So me and my best friend and my daughter went to Miami Beach for the first time during the day and decided to get some ice cream over at Rita’s and we were greeted by Felix with a very warm, bubbly, excited attitude, and he gladly let us sample some of the flavors and he was extra sweet to my daughter who is five and really love the sprinkle ice cream that she got Out of all of the Rita’s that I have been to and I’m from the West Coast. She has the best customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life ordering at any kind of business and your company should be very grateful and very proud to have Felix as an employee because he is single-handedly running that store on a very busy strip and he is kicking ass , and if I made the rules, I would promote him and give him a raise I’m sure it’s not easy working in Miami Beach. I work on Clearwater Beach so I understand how crazy it can get but he did a fantastic job. I took a picture of my daughter holding one of the samples he gave her and it was adorable in size so I had to snap a picture and he wanted to be in the selfie as well Here is Felix’s Very warm and welcoming smile definitely go by and check them out. They got the best custard I got the salted caramel and coffee flavor my best friend got the sugar-free dragon fruit Italian ice and my daughter just got vanilla with sprinkles and we loved it all. He even brought us water while we were outside eating it was amazing because it was really hot out

Rita's has the best Italian ice, frozen custard and gelati in Miami. I love the warm greeting the staff always gives. This spot has a lot of old school charm and delicious offerings. The gelati is a must try and their frozen custard is so rich, smooth and has the perfect texture. They're the perfect spot to cool off with a sweet treat for kids of all ages. I highly recommend checking it out, you won't be disappointed.

I recently visited Rita’s Italian Ices and had an absolutely delightful experience! As soon as I walked in, the bright and cheerful atmosphere put me in a great mood. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help me choose from their extensive menu. I decided to try the mango Italian ice, and it was a fantastic choice. We are from Germany and have been living in the USA for 3 years. There are many Italian ice cream stores in our home country. This is the first time in 3 years that we have had ice cream that can compete with the super delicious ice cream from our home country! Absolutely recommendable.

It was an amazing experience! I went with my kids for the first time because they got a coupon in the school and getting there they saw so many different options that we upgrade and they loved it. But besides the great flavor, the best experience we had was because of the attendant! He was awesome! Very nice guy, my kids wants to go back soon and to be attended by him (unfortunately I didn’t ask his name).
