The decor is very fresh and modern. The waitstaff is very friendly and accommodating and beautiful display of food. My friends and I were looking forward to the experience, expecting it to be a great quality Brazilian steakhouse. The meats were surprisingly low quality. The fat was seemingly rancid on one of our cuts, and a few were overdone. I had to ask for lamb because we were only getting served the same 4-5 meats. They were also very stingy with the picanha, cutting it as this as prosciutto. The classic sides, however, were absolutely delicious. The grilled cheese was amazing, and fresh pan de queijo is always a plus. Beautifully crispy yuca. I thought it rather dishonest to offer water, then to bring out water bottles that were over $5 each. Maybe I'll try another location, but I think I'll stick to our more local Brazilian Steakhouse. Nelson gave me a full dinning experience that I felt like I was in a culinary attraction at a theme park. I was there for an hour eating non-stop, with a variety of sides being brought to the table at ideal times. I would definitely suggest this location for lunch, and if you are there, be sure to ask for Nelson as he will single-handedly make it a culinary experience.

I came here for a date lunch with my husband. Food is amazing, didn’t meet our server, never came to the table to introduce herself/himself. But not worries, Nelson had everything under control. You will have to wait a long time for meat! And they will bring you either dry or raw meat! And instead of rum, they brought a cocktail with vodka!

I celebrated my birthday at Fogo this Saturday night, We were close to 30 guests and were seated in the private room. Alana and Marcela, ours servers were very attentive to our needs. I can’t say enough about them, specially Alana who made sure I enjoyed my birthday and my friends while she took care of the rest. Fernando, the general manager was also amazing and helped me plan the party and went to visit our table a few times and ensured everything exceeded my expectations, The buffet table was abundant with lots of food options even for my vegan friends. The meat cuts were tender and delicious and the waiters visited our table non stop with different cuts, I highly recommend Fogo for great ambiance, succulent delicious food and top notch service,

Had such a great experience for a date night with my wife. We came for an experience and it was wonderful. We made reservations and were promptly seated when we arrived. MATEO and MARIANA were fantastic, they ensured we would have a great first experience, and they catered to everything without us having to ask. They made us feel welcomed. I will definitely come again.

Went with a group of 11 in for a family reunion and it was so lovely! Nelson (from Fort Lauderdale) went above and beyond - bringing us a platter of the cheese ( 🤤 ) and extra pineapple. He truly made the night special for us

Food was great. Steaks were delicious, a tiny bit on the over cooked side with most, but they did have some rare come through. The salad bar doesn't hold a candle to other Brazilian Steak houses as the selections were very sparce in comparison. The problem was with the service. Our "main" waiter was just sub-par for this type restaurant. I ordered a coke, which he failed to refill several times by having to ask him. It took about 10-15 minutes for him to come out with the drink. At one point he started talking to the table next to us right after our table and the table next to us asked for drink refills. He proceeded to speak with that table for approximately 30 minutes non stop. Not a care in the world that there were 2 tables asking for refills. Then I called another waitress and she happily refilled my drink. This happened several times hence the 3 starts mostly for the bad service. Our waiter then proceeded to charge me for 2 cokes, he had assumed that I was sharing my coke with my dinner date. When I complained to the manager he said he would take care of it, which he did, but not without resistance from the waiter, which then led them to check the camera system, yes can you believe they checked the camera system for $4.50 coke? Once he checked the camera system he took it off the bill without argument.

I came to dinner for my sister's birthday and Alanna made sure to give us the best experience, I would return a thousand times and ask about her for being so attentive.

This is my 3rd time having dinner in the dinner room. I went there with my sister, my son and my brother in law and Nelson was our waiter. What a wonderful service we had. The food was also great. My sister and I had the burger and my son and brother in law had the yummy lamb chops

Wonderful Experience with Nelson’s great service and attention to detail.

Highly disappointed. I actually cried for having spent that much money on my birthday to experience what I did. There wasn’t any variety. We paid extra for extra meats too and they just kept circling the same ones. My table got ignored many times not sure why I did request medium rare to rare so got skipped a lot. I had to ask for lamb. Never once saw any chicken get passed or bone in pork or pork belly and many others that were on the list and never came around. It was all top sirloin and flap meat that was medium well and not well seasoned. The hot sides at the salad bar were cold. I wasn’t offered any dessert even though it was my birthday which I expressed to the server. Just so disappointed. I saved to splurge on myself which is a big deal for me and lamented over the money lost. I gave two stars because some of the servers were really nice and the hostess was nice but that’s about it. I even had to call someone for more drinks. Wasn’t worth over $100!!!! Plus $20 in tip!! Plus parking 😭😭😭 there were two other birthday people there as well and they got desserts and I was just non existent and forgotten 🥺💔 ———— Update: I wrote the manager as requested and he called me back and we had a pleasant talk. He was kind and understanding and he felt genuine and like he truly cared, and he allowed me to have a do over. I am very much looking forward to renewing my experience at Fogo de Chao. I was not expecting to be given this opportunity so I’m very grateful. The gesture was very moving and warmed my heart ❤️ I will edit my review once I try them again but for now I’ve increased my rating for the prompt and incredibly generous response. _______ Update: We went back. Completely different experience this time. We actually got to try all the different things they had available. We even had dessert. Everything was incredible. The chicken and pork belly was so good. The lamb was delicious and the different cuts of beef was such a treat. Cheesy bread was so nice and hot and I got refills on time. We actually got visited a lot which made me think they knew I complained lol that made me a bit uncomfortable but as you can see from my reviews I do not complain often at all!! Another minor annoyance but that did not affect our experience in any way was sitting by that back door which kept being opened and slammed shut constantly. You always got a wave of this heat blown right at us every time it happened. Also a lot of commotion at the server station all the time, but they were really busy and I understand it’s necessary for them to communicate in order to provide their guests with a great service. I’d just be more demure and quieter if I was them. There’s a lot of commotion and running around with dragging of chairs behind us and the door slamming constantly, can be a bit of too much unwanted distraction. Anyway this is just constructive criticism. Like I said this time around was much better but there’s still room for improvement at a fine dining establishment like Fogo de Chao. You want it to feel high end and not like a buffet. Either way I am so thankful for the opportunity of a do over. I spent $70 to return with tip and parking while still using my gift card that was generously awarded by the manager. Thank you to everyone involved. Valerie and Nelson and the Gaucho with the beard and bald cut that looked like a Viking. Thank you to all the hostess who are always kind and the Fernando the manager.

It’s a really good date spot and the food was really flavorful with a good amount of meat options. The buffet was pretty good with a good amount of cold cuts and fresh fruit. The service was excellent and shoutout to Nelson he’s the GOAT. Overall pretty good would go again 👍

I had an amazing dining experience at Fogo de Chão! The selection of meats was incredible, especially the filet mignon and lamb chops, which were cooked to perfection. The salad bar was also fresh and diverse. Our server, Leika, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure we always had what we needed. She went above and beyond to make the evening special. Highly recommend Fogo de Chão, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Leika as your server!

Food was amazing, the caipirinha’s were strong and flavorful, but the best part of Fogo de Chão was Nelson. He made the experience even better, loved his energy, and was very knowledgeable.

My server was Alanna and she was wonderful. Her customer service was excellent and fast! All of the servers were amazing! I will be returning!!
