Great service and pizza as always!

I have never ate here before and don't plan to. I was picking up an ubereats order recently from this location and I had to wait on them to make it. I was looking at their paper menu because I was interested in trying their pizza in the future. The kitchen was jam packed with young workers and they have lots of delivery drivers coming in and out. But what disgusted me was as I looked over to this one dude he was sprinkling toppings on the pizza with no gloves on. Then he proceeded to play with his dirty pants and touch his face before he finished the pizza. I immediately tossed that menu down. You can't be dealing with people food like that. It's hot in there so you know he was wiping sweat . It completely turned me off from wanting their pizza. And everyone seemed annoyed and tired.

Order a large pizza with three toppings, the crust was so freaking hard, I thought my teeth would crack. The children pizza with one topping was cooked just right. My first and last time ordering anything from this place. Should’ve followed my first instinct and ordered from Jets.

Uber is ruining your business. We like your pizza, but the only way to have it delivered is through Uber… 48.48 for a cold pizza that took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive

This place just kills it every time we want fast, quality, fair price and mistake free orders. Everything you can ask for and they repeat it each time.

Take out, so no atmosphere! Pizza was great, chesse with extra chesse. That's how I like it. 3 xl pizzas for 39.00, great deal!

The pizza crust should not be as big as it is.

We order mostly here and never been let down. But last night my husband & I had a pizza delivered and it wasn’t that good. It was soggy. Not crisp like usual and the taste was not good. It was a disappointment.

they used a picture from a 1 star review for their chicken wings on their google menu the review says they are vindictive. touché Lol

100% my son and I order Five Star at least twice a month. (Sometimes more). We love it. The best pizza delivery in OP. And they deliver late! 5 stars for sure!

Unbelievable I get two pizzas the giant ones, so my order was almost $80 with the tip. 90$ The cheese 24 inch is totally burnt on top. The Hamilton has sporadic toppings and they’re in piles so you get one piece of pizza with nothing on it and another one that’s piled up with everything .I called to get a refund or to get it remade and I was told they would remake the Cheese (the one which is the cheaper ) MI said no I don’t want another burnt pizza ,no thank you ,credit my card back so his big manager, or the top manager said (they can give me 25% of the total bill )but get this ; they have to void the first order (70 $ one )that I bought and then they’re gonna have to recharge me $58 I said no forget it. I will never use you again and I’m gonna report your franchise to corporate.

Ordered here a few times. No problems. tonight ordered philly no mushrooms. It had the wrong sauce and had mushrooms all over. We picked off the mushrooms but with the wrong sauce it no taste very good. Sticking with bacon cheeseburger from now on.

Just waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for a pizza that was due to be delivered in 40 minutes. The pizza was cold and stuck to the box. Never again!

EDIT: Since the last review, we haven't had any other issues as far as delivery of our orders. The pizzas have shown up perfect and hot like they did before. We do Pizza Fridays every week for our daughter since she could live on pizza and we usually end up seeing our favorite driver, Sonya. She is always so sweet when she comes. She says hi to all the kiddos (I have twin boys as well) and it's always such a pleasure seeing her. We will surely miss our Pizza Fridays with 5 Star and Sonya when we move this summer :( ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So we have never had an issue with 5 Star, but tonight was a disaster. I have no idea what the driver was doing, but this pizza shifted big time and now I have mush. Still got here in a decent amount of time, but holy cow.

We ordered delivery for our office and Melvin P delivered it. He was so nice and respectful. I have never had five star before so decided to and super glad we did. The food was delicious. It came an early which is always a plus. We opened the door for Melvin and he answered our questions and was extremely nice. I can’t stress that part enough. There is not enough good in this world but he made our day here at work. Our pizza was hot and tasted amazing.

Five start, not a chance. It’s one star. My pizza not square cut, wings had barely any sauce and not well done . People order from any place but this place.

What a joke and waste of a phone call how buddy gonna take my order and tell he personally made it and still messed it up

I used to love this pizza. But the last time I ordered, my pizza bread was molded. I don't know how much I ate but less than 36 hours later, I had chills, body aches and a stabbing headache for about 5 days. Whatever was in this pizza disrupted my immune system and it was fighting. The cheese was layered on so thick, it was thicker than the pizza crust.

