Best fries ever, the fries guy is very hard working and has good service.

There’s something to be said when you walk into a place and the workers are happy, kind and genuinely cheerful. Service here was excellent! Definitely going to mark this one.

Absolutely Scrumptious burgers and crispy, flavourful fries! The staff were expedient and friendly. I just found the music blaring loud both inside and at the outdoor seating area. Five Guys make the BEST burgers....And French fries!

Alexa was amazing, she made sure a previous order was attended too and corrected. She deserves a promotion.Noah the GM was also amazing and made sure everything was perfect. Got half the amount of fries I was expecting because staff told me they portion them out by weight now. That's the entire reason I come here, to get a lot of fries :^(

came in on May 12 around 7:30 and not only was the food good as normal, the service was INCREDIBLE. All of the employees were fast, enthusiastic, and friendly.

I'd give them 5 stars all around, but the atmosphere isn't ideal for my dining-in tastes, though plenty suitable for the style of dining. I'd love to see some booths and credit them for their staff efficiency. However, I tend to mobile order takeout often from this chain and find it annoying that my order is never just sitting ready for me to pickup when arrive, even if I give them extra time. I think it's because the chain prefers to serve the fries hot and prepare the milkshakes once the customer checks-in at the store counter, regardless of whether I tap the 'I'm here' option from the mobile app once I've arrived. To the Franchise's credit, they are always busy, so it's never quick to have to get a worker's attention for pickup orders. Worth the wait, but for as much as fast food costs these days, the best restaurants are beginning to struggle to compete in this area for customers' business. Hoping my family's favorite burger joint figures this out.

I recently installed a few machines at this location, and I'm amazed about how neat clean and organize are Noah and his team. I have spent over 4 hours there not hearing any complaining, but motivation cheers instead. I would have gave them 20 🌟 is the app let me, congratulations Noah and teammates 👏

The price is slightly higher than fast food joints. But the burgers are like homemade g awesome. Plain paper napkins and plain aluminum foil Wrapping my burger. Real French fries.

The staff here is never less than excellent. Everyone is helpful and friendly, especially the young man with curly hair. My family comes here almost weekly because of this. The staff and management should be commended.

Good burgers. Only order the bigger burgers if you're really hungry they are quite sizeable. French fries are good. The place is extremely brightly lit with really uncomfortable high top tables and chairs. Only a handful of regular tables. And milkshakes should be served either with the food or before it not after.

Always hits. The guys are cool and the food always bomb. Nice and friendly service. My go to location.

Went for lunch today burgers were extremely small, usually they cover the buns so was very surprised, staff was great and so were the fries, we will still go there again this is the first time we were a little disappointed after several trips that we have gone

very polite person, and friendly, but the first time I went there, I had ordered 3 hamburgers, and I had said that I wanted one without a seat because my friend is allergic to pork, they sent it wrong, and said it was simply "remove the bacon", they gave credits for a hamburger, but did not a lot of questions, my friend didn't eat due to the event. Today I ordered a potato and some burgers, but while I was eating, I found a small stone in the middle of the potatoes, and I was surprised that this happened. Even though I love their food, this is the second time something has happened, and I hope it doesn't happen again.

Slowest workers I’ve ever seen in my life , please get management to come supervise these kids working here . Slackers! Hardly working .. if I could rate this location 0 stars I would . Get better staffs or don’t even bother leaving this place open. Horrible

Came in to pick up a to go lunch. The guys behind the counter were friendly, worked really well as a team, and were very detail oriented but qquick. Restaurant was exceptionally clean (nice lady worked hard to keep it that way) and fries were perfect. Best Five Guys I have ever been to!

Just wanted to say what a great crew that works at the Chelmsford 5 guys. They work like a well oiled machine with precision. Welcoming and friendly to all. Love these guys.

Yesterday 1/22. Tried to order online but it was turned off. Called the store and they took my order no issues. When I arrived to the store there was 1 person doing everything. Chris absolutely killed it. He kept people smiling, while he worked to the absolute best of his abilities. We need more youth in this country like Chris.

