Finally made it there! It was my aunt's favorite place. I'm so excited. It was delicious.

Was trying to kill time before I had to be at the airport for my flight and I was having a hot dog craving. Looked in my GPS and found this little place. Very nice people and the hot dogs were yummy. I'll definitely come back on my next trip in September

Overall an ok experience but $6 for a hot dog just kills me. Yes I know prices are up but it still bugs me. Sabrett dogs, warm buns, good chili n cheese and cold beer make it a winning combination. Give them a shot.

Enjoyable out of the way place. Excellent food and sevice. Could use more Frankenstein art or pictures on the wall though. Just a suggestion.

First time here. OMG! I love vintage spots like this. I hope the owners never change a thing. The place is a step back in time in the best way. I tried a hot dog and a fry. The buns were steamed and the bread was like a cloud. The hot dogs were delicious and the bun to meat ratio was perfect. The dogs also had a slightly smokey flavor which was a nice touch. They also had a gentle snap when you bite them. The fries….. the best I’ve had in years and I am a fryoholic. The are hand cut, perfectly cooked and not at all greasy. These guys are professionals. Other places would try to use grease too long or fry at the wrong temperature. I actually went for fries but couldn’t resist having a dog with a bun - a big deal - I’m gluten free! I am only sorry I didn’t go back the next day - had to fly home. Love this place, nostalgia, the food, and the attention to quality. I will be back next time in town.

Okay, the good; very good chili dogs. We're from Toledo/Detroit so we know chili dogs. There are so few places in Florida with a good Dog so, when we find one we revisit as time allows. The bad: the guy working there was HORRIBLE! I told him it was our first visit and he just smirked and said "what do you need?" Not only that, he carried on a conversation with what I would guess is a regular. He brought our food and said "there ya go" and that was the only thing he said the entire time we were there. It was also pretty dingy (putting it mildly) So: while we liked the dogs okay, we won't visit this place ever again.

Great food and one of the cleanest kitchens you will find in a restaurant!! We do pest control and see a lot of places that I wouldn’t recommend!

Got two dogs with chili, onions and cheese. No sides and a medium coke. It was kinda ho-hum and was $14.00 Of course when you go to pay you’re asked if you would like to leave a tip… ok so it’s now &16 for two dogs on a win-Dixie bun… canned chili and a cheese sauce

When it comes to hot dogs better go to Frankenstein for the best quality and service 👍👍🍻

I hate to do this because I used to love going here but I went here today and the food was gross and not good. The price went up but the quality of food went down. Only five stars for atmosphere because it’s nostalgic. Service was bad too, they got our order wrong.

The hotdogs are amazing!!! They also had burnt ends hotdogs that tasted awesome. They are getting ready to expand their menu, so head over there and give them a try.

Coldest beer in town! Ordered a Kielbasa and it’s the best one I’ve had in forever! Customer service is top notch.

Searched for chili near me in Jensen Beach and this came up. The place is retro and clean and amazing, but we wanted chili. We asked for chili. We got chili dogs. They were good. If I knew I was getting a chili dog I'd had ordered different. I'll definitely be back when the mood hits for a great hot dog. It has been nice to know what was going on online. It didn't seem like anyones fault just a search problem.

Great food! We do pest control so get to see the “behind the scenes” of restaurants. Not only is the food great here, but the kitchen is one of the cleanest around!

Really neat place to grab a high quality hot dog! I went a spicy Frankfurter so it was a hot dog indeed. Cool place good food great price highly recommend.

Great hot dogs. Coke in a Styrofoam cup, not too cool. The place should be busy but needs major updating. It looks like it closed and the sign doesn't help. It's old and faded. I'll pay for good food, but just a warning. $7+ for 1 hot dog and a coke. And not one of those oversized hot dogs either. I will go back and pay the price for a couple of hot dogs

Can you say step into the way-back machine? From the hand made booths, and the menu prices to the waitress who has worked there most of her life, this place stepped out of the past. The snap of the skin on the hot dogs just makes it that much better.

A nice little place to go have a hot dog with a bunch of toppings available I think you'll be mildly surprised at the interior I enjoyed the wait staff as well as the overall ambience. If you haven't been here take a few minutes swig by stop have a hot dog and just generally enjoy a nice little place in the area that you are

This place mainly focuses on one thing and that's hot dogs (but there is a chicken tenders and fries option if you need it for that one person who isn't in the mood for a hot dog) - they'll dress it up pretty for a little extra, but nothing too exotic. That keeps it one of the cheaper places in the area for a meal out. Inside feels aged but absolutely has charm and you can tell the owners do put work into keeping it clean and inviting.

