I came with my family from Lima, Peru. We ordered Wagyu Experience and it was really enjoyable , the meat so juicy, the quality of the ingredientes exquisite. Syed served us, so kind, friendly, he helped us a lot with the menu. Always being open by hearing our requests. Amazing place, service, food. We are sure we coming back!!!!! Thanks a lot

Fogo de Chão in Miami Beach is one of the best steakhouses in all United States. Sergio is an incredible manager and a very nice person, putting all efforts with the team, keeping always the high-level of quality and promoting the best customer experience with nice food!

Went on a Saturday brunch. Very early around noon. It think that was in part, I didn't like it. It was empty. The variety of meats was good, but chicken and pork were scarce. What bothers me was that there was one patron only being served lamp chops, and it wasn't being served to us. Everyone in my party had the same opinion, wasn't worth the price. And we wouldn't return, at least for brunch. Perhaps dinner would be better since there would be more patrons and variety.

first time coming and completely disappointed about the lack of service in the restaurant. i understand that being understaffed it can be challenging but it doesn’t justify not checking up on your customers not even once after we were seated. just something simple like getting water it took them like 10min and after had to asked to 3 different servers and the manager. then by the time to get the bill (sunday around 9pm) nobody was on the floor taking care of the customer, we could have walked out and they wouldn’t even notice it, I basically had to get up and get one of the servers that were in the kitchen so we could close out our check. but the most red flag situation was that we were asked what percentage we were wanted to leave as a tip, i don’t know if that’s a common practice on the restaurant but as hospitality worker either you include the service charge on all checks or you let the customer decide and write it down how much tip they want to leave you. so overall the food was good but the restaurant service leaves you with a bad aftertaste

I had already been to another franchise of this chain in Chicago. There was more variety in the buffet, not so much in this one! But the exquisite treatment, very friendly!!

We had a great experience until it was time to pay the check. The waiter who presented the check to our table had a real problem with breaking the check into three couples, he wanted it to just be one check. He came back with the split checks and they all included gratuity to at least 18% (fine) but then when we paid with cash he told us we had to tip more because the cashier needed the tip when they rang us out. He stood there for at least 3 minutes waiting for us to give more cash. My bill already had 18% gratuity and I tipped more on top of it, but was asked to tip that man even more. He wasn’t even our server so I’m not sure if they sent him to “hustle” the patrons or what but it was awful. Everyone else was great and the food was delicious but for that alone, I’ll never return and cannot recommend this particular restaurant. This didn’t just happen to us. He hustled my mom and her husband, too.

BE WARN MIAMI SPICE GOERS - This place is great, I’ve come here a few times. First time I come for Miami Spice and they have false advertisement. I’m not pissed about the price but in reality they are using false advertising to lure customers in. Don’t be scammed!

We were seated in a back , although we had a reservation 2 days in advance, in the 2 hours that we were there, guys only came up to us 4 times, no one asked what we wanted, my husband went hungry for 70 dollars so disappointed

Sobe restaurant Aug 24,24 place a little dark. Service was good, food; cheeses where good Manchego and P Rigiano, Salami was terrible, as well ham, Prosciutto good, meats are ok, but the Filet Mignon was perfect, that save the day, Brown sugar bacon, so sad I saw it when I been full, absolutely delicious, i know its not a coffee place but coffe was decent. Thank you guys, but I like better the one in Fort Lauderdale

The quality of the meat selection was not what I expected. The service was mediocre. I was not impressed.

Syed was our server- he gave my wife and I the best customer service anyone could have asked for on our anniversary. We were recommended the ribeye, and it was the best steak I have ever had by far. The overall experience from Syed and the steak/stone cutter for truly one of a kind class.