Food is what you expect when you want 5 Guys burger and fries. Prices continue to rise. I don't think this type of counter-service restaurant should ask for tips, but I suppose everyone does these days. We chose to eat in our car. Thanks for the free peanuts.

If you want to eat a good hamburguer you have to go to five guys, I love this place, the way they serve the food in big portions and you have the opportunity to eat some peanuts white they prepare the food. The place is clean and the people are friendly, I recommend it.

Takeout for 3 adults & 2 children. OMG never had anything like this!!!! 2 x lettuce wrapped double pattie cheese burgers - impossible!! Burgers were phenomenal!!! Fries soooo good too.

The fries where not fully cooked and looked and tasted like straight potatoes they where practically raw and will not be coming back to this restaurant

Staff is super kind and helpful. Even though they have to slow down the line because they have a ton of visitors, they are apologetic when they don't need to be. The best customer service around.

So I ordered door dash so didn't rate the atmosphere but the food and service was the best fast food experience I have had in the last 5 years A+ !

I recently went to Five Guys and let me tell you, it was like a party in my mouth. First off, the music was bumpin'. I walked in and heard "Party in the USA" blasting over the speakers, and I couldn't help but start dancing a little in line. It was like I was at a burger rave. When I finally got to the counter, the guy taking my order was cracking jokes left and right. He asked me if I wanted "fries with that shake" and I almost spat out my drink. It was like he was a burger stand-up comedian. I ordered the classic burger with all the toppings, and when I say "all the toppings," I mean it. They piled on so much lettuce, tomato, and onion that it looked like a salad on top of my burger. But hey, I'm not complaining. The more veggies, the better, right? And don't even get me started on the fries. They were like little sticks of gold, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I didn't think I could eat them all, but before I knew it, the entire bag was empty. It was like they were hypnotizing me with their deliciousness. The restaurant itself was also a riot. There were bags of peanuts everywhere, and customers were cracking them open and tossing the shells on the ground like it was a peanut party. I even saw a guy juggling the bags of peanuts like they were circus balls. Overall, I highly recommend Five Guys for a hilarious and tasty burger experience. Just be prepared to dance, laugh, and eat your weight in fries.

Great. The food is always good. They don’t screw up every order. They are a busy place but they do their job well and you don’t have to wait like the horrible five guys in Westford. This place always has more customers and they always have the food cooks right and you do t have to wait. I waited an hour at the Westford store and left. Worth the drive coming to Chelmsford.

Everything is fresh and delicious

Last night I ordered online and then went to go pick up the food. When we arrived we were told that the shake machine was out of order. We both had ordered shakes. She was willing to refund us which was great then the machine started working again so fantastic great. My husband likes chocolate likes those chocolate frappes and shakes, I don't. I ordered a strawberry banana shake. Then it was told they didn't have strawberry or banana and then I asked a girl because I don't go to five guys all the time I asked her to name off the shakes for me and basically they all had the chocolate in them and I think the only one that didn't was the peanut butter one and I was like no no no I don't like chocolate and I was just like whatever I don't need one you know but then she I said hey would you like me to make you a vanilla shake and I said sure. I didn't even think of a vanilla shake. I suffer from seasonal affective disorder which means that I have seasonal depression and get very down and in bad moods about little things. This lady was so positive it kicked my bad moods out of me. Now this lady I don't know she seemed to be in her twenties maybe early twenties African American girl gorgeous, I couldn't see her name tag please don't get her in trouble because I didn't see her name tag maybe it was on and it just wasn't showing to me from my angle. She really had a good attitude and it was only her and one other guy working. And the store was not in the greatest condition. but my food was hot it was ready to go I enjoyed it I got a vanilla shake and this lady's attitude was awesome I just wish I could knew her name so I could at least give her some credit here. I never go to the Chelmsford five guys I always go to the Westford five guys so I was a bit kind of you know not really wanting to go to this please cuz it's in Chelmsford I like the Westford one better but it was all in all a decent experience because of this one employee who I am sure was very stressed out because there was a long line and there was only one other guy working but God bless those people for showing up and doing their job I appreciate them very much. The reason that I'm giving a four stars is because corporate needs to get employees in there to help these people out.

