Flayvors is the absolute best ice cream shop around. From all the gluten free options to all the delicious and unique hard serve special flavors, Flayvors has something for everyone. They have hard and soft serve ice cream, gf ice cream tacos, and sundaes. They also have a small shop you can go in and out back there are cows and other animals you can walk around and visit accompanied by many tables to sit at and eat. We love coming here for a late night snack.

Friendly staff had my order ready before I got to the second window. The ice cream was delicious.

Ordered ice cream cake for a party this past weekend and so many of the guests wouldn’t stop raving about it! I can’t even recall how many people wanted to know where it was from! Highly recommend the ice cream cake. It was the chocolate peanut butter with peanut butter filling and oreo crust which was a HUGE hit!

You can never go wrong with ice cream fresh from the farm and bask in the sunset and watch the cows chew grass peacefully. Glad we found this place in Western Massachusetts.

Don’t know what happened to this place now, used to be amazing once but the ice cream tastes bland now. We tried salted caramel, cookie dough, chocolate brownie, and coffee. Everything tasted like some ice and some milk, couldn’t feel or differentiate any flavors

I enjoyed homemade chocolate almond chip in a chocolate covered waffle cone. There was a long line, however it moved quickly and smoothly. The staff was friendly, helpful and thankful. It was nice to visit with the cows. I'll definitely be back next time I visit.

Cutest little ice cream shop I've ever visited. Very unique flavors (asparagus???) and each one delicious! I cannot recommend the lavender honey enough. Extremely allergy friendly! Very impressed Wish this was closer to home

Atmosphere is actually a *10* Not only is the ice cream smooth and delectable (with many flayvor options 😉), but you get to wander over to spend some time with BEAUTIFUL COWS! One stop shop for all your dairy needs, and spiritual needs too.

Fun! Very hard working kind considerate staff. Delicious soup, sandwiches and ice cream. Nice to check out the cows, calves & chickens while you stroll during or after eating. (If you can deal with the cow poo smell! ) Inside is a great option to eat if you prefer to avoid the smell. We love it! Some people I know would likely love it mostly inside or seated away from the farm side. Worth checking out for everyone! Delicious ice cream flavors!

A Perfect place to eat ice cream and hang out with cows and buy nutritious raw milk. However, the ice cream experience could be improved: my cone melted so fast that i had to slurp the top scoop (ube flavor, delicious ) down so quickly that i couldn’t really enjoy it, and then when i got to my second flavor, pistachio, i was disappointed to find that that particular flavor tastes really bad, like too-strong synthetic concentrate mimicking the taste of bubblegum or something far from the intended pistachio. But that’s a pretty subjective take, not a referendum on the quality of the place as a whole, just a warning to any pistachio lovers out there — stick to the more basic flavors like sweet cream to make the most out of the real, naturally-present creamy sweetness from the happy cows!

ice cream is good. TINY TINY TINY portions. "LARGE" hot fudge Sunday????? ridiculously small, barely had any fudge sauce or PB sauce requested. Horrible value.

A great ice cream store with tons of flavors. They also sell meats, cheese, and have non dairy ice cream along with sorbet and frozen yogurt. Plenty of outdoor seating on tables and rocks and some indoor seating. They have some cows you can pet and the ice cream is amazing. I would recommend this place to really anyone

One of a kind ice cream place. I've never been anywhere where you could actually see the cows that provided the milk for the ice cream first hand. Whenever I'm around Amherst I'm always sure to stop by.

Ice cream, excellent, entire family loved it. I recommend trying the unique Hadley Grass flavor. The ice cream taco is amazing. Service: excellent, friendly. Atmosphere: located on a farm, very close to cows. Has picnic tables available. It could use nice jungle gym for the kids.

I've lived in this area for 20 years. In that time I have been to so many different ice cream places and we have some great ones here in the valley. Regardless of everywhere I've been, I always come here. They have the best ice cream out of anywhere I've tried. It's not about crazy flavors it's just about the quality. The ice cream is so creamy and just delicious. You can't go wrong with any flavor you get because they're ice cream is just top-notch.

Drove an hour and a half just to try the Flavor of the Month Hadley Grass (Asparagus) Ice Cream..and it did not disappoint..It had nice chunks of Asparagus in it..it also had Almonds..I'm not a big Almonds Fan but the combo fit perfectly..the staff was very friendly..I'm glad we made the drive..very good Ice Cream..will definitely make trips back this Summer!!!

Delicious variety of creamy ice cream in a farm setting. The black raspberry chip is just amazing! The maple chip is also so flavorful. I enjoyed watching the cows roam free but felt compassion for the ones that were isolated in very small pins. I wonder why they can’t walk amongst the others and at least stretch their legs. 💖🐄💖 Yes, I enjoy their mild products and no, I do not eat red meat of any kind.

I grew up in the area, but my wife had never been. We decided to take our one month old out for her and mom's first experience at Cook Farm. Both ladies enjoyed the ice cream (the baby had a literal drop if all of you nosy folks were "concerned"). We all enjoyed the cows as it is one of our favorite animals and smells. I am serious. Staff was friendly as always. Variety of flavors of ice cream. Tasty, tasty, tasty. And inexpensive.

