I’ve been twice and love their brunch food! They were accommodating to dietary restrictions and provided delicious gluten free and nut free dishes. Eating area is clean and modern. Parking lot is large but usually packed! Some people park across the street.

We have always had a good experience and the food is fresh.

Good food, not the best ever but definitely not crappy. Service is top-notch.

Just a little drive from Syracuse and I haven't been here in a few years. I stopped for lunch and ordered a garbage plate, then the young lady asked, breakfast or lunch? Oh boy, you've got a breakfast garbage plate?? As she was describing it, I knew I was all in !! This thing was absolutely amazing !! Question is, how does one go back to work after this ?? Oh, and their cakes are like 3' tall.... No room for carrot cake today, but I'll be back !!

The food and service are always fantastic! We have been going here for many years and we are always impressed with the food and the top notch service.

Lisa the owner served us with such a pleasant smile and demeanor as usual. The food is so great and the whole menu is amazing really! The staff is so attentive it’s unbelievable. Gets a little loud in the restaurant at times when it’s very very busy, but to me that just means that the restaurant is the best place to be. 😃 I ordered the Whole Grain Cranberry pancakes 🥞 and they were perfectly tasty. Will be back soon as usual. Love you all! Keep up the awesome work. 👍👍👍

Finally went. I’ve heard so many wonderful things about Finally Ours. Well, all my friends were right. I loved it! The staff was friendly, we were seated and waited on very quickly even though they were super mobbed. The food was very good and the price point was perfect for the ample size portions we received. I hate to say it, I probably won’t get the Reuben anytime soon though. It was absolutely delicious but now I must try other items on the menu. Thanks again for the friendly conversation and a wonderful dining experience. Update 8/14/24. Got one the best salads I’ve had in a long time here. Look at the size of this monster. The chicken souvlaki salad was just awesome. Couldn’t finish it and took half home. Another fine meal !

Always packed - even on a weekday morning! Delicious food, good portion sizes, and great atmosphere - what’s not to love!

I come here pretty regularly. Betty is the best waitress. Super kind and down to earth while being efficient with a smile on her face. I have to say that Finally Ours is my favorite diner in the Syracuse area. I’m lucky that it is right by my house. Ever since their opening, the food has been a consistent steady improvement. Their sandwiches particularly the club are wonderful. I recommend the delicious hearty corned beef hash plate and the warm crispy Frosted Flakes French toast for breakfast. For lunch I recommend the garbage plate with macaroni salad, French fries, spicy meat sauce, and two cheeseburgers. Their desserts are incredible. When I order one, I always get the carrot cake which is out of this world. Recently I have been delving into their growing specials board. The stuffed French toast has been divine. I believe the two pictured are the cinnamon swirl and the eclair with dark chocolate and tart raspberries and blackberries. Thank you Finally Ours staff for all that you do to serve the community!

Before anything else, I loved this place for the name! It sounds like the finale of someone's incredible story, and that alone gave me the warm fuzzies 🥰 The staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The food came quickly, in huge portions and for a cheap price. I did not notice a changing table in the woman's bathroom, however; which is worth noting for families with smaller children. They do have high chairs, however. Looking forward to returning our next time through!

Always great food and service at Finally Ours.

I had oreo pancakes, which taste like fried oreos 😋 with a side of eggs,links, toast, and hasbrowns. ( I ate a little bit of food before the pic) the food was so yummy. My boyfriend with thumbs up said the best sloppy Joe in town. For a Friday the wait was 10 mins, but usually on a long, busy day the wait is 15- 20 mins 😀

We were offered drinks the moment we sat at our table which was great. There are 2 of the waiters walking around the floors all the time just to make sure that you are enjoying your visit. I had the full size frittatas regular and it was so big I could only eat half of it lol but it was delicious, especially with that blue cheese topping!! My wife had waffles and my daughter had french toasts. Everything was very delicious and the food was ready in minutes literally! I can’t recommend this place enough! We’re going to stop by again on our way back home for some sandwiches!

My sister and brother in law introduced me to this restaurant. The portions are enormous and if I had any negative comments it would be that perhaps this wastes food. Otherwise the food is very reasonably priced and homemade. Very delicious. I had strawberries on French toast. I also tried the homemade corned beef hash and had a bite of the apple fritter French toast. Yum!!! Honestly the best table service I’ve seen in a long time. Every staff person was pleasant and upbeat as well. Great place!!