It has been awhile since I've gotten Five Guys and let me just say it was great choice to go here and I'll be going back more often. I ordered online my meal online and it was ready exactly when I arrived. The Cajun fries and banana milkshake were delicious. The burger was great as well. There was a steady flow of customers but the staff was handling it very well. Would recommend if you're every craving a burger and more.

The vibe in this place is just amazing I ordered the grilled cheese burger and small fries and it did not disappoint 10/10. Not to mention the respect and hard work that the employees put forth and infront of you I'm very impressed. Keep up the good work.

This has to be the best five guys I have ever been to. I went on a monday afternoon and was served by the kindest staff and it was so much fun. Delicious hot fries and a perfect burger!

My daughter's Refrigerator broke and she had 35.00 available in her account to feed her kids tonight. She ordered from 5 guys in Chelmsford, when she got there they told her the grill was broken and they couldn't refund her money until tomorrow. They were rude and completely ignorant. I will never order from here again or another resteraunt in this chain. There's also a huge thread on FB going on about this now.

Fantastic job by the crew today. Walked in after a college bus with a softball team came in. The guys managed the rush perfectly.

This place is probably the best 5 guys in America! The best cooks Joe and Maguire chef up some great burgers and any time of day. Cheeseburgers are great. Hot dogs are delicious and well the fries, they are seasoned well and there's just so many of them. 11/10 I come here once a week coz the food is so dam good and the service is impeccable 😍😍😍😍

The food was good as usual, but the prices are getting unreasonable. It was over $15 for a single hamburger, small fries and small drink. I can go to sit-down restaurants for less. For example you can get the Vermont burger with fries for $10.79 at the 99. Add in one of their daily beer specials and it's still less than Five Guys.

After asking the cashier 3x to make sure my burger is cooked throughly and very well done I still get home to a rare burger and my sons hot dog ice cold inside. $35 in the trash. Thanks

This is the second time I visit this Five Guys. Both the first time and the second, I ordered about 20 minutes ahead and for a specific time. Both times I had to wait when I was inside for my order. The second time which was today, I scheduled my pick up for 4:45, I got there at 4:55 because I was running late and my order was still not ready till about 5. I’m on my break so time is extremely important. On top of that, they got my milkshake order incorrect. There was only 1 or 2 other people inside the restaurant and there were 3 employees. It was extremely frustrating.

Food was terrific. Price was a tad high but I guess for 2020 it is what it is. Girl didn't even wait 2 get home before she drank her vanilla shake. Gobbled that right up in the car. Please make sure to tell them what kind of toppings u want on your burger because they will NOT ask you and you may end up with a bland burger. Fries are loaded into your bag. Burgers had a smokey taste to them which was nice. Every time I took a bite I wanted another. Customer Service was good. Decent crew working tonight. Please remember to tip during the pandemic. Sorry for no pictures. I ate my food 2 fast.

My favorite place for cheeseburgers and fries but more importantly... Today Tuesday September 15,2020 I called in and ordered lunch at the one in Drum Hill Chelmsford! These young people are working hard to get your orders ready- they are not only top notch -they are kind, courteous, and efficient, and I Appreciate the extra time they took to make sure I was happy with my order! Add a regular to this establishment i was surprised by not only the price for 2 small and one regular burger, large fry and three sodas... on top of that the burgers were over cooked and not juicy. I will continue to visit the 5 guys in Nashua new hampshire as their food seems to be better prepared

The energy of the workers is a pleasant surprise for being behind a grill while wearing a mask. They're usually pretty friendly and happy when you walk in. The food is always made to perfection.

Went there got a cajun fry and a coke and im happy, the fry is good and i left with a smile on the fry cooks face which makes me happy. Overall great experience and good food and its nice and cool in here.

They will cook a burger the way I like a grilled burger, a little crispy on the edge. That gives the burger a new dimension in flavor and the 5 guys at home is hit or miss with this simple request. I love it when they listen.

This 5 guys didn't burn my burger like the last 5 guys I went to. But they gave me my 3 dollars in change in quarters.
