The salmon was so good and crispy, and the spicy corn was different but really good, like a spicy cream corn. Their consistency is everything. Also get the lemonade or peach palmer, they’re both really good

I flew in from Canada to spend my birthday with my sister. From the airport straight to brunch. Listen, when I tell you the food was on point 10/10, the service 👌 they were so welcoming and my server was so nice. Everything about this place was 10/10. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's visiting. GOOD JOB. KEEP IT UP AND PLEASE KEEP THAT CHEF 👨‍🍳.

Another Great Restaurant/Hidden Gem, Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, down to earth and 💯. I ordered the catfish ,the awesome grits, and peach cobbler pancakes 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 too good. High Recommended

Lady and I came for a quick brunch Snack! The food is worth the wait! The presentation is specially considered and the speed of service is moving the food taste exactly what you order BUT you best order an appetizer I recommend the 3 crab rolls or 3 seafood beggars! Just to tie ya over until your meal comes! Pull up the vibe is soft sweet and peaceful and guess what the 🏈games were on‼️✌🏿

Usually a good experience, but today was HORRIBLE! First, we waited 30+ minutes to be seated when there were empty tables. Took 10 minutes for someone to greet us and take our drink order. We sat several more minutes before we received our drinks. We ordered our food and watched our waitress go to two more tables, and stayed, before our order was placed. We saw two tables that came in after us get their food before us. To top it off, it took us over an hour to get our food only for my salmon burger to be dry and no taste. She tells me after the fact that I should have asked for a different temperature. Aren't you the waitress. Prices are astronomical now too. My husband's extra piece of catfish was $12. Wow! It was freezing in there too. Today was NOT a good experience. After 2+ hours, I left hungry.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a bagel sandwich from here through delivery and received just a plain bagel—nothing on it! It seems like there’s a serious issue with their ticketing system not reflecting the full order from the app. I can imagine how the chef thought I wanted just a plain bagel based on what was printed, which is frustrating. This makes no sense and needs to be fixed immediately!

THE BOMB!!!!! Yall this food was everything! Everyone is super kind and Honey was great as well! The seasoning on the chicken was on point and their chicken sausage was delicious! I highly highly highly recommend!!! Will definitely be back!

Great place I stumbled across. Great service, location, and food. Everything was awesome. I just got to get used to the drink in the bottle.

We visited for the first time. The menu had a ton of good selections. It was hard to choose. The food was absolutely delicious. I wanted to go back for more the next day. My only complaint was about the hostess' false long nails. She helped in handing things from the kitchen to the customers and put cutlery in paper sleeves. Long fingernails are hard to clean and can trap dirt, which is ultimately passed to what she touches. Sweet girl, but those nails are not good for food service. That may even be a violation of the state's public health code. Everything else was great. Can't wait to go back.

First time here. And it’s actually my first time leaving a review. That’s how amazing the food, service and atmosphere is at SFB. We were greeted by everyone on staff. Sean made wonderful recommendations from the menu. We started with the collard greens egg rolls. Those were the best egg rolls I’ve ever had in my life. They were so flavorful and seasoned to perfection. My husband ordered the fish sandwich. And I had a small bite. It was wonderful. I ordered the fried chicken. It came with mixed greens and macaroni and cheese. I also ordered a side of candied yams. I don’t know who is back in that kitchen cooking. But they have truly mastered the skill. The cheese pull was sooooo satisfying! The mixed greens had all the right flavors. The crunch on the chicken was done just right. And those candied yams could compete with my grandma’s! This place is truly a gem on the Southside. You won’t regret going. I can’t wait to go back!

Came here with my family on Sunday and we had amazing service the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome I ordered the chicken waffles cinnamon toast with jumbo chicken and it was really good the flavors were perfect and the chicken was juicy and delicious I highly recommend this place for a great meal and great service

Came in for brunch, ordered the red velvet waffles with chicken and it was amazing. Almost like somebody grandma took there family recipe and made it from scratch. My sever was amazing as well. We didn’t have to wait long and everything was fresh. We will definitely be back ❤️

The food was fantastic! I had the catfish and grits with a side of potatoes and a blueberry biscuit. Grits were buttery with a hint of pepperjack cheese. Potatoes were well seasoned and that blueberry biscuit melted in your mouth. Service was friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about this place! The food is seasoned so well the ambiance is welcoming, the staff are pleasant and warm, and most of all the seafood is FRESH!!! My husband had the catfish and ate every bite of 2 huge fillets. The portions are nice and I promise you that you won’t leave hungry! I would love to gate-keep but that wouldn’t be very demure. I have to be mindful and let everyone know just how cutesy this place is! ♥️♥️ Oh and don’t forget to try their signature “peach palmer” 🗣️🗣️You won’t regret it!!!

This restaurant is a MUST try! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Salmon croquettes and grits. Booooy! The pepper jack grits are AMAZING & flavorful. I love me a good salmon croquette and this has to be one of the better ones that I’ve had from a restaurant! Although, I like mine a little more crispy it was still amazing. I also had the “mixed greens”… perfection! I wish nothing but success to the lovely couple who owns this restaurant!

