over Core Life or Panera for a quick healthy lunch.

Like core life but better. Awesome options, everything is made in house. Lots of vegetarian selections as well. The sauces are bomb. Definitely recommend.

Falafel was poor. Prices were expensive although they did add a decent bit of chicken. Greens mix looked old / expired. Falafel made with black beans for some reason 🤔 not a big restaurant either, might just be a better to-go place

Excellent food! Since discovering Feature on Transit a month or so ago, my family has already been several times. The bowls are fresh and so delicious. The reason I’m giving four stars rather than five is because, as a celiac parent who has to be hyper-aware in order to keep my toddler safe when eating out, I was thrilled to find a “fully gluten free” eatery (based on the website’s description) — but that is not the case as there are gluten-containing cookies at the front counter. My daughter is very sensitive to cross contamination (including crumbs on tables, airborne flour in the prep area etc), so if this place were truly 100% safe for people who are gluten free by necessity (ie perhaps gluten free cookies instead at some point?😇), we’d love it even more! Thank you!

Just tried Feature eatery for the first time weeks ago, electing their "Jamaican Jerk Bowl". Wow, was that bowl tasty. I've been back several times now and was thrilled with the freshness and depth of flavor each time. I wish we had more eateries like Feature, focused on excellent, high quality ingredients. Friendly staff to boot. Please keep it up, I'll be back often!

The food was hot and fresh. We had very quick and friendly service. We would try this place again.

I have to say that I had an amazing experience there. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the restaurant was super clean, which made me feel very comfortable and safe. When it came to the food, I was blown away by the quality and freshness of the Southwest Chicken Bowl and the Jerk Chicken Bowl. Both dishes were packed with flavor and tasted incredibly fresh. I also tried the Peanut Butter and Jelly protein shake, which was a real treat. It was delicious and satisfying without being too heavy. Overall, I was really impressed with Feature and I will definitely be back soon. The food was great, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a great place to grab a bite to eat in East Amherst, I highly recommend giving Feature a try.

We had the Jerk chicken with Broccoli and Sweet potatoes. I kid you not, this was one of the best food I ever had. I have a serious issue with eating rice and chicken. The rice at this place was amazing. The broccoli was roasted perfectly and not dry. The gravy from the jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned. Overall, I am glad about the options they provide. I do think the price is a little on the higher side for what you get but trust me the real food and taste makes up for it.

Fresh, healthy, and hearty tasty!

I have really liked everything I've tried from here. The restaurant is fast-casual, so it's kind of set up like a Chipotle where you pick which ingredients you want in your bowl. Everything is healthy and delicious and it's such a great option to grab something nutritious on the go.

Food is absolutely delicious and you do not need to worry about any additional ingredients. It's just wholesome well-cooked food. It tastes amazing. They have a variety of pre-done bowls that you can try if you do not want to be adventurous and try to build your own at first. However, you can do all sorts of variations that will keep you coming back to this restaurant. All sorts of vegetable choices and sauces to change your experience. The chocolate cookies are amazing and a family recipe I hear. Well worth the $2.50 price tag. Coming back on a regular basis for sure!

New place on transit. We had soup and a signature bowl. I loved the Caribbean jer chicken, jasmine rice and chicken broth while my wife had a bowl with black bean falafel and chicken breast with jasmine rice. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

As a foodie, this was great. It was filling, quality of the Jamaican jerk chicken thigh was more than expected, and they don’t charge a million dollars for toppings. Service was very nice as well. Waiting until they open a location in the southtowns !

Feature is the only place that I can go everyday and have a delicious meal and never get sick of it! Amazing flavors, great value, and the best ingredients. Going to Feature for healthy options is an after thought for me now - I go because it's DELICIOUS!