If you want a real great hot dog then this is the place. Nothing fancy, just great food. The fries are so good too.

They've got hotdogs and I feel like I've gone back to being a kid when I visit... pretty much locals and I like that.

Tried Frank N Stein for Lunch, the hot dog was Ok , the cheese steak was small , the beer was cold 😎, and the service was slow and not very polite.

I love this small business. They serve some the of the best hotdogs I've tried. They are fast and friendly. I have been here many times with my grandfather and mother. They both liked the chili cheese dogs and they have both passed away, so it brings back great memories. If you like hot dogs and you're in town, definitely give them a try.

Very cute little place, the chili cheese dog tasted like something from Michigan which felt good cause I miss getting 2 and a fry on Tuesdays for 99 cents each. Definitely recommend the chili cheese dog and fries! Staff was super friendly and kinda fun. Thanks for the pick me up on a rough day!

My love & I went here for our first time as a couple, but each of our parents used to bring us here so it was very nostalgic! Their hotdogs were great, along with a n8ce ice cold draft beer.. we sat at the bar & our waitress was really nice & friendly. We will be going back very soon.

This is where all the locals go to get a quick beer and Dog during the day. The drink prices are really good and as soon as you order you get your dog. The bartender knows everyone. It is also kid friendly. I highly recommend the street fries.

Been going here for decades. Used to be where my dad and I would stop after a round of golf. Now it's where my wife and I stop midday to have a brat and beer. So many memories past and more being made now. Can't wait to bring grandkids here one day too.

Sandwich was small but tasty. Prices are manageable. Atmosphere and Service made the difference also. Very comfortable for all.

My husband and I stop in every couple of weeks for a quick lunch when we are out and about. It’s a no-frills establishment but we don’t go for the decor. They do an exceptional Chicago style hot dog and the beer is ice cold. We enjoy the cheese fries with bacon, and the fries are fried to order. Sit at the counter for the laid back neighborhood vibe. Service is very prompt, attentive and friendly.

It's a small place but it's cute in a kitschy sort of way but they have steamed Sabrett hot dogs, my absolute favorite, they have Stella which is one of my favorite beers and the service is fast

Definitely enjoyed my visit and my kind of place. Really good prices great menu and beer cold and you can afford to order another. A gem of an establishment been in Stuart forever. Finally got in to check it out. Older building very clean and extremely well kept. Great crowd and the staff is like family. I can't believe it had taken so long to get in but now this will be my weekly stop and save some money with the very reasonable prices. Plenty of in door seating with booths or a bar style counter. Just love it-

Not sure how this place has such good ratings. I would give it a ZERO if I could. I never write reviews but felt it was a must since I trusted all these great reviews on here. I basically threw my money in the garbage. This place has by far the worst food. How hard is it to get a good hot dog and cheese fries? The hot dog was flavorless and don’t get me started on the artificial cheese on the fries. You can get better cheese in a can from the dollar tree. A complete waste and definitely will be more careful in trusting these google reviews.

I would give it zero, but had to select at least one. Walked in and was stared at stone faced instead of greeted with a smile. No signage anywhere on seating and was met with silence. Took our seat and read the single menu on the table. For the price you pay, you should receive table service and sides. Staff was beyond rude, inattentive, and completely uninterested in new business. The food was mediocre at best. Please do visit if you enjoy being tortured with indifference. Will NEVER go back.

1st time customer. Great Hot Dogs and Beer! More importantly though great atmosphere. Open bar style setting or tables. We say at the bar and had great conversation with some of the regulars. I will absolutely be a return patron and recommend Frank n Steins to anyone coming through the area, or locals looking for somewhere new. Great Food. Fast Service! Great Prices.

My wife and I drove by this place for years. A coupon book enticed us to stop in. We now have lunch there once a week. The hot dogs are great and the extra crispy fries are the best around. They don’t do burgers. Order at the counter and the friendly waitress brings your food to your table. We love it !

This place is a local staple. It's been around since I was a kid and my Dad took us there frequently. It's a small family run operation that's been consistently great! I'm a crout and cheese dog girl with a chocolate shake, but they've got plenty of options. Best Dog joint in Martin County, hands down.

Lots of people entering and leaving without face coverings. Lady that took the order was short and acted like she was doing us a favor to take our order. Hot dog was just the simple one but, small and horrible tasting. Never go back!!!

I travel a lot for work and try to hit all the local Hot Dog joints. This one didn’t disappoint. Great snap to the dog and incredibly soft and fresh bun. Staff were friendly and prompt!
