I frequently visit this French Bakery by the Falls and was blown away by the quality of their pastries. Everything I tried—from the buttery croissants to the delicate éclairs and their decadent apple pie was fresh, perfectly baked, and bursting with flavor. I’ve seen some negative comments about the pastries, but I completely disagree. I have live in France too and this is the closest you will get to France. The texture was light and flaky, exactly what you’d expect from a genuine French bakery. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients and take great care in their baking process. The ambiance was cozy. If you’re looking for authentic French pastries in Miami, this is the place to go!"

Only buy "to go." Have stopped in here probably since they first opened. They have delicious quiche and croissants especially the ham and cheese. Their pastries are good but pricey. I also get the chocolate Christmas log here, it's the best I've had. It's a small space and there's usually a line, sometimes out the door, but there are three or four people helping customers and one devoted to making coffee orders. So, any line moves quickly. I marked atmosphere as 3 because it's cramped, though better since they renovated, and rushed. There are a couple of small tables and chairs outside.

The best croissant I’ve ever eaten. Even layers, crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle. Cappuccino is extra hot, so be warned. Salads and Sandy’s are fresh and delicious.

Having lived in France for several years, I can say this is not an authentic French bakery. Baked goods are way too sugary, not baked well and overly priced! Will definitely never go back.

The chocolate chip cookies are AMAZING. Not overly sweet either. We loveddddd the croissants and both their hot and iced coffee options. Cute cafe.

This is my morning stop after mass -a local must. Usually will have a Mocha Latte and a toasted ciabatta. By far a cost effective breakfast in comparison with everything else. Albeit, while the place was recently renovated, it will be much better if it had a large space. Them again, the cost of commercial space in prime locations in Miami has gone way too high. The 4 rating is simply because of the space limitation only—basically reflects on the mall owners— But the Bakery is tops!

Only negative thing i have to say about this place is that I can never order an almond croissant anywhere other than here because it will never be as good. I have been coming here for over 10 years and it never disappoints!!!

Wow wow wow. You need to try this places. No wander they always have a line but is not too bad and totally worth it. The food was beyond amazing and this will be one of the few places I will visit again since I don’t like to repeat. The croissant sandwich was made to perfection, the chocolate cake was melting in my mouth with a great taste, the coffee latte was the perfect pairing for our food. BUT The main character here was the ALMOND CROISSANT❤️❤️❤️❤️ Triple wow. It was spectacular. A must try!! The service was sooooo good. I can’t wait to go back.

Best French bakery in Miami ! They have all the usual french stuff like croissant, almond croissant, chocolate croissant. But they also have some real hard to find specialy like almond cake or sugar brioche. They also do shapr and crisp cakes and specialty cake for holidays. I was born and raised in France and I can say these taste and smell spot on! ...And.. they have great coffee and sandwich as well.. Love this place!

I went for Mother’s Day everything was so good I highly recommend trying there spinach quiche, coffee and there sandwiches all was amazing I’m craving for more spinach quiche you won’t regret trying this place.

Best Ham and Cheese Croissant in town. This is a five star business. I don't know the owners but the stuff is awesome. My family and I go every Sunday for coffee and croissants and they are always so nice and professionals at their job. Their coffee taste so different than from other places and SOOOOO GOOD that we actually asked for the coffee brand. Love the new place and the renovations they did. Oh I can't forget about their baguettes, so delicious and crunchy. I wish there were more business like this one. Five stars to French bakery.

Its small, like line up, order and out the door but the PASTRIES are to die for. Best I have had outside of one shop in London, or Paris. Delectable croissants and OLIVE BREAD baked right on premises and the cases constantly being refilled with fresh baked goods.

This bakery has the best Danish pastry in town. The coffee is excellent and it's in my neighborhood!! It's very busy early in the morning but if you go around 8:30 or 9:00 it's not so busy

I really like this bakery a lot . Unfortunately today my experience with the food was not good at all . I asked for a few pastries to go and a meat pie . The chocolate croissants had almost no chocolate inside , the meat pastry was like old and cold , don’t know what happened but they have to improve and addressed this particular issue , specially when you pay 4 dollars for each croissant and the filling is soo cheap .