In my experience, this is not only the best diner in Syracuse, it's also one of the best casual restaurants in town. As with other diners, portions are large and prices are reasonable. What sets this place apart from the rest is the high quality of the food. The menu offers a wide selection for breakfast and lunch, and check out the specials listed on a new video screen straight ahead of you as you enter. For breakfast, try the Baby Jack which includes 2 eggs, meat of choice, and one of their delicious dinner-plate-size pancakes with butter and real maple syrup (upon request, with an upcharge). For lunch you can't go wrong with the Philly cheesesteak or grilled cheese bacon burger combination with Boom-Boom sauce. The club sandwiches are also very good. From Labor Day through Memorial Day, they're open for dinner on Fridays (with an emphasis on seafood). Service is friendly and fast even when they're busy, which is most of the time. UPDATE-1: I tried their breakfast sandwich for the first time. It comes on a large toasted English muffin with egg, meat and cheese and a side of potatoes. I chose a fried egg over medium with bacon, and a side of home fries. Excellent! UPDATE-2: The last two times I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich it was so greasy I couldn't eat it. They need to drain the oil they use to cook the steak on a flat-top grill before constructing the sandwich. I've decreased my rating of the diner from five stars down to four stars.

I'm giving them a one star rating because... first, let me say, I've been there multiple times and loved it, although I wish they offered a vegan burger. That being said... I approached them a few days ago asking for a donation for a breast cancer fundraiser... asking for a gift certificate or something similar for a raffle. I was asked to leave the flier, which I did. I called the next day, and was put on hold for ... yep... TWENTY MINUTES! Like... for REAL???? I hung up and called back. The person who answered blew me off. She said the owner would call me. She never did. I will NEVER GOT BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was not great, barely had any flavor, it was bland. I have not had anything quite as bad in a while. I'm also pretty sure my girl and I both got food paint from the place because we both feel extremely sick after eating from here. I would not recommend going there to enjoy a meal, definitely will not be back

Rude, impersonal service. Food is mediocre at best. The decor is sterile and gray. You are not allowed to open the window blinds and you will be rudely barked at if you do. If you ask to have to blinds opened they will ignore you. I can think of nothing worse then a cavernous dining room. The food service was fast, but in the rushed "eat, pay, leave!" sort of way. This place is just the worst.

This is my go-to place for breakfast. Even when they're crowded (which is always) they get you seated fast. The staff is very attentive and genuinely friendly. And even though they're very busy, the food is the star. As if it were prepared just for you.

i was very disappointed by the service. I asked for an order to be remade due to eggs that were so undercooked that they filled my plate with water when cut into. I was told it would be remade, but never heard back or received the meal. I decided to just leave without eating, and when I explained the situation at the counter my server, and who I found out to be the owner, was incredibly unprofessional . She was extremely rude to me, blamed me for not telling her, and initially said she would not remove the item and would only offer a $2 discount for a meal that she saw was completely untouched. I explained that I did communicate it, she can't blame me for an employee's lack of communication , and I refused to pay for the item I didn't eat. I paid the rest of my bill and left. My partner enjoyed his meal, which looked delicious, but we will not be back if that is the type of service received by the owner of the company.

I have read fantastic reviews and love traveling around trying new restaurants. This place is always packed, which is a good sign. We were sat and given drinks immediately. The waiter was kind and the food came out rather quick. It is very loud in there, so put your hearing aids on prior to visiting as you will get questions from random staff if you want your drink refilled or if you are done eating because you are sitting taking a break. If you hear them wrong and say yes, as one does when you have no idea what someone is saying, there goes your food. All jokes aside. My husband loved his breakfast garbage plate and the home fries were seasoned well. My go to is stuffed french toast, not all diners have it, so when they do I order it. They had sweet and savory choices. I chose sweet. The stuffed french toast here was way different than how it is normally made. I have no idea what bread they used, but it had a hard crust and was stuffed with plain cream cheese. Normally it is made sweetened; powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese paired with fruit. The bread was not even breaded in an egg, cinnamon, milk coating, it looked like and tasted like just egg. I ate it, I don’t waste food. However, a description of what the dish really was, from what bread they used, to what they stuff it with would have helped me make a better decision when it came to ordering. I will definitely go back and try something different. Anyway, I hate to bash restaurants, clearly this place is amazing, I just ordered the wrong thing for my taste buds.

usually when you don’t like something a restaurant works with you to get you something you like. Their excuse was their grills are cleaned and since there are other people eating what I don’t like what could be wrong with it. It’s nothing to get overworked about but I will say it’s frustrating. And choose wisely what you pick because if it’s something you don’t like you’re stuck with it lol. And I think a lot of this has to do with age . We are younger so I think we are taken less serious. If I go to a restaurant with an elder and they didn’t like something usually management is good with working with us. Today was not much of a pleasant visit. I will not be back soon

All of our food was yummy. My friend had the chicken philly and OMG! Ryan was our server and was very attentive. All of the staff here were attentive to our needs. I will be returning while I’m in the area. Give them a try!

Excellent food with huge, quality portions!!! The frittata is HUGE! and so delicious. The sourdough toast is awesome. We have never had anything but a stellar experience here. Come early, as during weekends, there may be a wait to get in. Well worth any time spent waiting!!!!!!! See photo of whole frittata attached!!!