Delivered the wrong pizza. My roommate ate a slice before i saw it was wrong. I cant eat mushrooms and this pizza was covered. I called and mgmt said they couldn't do anything. I had to get food elsewhere. You lost my business for life.

Used to be way better. The last two times we ordered, both orders were screwed up. One time they gave us someone else's order of wings instead of our garlic knots, and this last time they didn't bring us our soda. I think we have had enough. There's a new pizza place opening in OP and they're drivers will probably be better trained to deliver the right food.

I really don’t appreciate your employees parking in a handicap spot while they go into the store young kid driving red van no handicap plate nothing big attitude as well like there’s another spot right next to it not handicap you can do better five star I was at Wawa by Henley at 7:27 tonight.

Where's the value? Prices have gone up. Delivery fee went from 99 cent to 3.99. Specials aren't as special; pepperoni rolls no longer get a bulk discount. You get fewer rolls per order and they are made smaller. Customer service went from, sure I can make your cheese bread with garlic butter baked into it, to you can't even pay for it. And now the online ordering site requires a bigger purchase before it will apply the 5$ discount. Basically nullifying the last value they gave. I don't like the changes they made to their sauce. It's like they became a big chain wanna be.

They delivered a pizza to my house that was not what I ordered. Pizza was burnt and salty as well. This is usually our go to for take out pizza. Very disappointed.

The servoce is going down the drain. Got a cold pizza, and hour and 20 minutes later and didnt get tge soda. Very disaponited. One less customer.

I'm guessing I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. The pizza was everything! It was cooked thoroughly the toppings where generous. The customer service was a + I went back tonight and honestly I'm satisfied. I'm mad I didn't have more cash to tip the worker.

Let me start by saying this place is run by CHILDREN . Saying that, and from my experience, they don’t “give a shi@…. As a semi-fat person, lol I’ve gotten I’d say, 1 pizza a week.sometimes 2 …. I know what “extra” cheese looks like. What they have given me for a year or so. I was complaining about the last pie having no extra cheese , (cause I am charged for it) to where the phone person obviously did not care. Just said ok , ok , ok …. So I figured I’d give them one more chance and ordered another. Explaining what the last one was like. They said 1/2 hour. I showed up in 10 min and it was already sitting there ready to go. Unfortunately I opened it there and was worse than the other one. There was 10 people standing by the front counter (employees) so instead of being a dic@ I unfortunately paid and went on my way. (For the last time) It was terrible !!! definitely went out of their way to put as little cheese as possible and now I wonder if they did anything to it being children working there. All true I have no reason to lie about this nor did I want to write this. There was no intention of making it right. They don’t care. I hope it was worth losing a customer. I’m sure they could care less. I actually thank you , I need to lose more weight anyway.

I ordered a 1 topping XL take out. 11 99 special. I order the same thing eveeytime. This time they rang it up wrong and made a cheeseburger special. The guy checking me out said he was going to fix it and charge the 11 99. He ended up not fixing it and charging the full price. I looked on line and the restaurant shows less busy. I ordered a pizza. It took 1-1/2 hours to get my pizza. It was barely warm. Very disappointed!

Pizza was over cooked tried to charge us 6 bucks for extra sauce on the pizza which they never do and the lady behind the counter was rude about it but they took it off thank God cause there was only sauce around the crust not even on the rest of the pizza it was dough and cheese normally this is the best pizza I have found around jacksonville since moving here from New York and probably get it atleast 4 times a month was so disappointed the last 2 times I have gotten it

Could of been better but by the time I arrived my pizza was cold. What kind of pizza place doesn't keep your food warm until you arrive? I'm disappointed! I was at least greated when I entered but for my first experience I'm not happy.

They delivered me the wrong pizza. I was in the middle of a kitchen renovation, have 3 kids under 3 who were ready for pizza, and I had company. I couldn't call that night because of those things so I called the next day and they wouldn't do anything to correct the fact that we got a pizza we couldn't eat. Not real impressed. After years of ordering pizza from them this situation will keep me from ordering from them again.