The only place I've been able to find that sells raw milk.

What more do you want REAL milk REAL cows 30 flavors and you can pet them 😍 only place I go to eat ice cream no chemicals added either the best !

The ice cream was delicious. The international student I took was enchanted by the cows, and by being able to stand just a few feet from them and watch them. There are also sandwiches and an indoor eating area, although we didn't try those.

We love Flayvors. There are generally 2 or 3 quarts of their ice cream in our freezer at any given moment. They also do a great job with Gluten Free options, including gluten free waffle cones! This weekend we purchased an ice cream cake for my 40th birthday. Everyone loved it. The cake had a gluten free oreo crust on the bottom (keeps it from sticking to the tray), and ice cream flavors Chocolate Chip and a special they have right now called Beth Jean's Dream. It is a "vanilla base with a chocolate swirl added into the base and a chocolate and caramel swirl through out." Beth was the original owner of Flayvors but sadly has passed away, this flavor is to honor her memory. From the Flayvor's Facebook Page: " “Beth Jean’s Dream” is the ice cream flavor we came up with to honor her...This flavor will change from year to year but will always reflect things Beth loved. This years flavor was created by looking back on some of her grandkids favorite memories with her...This flavor is available for the month of October. All proceeds from “Beth Jean’s Dream” will go towards a scholarship in her name..." Definitely go and pick up some of this flavor while they have it!

Best black raspberry ice cream in MA

Rustic environment, smiling staffs. Tastes rich, creamy, flavorful although a bit on the sweeter side. Cash preferred.

Got 2 scoops, chocolate and black raspberry (4.50$). It comes in mass produced cones with the paper that is glued to the cone and is a pain to peel off.. Even the waffle cone (80¢ extra) comes with the paper too! The chocolate was very light, I didn't see dark chocolate on the list. Cant actually see the ice cream before ordering (I should've asked to see if I could taste some before buying). The black raspberry kinda just tasted like vanilla with some vague fruity flavor, so much so that I'm curious if they actually use black raspberries! Maybe I've been spoiled by better ice cream places where I'm from out of state, but I most definitely did not enjoy this one!

I came across Cook farm as I was driving through Western mass and being almost 90° decided to stop for an ice cream. The farm is very well-kept and the ice cream was smooth creamy and had great flavor.

First time, beautiful nature and cows, especially Ginger and Inez. Beautiful trip to enjoy fresh ice-cream made here. I recommend the Inez flavor ice cream and the banana with chocolate 🍫 😋

Amazing little ice cream spot near the Eric Carle Museum. My mom spotted a sign for this as we got to the museum. Because my favorite food is ice cream, we couldn't pass up an opportunity to go. Imagine our surprise to see it was a farm and ice cream shop! We went to a similar outfit when visiting family in North Carolina and absolutely loved it. There was no turning back now! I got a scoop of the Inez in a waffle cone, which was coconut ice cream with almonds and chocolate chips, and my mom got the butter pecan. You could definitely taste the difference between this ice cream and others. It was so creamy! I finished mine in less than 5 minutes. I'll be recommending this place to anyone who is also going to the Eric Carle Museum or if you're just in the area!

Great ice cream at a great price!

I highly recommend their asparagus ice cream sandwich. They have a great selection of treats in their store too, and the cows are very cute.

They have very good ice cream that is both creamy but firm enough it doesn't instantly melt. tons of flavors to choose from and the seasonal flavors are amazing. Watermelon chocolate chip is my favorite. They have pints to go , sundaes, plenty of toppings and it's on a farm so there are cows to view you can walk right up to.

I generally focus on giving reviews when there is only positive experiences so here goes... We drive to this ice cream spot specifically because of their quality and cleanliness. We drive by several ice cream locations on our way here and the reason we choose here is because of the simplicity, the offerings, the cleanliness, and the legit creaminess of their ice cream. The quality of ice cream is something like I have never experienced but a few times and I am really pleased with theirs. We generally get the black raspberry chocolate chip and the almond coconut chocolate chip and both are simply amazing!!!

Good place to get Raw milk and freshest icecream!

Great local creamery and I love that you can visit with the dairy cows before/after your ice cream. The Flayvors farm store also sells ice cream pints, fresh beef, pies, and more. On hot days there's sometimes a bit of a line but the staff are super fast at filling ice cream orders so don't drive past just because it's busy!

Best ice cream place in the area

When our children was small in preschool we used to bring them here, I'm talking abt 34 yrs ago, now I bring my grandkids twins here that they are 3 yrs they will be 4 yrs in August.. Talk abt passing on generations..and they love animals..

Always love flayvors ice cream it's delicious and well priced great for kids as you get to see and pet the cows. Also their ice cream cakes are delicious if you aren't looking to spend 100s of dollars on a cake you can't go wrong with their ice cream cakes !

This is the best place for ice cream in the area. There's a wonderful variety of flavors and to top off your experience, you can gat up close and personal with some of the farm's critters like chickens, cows, and calves.

Lovely location with great ice cream! Pet a cow and talk to a sheep. Little store was full of yummy items as well. Worth a trip !