The first time we went there quite a while ago it was excellent the food the service everything. Today when we went the service was excellent the food was just as good as the first time the home fries were great and the French toast was really sweet with the extra powdered sugar they put on the top. Everything was super hot also.

Nice friendly lunch diner. Food is good, depending. I had a fish sandwich. Very skimpy fish inside the breading. My friend had the fish dinner her fish was normal with fish inside the breading. I've been there before and had a grilled cheese and soup , it was good. Very noisy. Good for alot of food and reasonable price. My other friend ordered there frittatas. Feeds 6. Ridiculous. That's all.

Excellent food and service! Home style cooking at its best. The dessert cakes are hard to resist, but if you are full, get a slice to go. Owners work right alongside the staff, and the service is very professional, attentive and friendly.

Got the breakfast garbage plate and it was excellent. Sitting down it'll take maybe 30 seconds max to get coffee. 7 people (one of which is a toddler) was $130ish.

Best Diner in Central New York!! If you've never been. You absolutely need to get there. Excellent food, great atmosphere, family friendly, tons of parking, topnotch service. Lil busy on weekends in the morning, but only because its such a phenomenal place to eat, well worth the small wait. Bottom line, go eat there and you'll want to go back, and back, and back, and back....

The food is always delicious, service is outstanding, and the price you cannot beat. I got a full fritata for 17 dollars and had enough food for lunch all week. I am never disappointed eating here.

We had a party of 7 on Saturday morning and didn’t even wait for a table. Fast friendly service, food was hot and delicious.

Incredibly fast service, great food and fair prices, perfect spot for a weekend breakfast

This is a very good, big food diner. We went with a party of 11 for Sunday brunch and after about a 20 minute wait they had no problem seating us or separating our bill (we were told there was also a party of 30 there at the same time). I had a lobster/crab omelette with hash browns and toast for $15. The omelette was loaded, full of flavor and very good. My wife had eggs Benedict with crab cakes and hollandaise which she very much enjoyed. It was a pleasant drive through the countryside to get there and I’m pretty sure we will return on our next visit to Central, NY.

Never disappoints! The service is exceptional as well as the food & coffee. Always a treat to get to go there.

Another great meal at Finally Ours! We had the humongous julienne salad and breakfast burrito with bacon and hash browns..so good! got chocolate chocolate cake to go..no pic..the serving was huge! highly recommended this place!

Tasty food, big portions, and amazing service

Great diner experience. HUGE menu and HUGE portions. I ordered the breakfast garbage plate which was perfect. Delicious and large. Included country fried steak, eggs (over easy - my choice), a huge bed of hash browns, biscuits and sausage gravy and probably more that I'm forgetting. There was also a lunch garbage plate option. This place always has a full parking lot and I know why. Extra parking available, don't worry. We were able to immediately seat ourselves at the counter. Staff assisted quickly and were friendly and the food came out fast. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

This was my first time going here and it was very busy [as expected since it was a Sunday] The food portions are HUGE, and everyone worked together to make sure my family and I were taken care of.I enjoyed my chicken sandwich and their cake is AMAZING! Huge portions and the food was great. Double bacon cheeseburger I could not finish. Warm local place, you don't find anymore. The prices are great as well. We where visiting from Missouri and would love to have this place in our neighborhood!

Extremely busy but the size of the serving were huge and they all tasted great.

Service was great overall. We were a group of 5 and seated within 15 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. I wish I liked the food more. Maybe it was an off day, but the pancakes/waffle were dry, poached eggs weren't cooked as requested, turkey sausage was like a tough little hockey puck and scrambled eggs were also dry. Omelette enjoyed by my father and the potatoes (hash brown) was probably the best item that day. Overall a little tough to enjoy fully. Portions were huge, we had plenty to take back with us. Will definitely try it again to see if our first experience was a fluke.

Bustling friendly homey atmosphere. Very pleasant and attentive staff. "Greasy spoon" comfort food, breakfast served all day!! Great portions for price ratio. Very busy but moves along quickly and gives you time to chat with other customers. Family atmosphere can't be beat. Definitely worth the short wait.

Great diner next to the Hallows pumpkin farm. Food was delicious and portions were a good size. I got an omelette with harsh browns and ended up taking half of it home. It gets busy and parking commonly overflows the lot, but we only waited 20 minutes for a table (Party of 4)

Wonderful place, truly a gem of our community. Finally Ours has the best sausage gravy and country fried steak I've had north of the Mason-Dixon. Service is always great even on crazy busy weekend mornings. Food comes out fast. I usually go for breakfast but the lunch menu is good too.

We eat at this location whenever we are in the area. Great tasting food, fast service and all of the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoy the Philly cheese steak just saying. Also this restaurant was selected and hosted a tv special. It's a place you don't want to miss.