Ordered a pizza online, at 6:45pm. The pizza went out for delivery at 7:15pm. 8 o'clock comes round, still haven't received my pizza. I called, I was cordial, not even mad. I know it gets busy. I was told I'd have a pizza in 5 minutes. 8:45pm and still, no pizza. Usually service is phenomenal, they just dropped the ball this evening.

I ordered 10 chicken Wing and a medium pizza, The chicken wings were bad smelling, uncooked or not cooked properly, and tasted like they had been on the shelf for a few days, I called and talked to the manager who was extremely rude, did not admit that the wings may be undercooked or bad, just keep saying we buy these wings pre-cooked therefore they cannot be under-cooked, I said maybe they were not put in oven enough properly at your store, . It’s pizza , kind of hard to mess up. They have a bunch of different options. Even a special sauce on the “Hamilton” . I’m not hard to please especially with food. The last time I ate here we got a pizza with only onion. And a pizza with only ham. BUT I literally eat anything. I have never been let down here. As far as service , they are all super down to earth. I could even see my self getting along with the people who work here and I don’t like people that much. It’s a very chill environment. Feels like a to go mellow mushroom Wich I also love. And I’ve never had to wait abnormally long to get my pizza. It’s right off blanding, easy to find. Not a lot of parking but there is also always a place to park. So no problems with parking. There is a bathroom down a long hallway if you happen to have to go while waiting.

So i placed an order online...i had to call and let them know to bring it to my job...she then tells me it will be 2 hours before they can deliver it to me! Veronica is a whole unprofessional mess!! I called to place an order and the lady was beyond rude, kept asking, “anything else?”. She was beyond rude and she didn’t care. I called back to speak to a manager and she gladly told me she was the manager and further told me that’s the way she speaks to all her customers. Shame on you Rob for having a manager who can’t truly lead a crew if she can’t attract the customer with her nasty, unprofessional, disrespectful attitude. Veronica, you should find another place of business because if pizza isn’t fun, you make it a miserable experience. After realizing that Veronica was self- indulged by her title, I cancelled my order. I work hard for my money and I will never spend my money where the business doesn’t realize that without customers, there would be no business. It gets better!! Upon hanging up, she cynically tells me thanks for calling. Rob, the owner should remind Veronica that in his absence, she represents his business and bottom line. With an attitude and so many negative reviews regarding her attitude, you’d think Rob would make a few changes, beginning with a Customer Service class for his manager, Veronica. My grandchildren were really sad tonight because we regularly enjoy 5 Star but I’ll patronize any other pizza shop, along with my business orders before I spend a dime where a manager can’t even offer an apology- just excuses as to why her customer service skills are sub-par. What a disappointment because everyone that had ever taken our orders, both personal and business orders were treated with kindness and respect. I don’t believe that’s asking for too much when it comes to business.

Ate here for years. In town visiting family and its "too far" Literally 6.8 miles; 16 minute drive. Yall have lost a loyal customer.

What a great pizza!! If you haven’t had a 5 Star Pizza, I recommend it highly! The order was ready exactly as they told me it would be. The service at the take-out was excellent. They made sure I had everything I needed. And the pizza was fantastic!!

We stopped in to grab a pie while we were waiting for Vertical Motion to open and the employee went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed because he heard me mention we would just eat in the car while we waited. He brought out plates and napkins and a treat for the kids. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing!!! We will be back for more!

I ordered pizza 30 minutes ahead of time to pick up for bringing to a church function. When I arrived I was told internet was down and they accepted cash only because credit card machine wasn’t working. I asked why wasn’t I called ahead of time so I could have cash on me. They said it went down one minute before I walked in. I asked if I could write a check as an exception since I had no cash on me. I was told by Rachel, the manager, that they don’t give out free pizza! I told her it wasn’t free! That was extremely rude! I asked for the owner, Robert, to call me and left my information but he never called me. We have been faithful customers since they opened many years ago. I let Rachel know we will never be back and would post reviews about what happened. She was extremely rude and didn’t care! We will never be back again.

The Manager is rude and a bad example for your company. Seeing all the other reviews about the same one. Shows the owner does not care. Keep losing business. Soon you’ll have none left.

Pizza was ok at best. Costco quality for twice the price. Cheese was definitely lacking, sauce was ok, crust was dry, and the whole pizza lacked flavor. Probably won’t order from again.