This is hands down one of the best Prosciutto Sandwiches that I have ever had! It’s large and flavorful. It could use a little salt but this is always a go-to when it comes to this bakery!

Beware with this place when it comes to charging extra fees. the fees the bakery has to pay for using the credit card service is being pass on to the costumers. It is not announced anywhere at the place or the receipt. it is deceiving. Only if you pay cash you will not incur on these charges.

I’m extremely disappointed in this place, and I will never recommend it to anyone. The customer service is horrible especially if you want to pay using a gift card! I was given a digital gift card with Delices de France clearly stated on the gift card. I made two separate attempts to use it, and the reaction/response from the staff is why I’ll never recommend this place. The first time I went there and presented my gift card, the entire staff was confused as to how to process it in their POS system. It took some time, and multiple staff members (who were visibly frustrated), but eventually they got it to work. After they gave me my receipt, no one attended to me and after about 10 minutes I had to ask about my order because they forgot. Today, I went back and attempted to use the remaining balance on the gift card. Again, the entire staff was unaware of how to process a gift card. This time, the treatment I received was completely rude and unacceptable! The cashier didn’t know how to process the gift card, and when she asked others for help, they also didn’t know how to do it. When she asked the manager, he said he didn’t know they sold gift cards and that he’s never processed one. He said I need to use another method of payment. After I explained how it was processed previously, he became annoyed with me and called another manager. The other manager tried to talk him through the steps. When he couldn’t figure it out, he became upset, raised his voice at me, and said that he can’t figure it out and that I would have to go. He told me twice that I need to leave because they can’t process the card. I have never been spoken to like that before, and for him to cause a scene in front of everyone else in the bakery was awful. My mouth literally dropped as he was raising his voice at me. He must’ve noticed my reaction and then said he’ll let me have my food for free and I can come back LATER and pay for it. I declined, pulled out my wallet and paid for it right there. He gave me a discount of a few bucks, apologized, and repeated that he didn’t know they sold gift cards. At that point, I didn’t care and I just wanted to leave. How can you sell a gift card and not be prepared to process it? To avoid situations like this they should ask the customer to step off to the side and explain in a calm manner what the difficulties are. Pulling a customer off to the side gives the cashiers a chance to take other customers, while the manager works on resolving the issue. Lastly, all staff should be trained on how to process a gift card.

Purchased a box full of different mini tarts, cakes, croissants, and cookies so that my son can choose what he wants when he celebrates his birthday! Personally, I think the almond croissants and the chocolate croissants are to die for! They make a great cup of coffee or espresso as well, sandwiches and different foods for lunches. You'll see lots of people who live/ work in the area stopping in to have a bite to eat on the chairs and tables, alfresco style. Never once a disappointment! Light years above bringing donuts to work is taking a box of mini croissants and some delicious coffee. Surprise a co-worker! Surprise your boss! Surprise your staff! There's something for EVERYONE!

Es un pequeño local con grandes sorpresas por la elevada calidad de sus entregas y proposiciones. No se arrepentirán con cualquier comida que pidan. Los sándwich son muy buenos. Precios razonables por la calidad del producto. Muy atentos y se puede consumir en las mesas de afuera del local. El pan es muy bueno.

Amazing cappuccino (when they add sugar and cinnamon). Croissant is good, but not an authentic French croissant. The outside was very soft (no crunchy flakes) and the inside is not as airy as it should be. Either way, it’s better than eating a Starbucks “butter croissant”. The place has a few tables and chairs to dine outside (under roof) though has no inside seating. Staff is welcoming. The reason I’m giving it four stars it’s because it’s not an authentic French bakery.

The food and pastries there are delicious. Unfortunately the customer service gets worse with the years. It cannot take 15-30 minutes to buy a simple baguette and wait behind lines of people that order coffee and sandwiches which is a more timely service. They should expedite their service when its small orders just for bread and pastries which is their main product and people come in on a daily basis.

Delicious pastries and coffee!!! Excellent service, very friendly ladies working there! I would love it if it was more spacious on the inside so you could seat there, it would be a better experience. There’s only seating outside and you’re on a parking lot so it’s not very inviting.