The food was amazing! The shrimp were of great quality and the sauce was unique. Put their grits up there with the best. The mixed greens were awesome too. If you don’t want to wait, please make a reservation. We only had to wait 20 mins!

The food is consistently very good. I love not cooking and being able to eat here. Never a disappointment. I dine in and take out they are my go too! I get breakfast and dinner.

The Wife & I were looking for a new place to eat on the Southside. She saw some reviews for SFB and we were sold. We were very pleased with the atmosphere and quality of service. Shawn waited on us and was very informative in giving us some highlights from the menu. We ordered the Big Breakfast and a Salmon burger. We also tried the collard green egg rolls, which were great. The highlight of our food was the red velvet waffle with whipped cream and some drizzle sauce.... Amazing!

I really wanted to like this place since it was close to home. The service was terribly disorganized and unpleasant. The server Honey took more than 5 minutes to come to the table, then asked for our food order before offering drinks. Food was subpar. Worst part of this experience is the mandatory gratuity that's not posted but anywhere but the receipt. I will not be back.

Service was great I believe it was the owner Shawn was his name. The food was fresh, hot and good. I had the catfish and grits along with the waffle with cream and strawberry compte. The compte was warm and should be room temperature or cold. I recommend.

The Food was delicious, the collard green egg rolls are a must try! Could've eaten that as an entree. And the blueberry biscuits I wasn't ready for but that's another entree. Delicious. Would've given it a 5 but the add ins for the omelet were. 75 each and I got 5-6 of them and really didn't see much of the add ins in the omelet

I had the collard green egg rolls, which were outstanding—perfectly cooked greens and a dipping sauce that was divine. The catfish and grits were the best I've ever had, and the eggs were incredibly fluffy and delicious.The french toast was soooo good. My heart was happy with all my food. I had a peach palmer to drink (yes lawd), I can’t wait to go back, to try the rest of the menu! My new fav brunch spot.

Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve visited in the ATL area!!! Everything about this facility is amazing! And the food….. just go and find out for your self. We all came from SC and Massachusetts to enjoy the food!!!! And they didn’t disappoint!!!

My wife and I went for breakfast just by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Mrs. Lorraine (Lo) took very good care of us. We had Chicken & Waffles (Peach Cobbler Waffles) and Chicken Sausage & Gravy with Biscuits, both breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back next time we are in the area.

As a lover of blue crab , I ordered the crab cake sandwich and spicy corn as the side. The crab cake is advertised as lump crab meat,it was not. The cornmeal like breading was not appealing causing the fried crab cake to fall apart. The spicy corn was different. It had a pleasant taste. I would not order this meal again.

I found this place via Google search. A reviewer left a very detailed positive review about this restaurant and I was sold. My family and I visited on a Sunday morning. We were warmly greeted and one of the owners Sean took good care of us. Our food was delicious and the peach palmer was excellent. I actually mixed it with the bottled iced tea and it was a hit with my family. The grits with pepper jack cheese is a must. The catfish and salmon patties were excellent. We also met Honey the other owner and she was so kind and personable. This will definitely be a regular for us when we're in the area. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

The food tasted like Big Bertha and Auntie Agatha came down from heaven and fried that chicken smh, lol! This was my first time eating at this restaurant today and it was delicious. I got the chicken and waffles, and delicious is an understatement. The syrup was homemade too. Zay (our waiter) was awesome, the hostess was so sweet, and the owner of the restaurant is such a genuine spirit. The chicken was seasoned and fried to perfection. Just crispity, krunchity, deep fried deliciousness.

I’m only giving this place a 5 star reviews because of Zay! He was an amazing waiter. Very attentive. The only thing that I would say could have been better would be the communication. We called before coming and was told there was no wait & they had a table for 2 available, we arrive 10 mins later to no table and a wait. The wait was about 15-20 mins. As we waited several people arrived after us and once our table was ready we went inside. Upon getting back inside there was two young ladies that arrived after us who got in from of us and they were given our table and instead of telling them that she was talking to us she processed to sit them. We then had to wait about 5-10 mins for a table to be cleaned and cleared for us. The food took a long time to cook because they make everything fresh which was great because everything was good. I would go again but I would make sure I either call and be added to the waitlist or go earlier in the day before it gets too packed. The young lady at the front needs to Work on her communication better. Overall the place was a 9/10 and I would go back

Everyone needs to check out this restaurant. The staff are friendly with a warm greeting. The food was excellent! We ordered the turnip greens egg rolls. They’ll make you slap your Momma. We also had mini corn muffins made with pecans. They’re crispy with great flavor and come with a spicy sauce. The spice is subtle and not too spicy. The grits were prepared perfectly!! Another member of our party ordered the big breakfast. I got the pork sausage gravy and biscuits. Two huge tasty biscuits overflowing with gravy. Another person at our table had the chicken and waffles. The waffles they choose were red velvet. They were very delish. If you love good food, then you must visit this place!!

This was my fist time here and the atmosphere was great, the service is excellent and I will be back again.
