Nice little place. Food was excellent and service was outstanding. The apple cider donuts from the shop next door are delicious. Definitely a place to stop when in the area.

Fo'Castle Farm Country Store is a fun place to look for unusual gifts. They also have a restaurant that my granddaughter with many allergies loves and knows they can prepare safe meals for her. We will return.

Wonderful experience as always. Service is top notch, food is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing. The BLT is the BEST I've ever had. Salad was perfect. All in All, I am EXTREMELY satisfied!

A friend took me here today. She said they have the best cider donuts. Where I live, the cider donuts are available only in the fall, so I was surprised that they are at Fo'Castle year round. I purchased a cute garden pig for my neighbor and two cider donuts. I just had one of the donuts. Holy cow. I don't even know how to describe. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Delicious. Totally recommend!

This is such a charming farm country store in Burnt Hills. Not only is the atmosphere inviting, but the selection of items makes it well worth the visit. While here, I was able to satisfy multiple impulses at once. I was able to find some delicious almong cookies with raspberry jam, maple cream, honey almond handsoap, and several candles that smell absolutely AMAZING. What I like aside from the great variety of items that they sell is the QUALITY. If you have a tendency to grasp as Shiney objects, you'll find quite a few here. But I can assure you that you most definitely get what you pay for. Their baked goods are unlike anything I've purchased at a country store before, and they have certainly gained my future patronage as a result. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome, which was a surprise being a NYC native, where everyone is on guard. I think it would take several visits for me to truly take in all this place has to offer, but I endeavor to try! It's definitely worth the visit and money well spent.

I am so excited that Katie and her lovely sister have taken over the restaurant here inside Fo'Castle Farms wonderful shop!!! I recommend the Italian sausage soup and her meatballs are fantastic ... and made there with a great Italian sauce! I also loved the ham and cheese quiche 😁!! The crust was so flaky and delish!!! Dessert 💕💞💕OMG was cheesecake and tastes like old time Fo'Castle cheesecake. Personal service with care and a fun and sunny place to be ALL afternoon!!!! I hope you don't miss this place.

Lots of country style knick knacks with a few nice pieces of artisan jewelry. Also had a nice Sunday Brunch nextdoor at cafe. Restaurant has limited hours now. Check their website before you go.

Can't say enough good things about this place. The general store had amazing baked goods, and plenty of crafts, home goods and jewelry to make excellent gifts. The connected cafe Lunch Thyme, was quaint and cozy. They put on the fire place for us, and were fun to cht with. The food was nothing less than superb. The cibata was one of the best I've had. Fluffy and light, yet chewy with a thin beautiful crust. Potatoe salad, fresh that morning, was great. And the sandwiches, serverd with pickels...wow. The turkey with the lemon parsley aioli, roasted red peppers and greens was perfectly balanced, and finished on a light note of zest. The roast beef with horsey mayo, cheddar and greens was the perfect classic that any man could enjoy. And let's not forget about that lovely broccoli cheddar soup. All for approximately $40. Please visit and enjoy all this location has to offer, you won't be disappointed. Cider donuts are off the chain.

A cute little country store the store could use some updating and organization. I stopped in for donuts which where delicious. Although the baker was a bit crabby. Maybe just having a bad day.

Such an interesting place to shop, you can find something for everyone. Great place for Christmas and birthday gift shopping. It's like the tardis -- looks small from the outside, but much bigger on the inside. I could get lost in there for hours. Items are decently priced, and the baked goods are a bonus (apple cider donuts are tasty). Haven't tried the restaurant next door, but it was pretty busy when we stopped by at lunch time.

Been looking for a good bakery nearby on my trip home, and I've found a few, but I never tried Fo'Castle until today. Stepping inside it was like they carved off the country store half of a Cracker Barrel, it smells like Grandma's house inside, there's a bunch of random knick knacks for sale, but what they do better is also have a section for some baked goods. I ended up grabbing a bag of Cider Doughnuts, a carton of Lemon Bars, and a package of Raspberry Almond Cookies. The best being the Almond cookies, they were so delicious. I love how they smell like cherries, and taste perfectly sweet to counter the tart raspberry center. The Lemon Bars were very unique, with a cake like crust but having the flavor of graham cracker and the lemon topping was gel like and very thin compared to the bottom half. Sadly the doughnuts were not very moist and rather bland, but for a sugar doughnut they did the job, but not a cider doughnut. Oh, and before I forget, the girls working the shop were super cute and friendly.

The absolute must stop for small town or fall vibes!! They have the hands down best apple cider donuts around + year round too!!! With apples and cider in the fall. WAY better donuts than Lakeside Farms which is across town. They have so many cute nicknacks and gifts that you’ll unexpectedly find you want something here. Candles, kitchen decor, mugs, jewelry, scarves, pillows and blankets, seasonal decor, things for your garden, kids section and so much more in this cute tiny place!! They have such delicious baked goods like breads, pies and muffins. I love how they have local food and honey as well. They also surprisingly have a great card section. Their cards are so unique and perfect! And they recently opened up a lunch spot as well here. The people are always so helpful and compassionate as it’s been in Burnt Hills for so long. Although they do have a lot of stuff it is very organized. Some things are expensive while other things are great low prices. It’s worth the stop here if you’re looking for a gift or something seasonal, you won’t be disappointed! They also always have things on sale! Love it!

Nice visit with mom and wife. The store brings back old memories of going there as a child. Use to have gold nugget gum and skinned rabbit furs. Mom and wife spent money and had nice lunch on enclosed patio. The food was good and the waitress was friendly. Still a nice country store in Burnt Hills.

It's a great place to visit ...but very expensive for the locals... I really feel they cater more to people vacationing in the area with money.. especially the small restaurant attached to Fo'Castle farms called "Lunch Thyme" They are under new management and the prices are through the roof for what you get for your money, 1 BLT with 3 small slices of bacon, 1 tomato slice, and a lot of lettuce and 1, 8oz cup of soup came to over $20 dollars... i also waited 20 minutes to boot , Waiting expectantly for something great to eat for the price i paid was a huge disappointment.