Place is ehhh. Nothing to rave about. The pastries were similar to those like any other place and coffee was extremely hot to drink or even hold.

Un lieux sympathique niveau présentation de les pâtisseries elles sont "mangeables" elles ne sont pas exceptionnelles compares à notre pâtisserie française . Trop sucrées et trop de crème et de gelé. Le pain est correct Jolie présentation de salades J'attends fort longtemps pour être servi. Les prix sont excessif par apport à la qualité des produits

Has the most amazing pastries and breads and quiches! I frequented them for more than 20 years. My favorite was the round raisin danish type roll they had. Unfortunately now I am vegan - I sooo wish they would make some vegan options - Miyoko butter is amazing and would work I think, as would Just Eggs for eggs. But, for all you non-vegans, this is the best French bakery I've ever been to outside of Paris.

My favorite bakery, hands-down! I moved away from Miami 20 years ago, and was so excited when I came back for a visit and it was within walking distance. Everything I've ever tried has been excellent, but faves are Almond croissants, Almond tuiles, and of course, their amazing café!! Thank you Patric and Olga!!

I asked for regular French bread, and I was sold Baguette , there is a difference between the two, the regular French bread is softer, and don't get hard as fast as the Baguette, I have been coming here for few years now, I think this was my last, Sad.

I called today to request a refund because I bought 3 creme brulees from them yesterday and they were severely undercooked, but no answer. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. I always get their creme brulee and it's fine but yesterday's was disgusting. It was not cooked so it was full of the liquid custard which is NOT safe to eat. They don't care about their customers or their concerns, find another French bakery. They literally robbed me of my money and sold me a dessert that was not edible.

Never fails to provide the exact fix I need, whether it’s a chocolate croissant or guava biscotti it’s always perfect.

Between the good and the bad Moving to a new neighborhood brings all kinds of surprises and among others, it could be finding a pastry shop like Delices de France, which was a great discovery. Well, at least at first. They have there, without a doubt, the best cakes, baguettes, palmiers, croissants and Latte I have ever tasted and at the same time the worst service I have received anywhere. In countless visits to the place I wondered why my order always came out different from what I had asked for, no matter the insistence on repeating what I wanted. They made the mistake so many times that there was a time when I approached the owner and when I told him, he apologized by offering me a loaf of bread as a gift. However nothing changed. What made me understand the reason for that was the rude and inattentive treatment of what I assumed was the co-owner, a lady behind the counter who worried if you were late in ordering or was uncomfortable if you wanted to add something to an almost closed one. I no longer go to the place, although the queues are still there, because to taste a good cake there are those who overlook the bad things about the place. Entre lo bueno y lo malo. Mudarte a una nuevo vecindario trae sorpresas de todo tipo y entre otras, puede ser encontrar una pastelería como Delicias de Francia, que resultó un gran descubrimiento. Bueno, al menos al principio. Tienen allí, sin duda , los mejores pasteles, baguettes, palmeras, croissants y Latte que he probado en mi vida y a la vez el peor servicio que he recibido en algún lugar. En innumerables visitas al lugar me preguntaba porque mi orden siempre salía diferente a lo que había pedido, no importaba la insistencia en repetir lo deseado. Tantas veces cometían el error que hubo una vez en que me acerqué al dueño y al decirle, se disculpó ofreciéndome de regalo una barra de pan. No obstante nada cambió. Lo que me hizo entender el porqué de aquello fue el trato descortés y desentendido de la que supuse fuera la dueña y la que detrás del mostrador se inquietaba si demorabas en pedir o se ponía incómoda si deseabas agregar algo a una orden casi cerrada. Ya no voy más al lugar, aunque las colas de espera continúan allí, porque por degustar un buen pastel hay quien pasa por alto lo malo del lugar.

Delices de France is my favorite bakery in Miami. It’s one of my favorite places in the city. My appreciation has grown exponentially more during the pandemic because it’s as close to Paris as we’ve been able to get to. Familiar faces of the staff there like Elsa’s make it even more of an endearing visit :-)
