It is now Hot Pie. The best pizza i've had in a long time and I have tried them all.

Spent 15 bucks for the a strombolli and it was just a small bread and cheese burrito basically... no flavor it was horrible ! Complete waste of money ... I will never eat there again

Great food and a very friendly place to go to. Family and friends love it!! Tina, our server, is Awesome!

EXCELLENT! Great environment, great food, great service. The meatballs are homemade and delicious. Comfortable place to eat, as the music is not too loud. Nice wide screen TVs. Good prices. This is now my number one place for pizza and other Italian dishes.

great place and very good pissa

Placed an order from my workplace, Costco Wholesale at 6:15 p.m. and was told it would take about 1 hr, I was ok with the wait being that it's Saturday evening. I alerted my co-workers that there would be a food delivery to make sure I got notified when the driver got here. At 7:45 p.m., since I had not gotten my food or heard from them at all (I answer the phones most of time), I called to find out if there was any problems with my order and the "receptionist/server or whatever she was" told me they tried to call me back to get my cell phone because the driver can't be running around looking for a person. I asked to speak to a mgr. and, instead of showing some customer service when I told her we had not received any calls from them, she had the nerve to scream at me "I watched them call and they just got put on hold"... when a simple "I'm sorry we couldn't get in touch with you" would have done the trick. At that point my conversation was done! What a display!!!

A friend and I have tried nine different pizza places in the West Palm Beach area. Francesca's has an awesome pizza, definitely within the top bracket, but it is difficult to classify. They put oil on the pizza before baking, which gives it a unique flavor. Good sauce and quality ingredients. The only unusual thing was the pizza was served on a piece of cardboard. Awesome pizza!

Have been dining here almost since the opened. Family owned and operated. The food has been spot on every time. Want something off the menu? No problem. The food and the service is wonderful, although Tina can get a little feisty :)

We just had Francesca's Pizza cater our company luncheon. Everything was cooked to perfection. There were 10 different orders and everyone loved what they got. I highly recommend!! I had the Mediterranean Panini and it was excellent, even better than I expected!! Thank you!! PS - new addition to review... Mediterranean Fries... don't you ever dare take them off of the menu - yummy!!

Great food good prices. Pizza was in the top five ever and had half price wine!