Super bad experience in that place bad service they are not professionals in their work. And they are thieves, they charge you the tips they want even after leaving the place. I had a super bad time even though it's my birthday I don't recommend it at all HORRIBLE PLACE

I have been to this restaurant several times years ago in Miami beach and New York. The one in Miami beach has dropped a lot, but not in price. We took the full rodizio (about $70 per person) which included various types of additional meat: we had a total of 5 types of meat (the menu had at least 15), none of the full rodizio. The room was full and a maximum of 2 waiters came out with the sword of meat and went to the numerous tables and then it was over. The picanha which is supposed to be the star, was served to me at the final point overcooked. We asked for two cocktails which were brought to us halfway through dinner (at separate times, mine arrived 10 minutes later). Some time ago there was a dress code, but today people wear Bermuda shorts and flip-flops. We went out to smoke and when we returned the waiters (super hasty) had cleared everything away. Hurried waiters, eager to finish their shift. A disappointment. If you want to decay, you also have to make prices decay.

Tonight the steak was exceptional. The Flank steak and picanha were best I've had in a while. Love this restaurant and I'm never hungry when I leave lol.

Went there for my friend’s birthday yesterday, and the food was average, drinks were good, but the manager made both of my friends confused, he did not charged the 21 guests for the food just their beverages and they made my friend pay more than he was expecting because the waiter and the manager that had us booked made things complicated. Every restaurant’s waiter when it’s group gotta ask if it’s one check or separate? He said the manager didn’t tell him to charge separately , it makes no sense. He put 22 people and he new only 21 people ate. Charging people for drinks that most of us didn’t drink. The waiter changed the final check 3 times, because he new he was doing things the wrong way. Anyway, we learned our lesson, and I’m not going back there.

We had an awesome experience from the second we walked in. The highlight of our dinner was definitely our server Muratcan who provided phenomenal customer service all night and gave the best dessert recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Might be long but worth reading. My wife’s birthday was booked for 20 people and they sent us the contract which was 97 per person on a private room, with free drinks for 2 hours including alcoholic beverages, when we got there they said no alcoholic beverages free, only sodas and teas juices and coffee. But the manger on the phone told me free drinks and we even asked if alcohol too, she said any kind of drinks are free for 2 hours, that was their first mistake. Therefore, I even confirmed with waiter about the price before everyone started to eat, because the contract estimation was 1969 with the taxes included, to my surprise 22 people showed up, but only 21 people ate. Proceeding, 2 hours past people were asking for their bills to pay and leave, the waiter made all of us confused he went and gave people their bills charging them only alcoholic beverages, minutes latter one of our friends found it crazy that he was only charging alcoholic beverages but not the buffet, some of my friends left happy because they were paying less than they thought, I called him to make me understand while my wife called everyone that left to come and pay for their buffet, and all them said the same thing “THE WAITER SAID WE ONLY PAY FOR THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, BECAUSE THE BUFFET WAS ALREADY PAID BY ME AND MY WIFE”. Therefore, we told the waiter the he’s was making everybody confused because he was supposed to charge everyone’s food including the alcohol they drank to each one of them. Because the manger that had us booked was clear to say free drinks for 2 hours and everybody would be charged according to what they consume in terms of drinks and the food. Finally, When he brought the final check we had a clear vision of his mistake, so the check came up 2168.57, as we know the waiter must ask, one bill or separate? He Did not asked us that, and he did not charge for my guetes food because he was telling our guetes that we already paid for the food. For instance, he coulda tell us that he can only take one card, but prior to that the manager said the bill can be separate to each one of us. Also, another mistake he put 22 people buffet on the bill I called him and told him only 21 people ate except one, he went and change the bill, came back with the bill 2070, he came and charged me 5 drinks and I only had 4, he went to correct again… from that moment we told him that every restaurant when is a group you have to ask one bill or separate, and his answer was I’m sorry the manager didn’t tell me to charge separately, does it make sense? Conclusion, it was already 11:53 PM, waiting for people to send their parts, some of them sent and some were not picking our calls, I ended up paying 800 and something for his mistake in not charging every single one of them before they leave. Because if it’s 2070:21=98.57. They changed a lot, I’m trusted client of them for more than 4 years, since they changed the management, when they see a lot of people they get paranoid and start complicating things. Be aware of hidden fees and charges when you go there nowadays. Note: EVEN SOME OF THE MEAT WERE CHARCOAL BURNT ON TOP…. But the Atmosphere was wonderful.