HORRIBLE service! We had ordered a pizza at 5:00 pm, arrived to pick them up 30 minutes later and they were holding our pizzas off to the side on a shelf. We were told that they can only take cash because their machines were down the minute before we came into the store, then sarcastically asked if we had cash on us. We weren’t notified that their machines were down at all. We then left and called the place to speak to the manager, Rachel, who was the same person who treated us unkindly in the store too. We were also mocked by being told that they don’t give out free pizzas when asked if a check could be taken as an exception. I definitely do not recommend coming here to order pizzas. Very disgusting service. Bad, Bad, BAD! She was supposed to have the owner, Robert, call us back but we have yet to hear anything from him. They have lost a good and loyal customer in us being treated in this manner

Piezilla is the answer for a load of kids at your house having a pool party. Garlic knots are tasty bites of buttery clogging goodness. Quick making of the pies, usually by the time I hang up the phone til I get there and the pizzas, wings, etc are done. Quick and easy!

Ordered the pizza, was told 45 minute delivery and then got a call back saying it would be 2 hours. Went and picked it up, the location I picked it up from was absolutely disgusting. The floor was nasty, the place reaked of mold and the person handling the register or the person picking up the phone went right to the pizza handling the ingredients and making pizza without washing their hands. DO...NOT...RECOMMEND! THE...WORST...PIZZA... I'VE...EVER...HAD!

Dough was overcooked, which made it hard for my family to eat after it cooled, and we didn't eat it waste of time.

I would’ve taken a picture of the pizza but it looked so good, we tore it up pretty quick. It was AMAZING. The crust is incredibly good. Like crisp outside but doughy inside. The wings were well done which was perfect. We just moved up here from South Florida and we just found our new pizza spot.

Ordered cinnamon rolls on Tuesday night finally decided to open the cinnamon rolls late last night Wednesday and realized it was the wrooonngg order!! I do not know what time they close to even call them back to see to call to have them reorder!!! I called today to ask them can I either get a credit to my account or something mind you I tip 10 plus evverrryy time I order 🤦🏽‍♀️ neeevveerrr again and I don’t write reviews at all but to tell me you can’t credit something I didn’t even eat and still have the box!! This locations management is very vindictive. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce on my wings. Not teriyaki chicken soup. Also a few weeks prior to the teriyaki soup that they thought was appropriate, I order a Buffalo chicken pizza. They ran it through the oven so fast the cheese did not melt and the pizza dough was not cooked. both incidences happened with one of there managers Jake.

This time we were passing by and stopped in to pick up for ourselves...love these guys...try the pepperoni rolls... 12/4/22 Had a slight hiccup with a phone order but it was handled quickly (and with a smile). This location was a takeout and delivery only location; this accounts for the 3 star rating for "atmosphere". Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. We were a walk-in order and it was ready in 15 minutes. Nice sauce, great dough/crust, cooked just right! You can watch your pizza being made as the kitchen is "open concept" and very clean. Better than other local places we've tried.

Pretty sure they are either high or stupid never get my order right. Honestly just get dominos.

😮‍💨 I'm going to leave this review because I'm simply frustrated. I love Five Star pizza, especially for the sauce, but, 2 out of 3 times, I have to get my pizza remade because they get it wrong. A pepperoni with no cheese. That's it, just bread, sauce, & pepperoni. Yesterday my pizza was wrong, I called & the manager told me that she was confused by my order because it was a "unique" order. She said that me "ordering a pizza with NO cheese confused the line which made them put EXTRA cheese"... So while everyone else is eating the other pizza we ordered, I have to wait 40 minutes for them to remake my pizza & then find a driver to get it to me.. I don't get to eat at the same time as everyone else. I ended up just making a frozen dinner. It ain't even worth the headache at this point. We use them for our birthday parties, ordering their extra large pizzas, family events, whenever we have slumber parties; & instead of at least offering to make me a remake immediately so I can come get it, it was an "oh well" approach. I understand that me saying "I'm not going to patronize this place" probably will make people shrug their shoulders, but forget that, both Papa John's & Domino's are right down the street.

Great greasy pizza. Piezilla is the way to go if your feeding a family of hearty pizza eaters. And the pizza rolls are amazing.
