Hi we went on July 22 9.32 pm. Girl Kathia was very nice , store was packed and i feel sorry for the girl working alone and taking care of about 12 people all by herself just before the closing BUT SHE WAS VERY POLITE TO EVEYONE and saying welcome to each customer. One thing i don't like is that store has VARY VERY STRONG sewer smell. It was SUPER STINKY. We sat in our car to eat the icecream, we just can't take it . Owner has to do something. By the way this is the first time we went there. I don't know this place is always smell bad or just that night.

Everything is very tidy and aesthetically pleasing. The worker named Sara was an amazing employee and provided exceptional service…very positive, polite and patient, also great with the other costumers….she deserves more recognition if she doesn’t already

Don't expect to get served quickly. Mostly uninterested high school kids working the counter. You would think they might have more than one milkshake machine, considering it's all they offer. Average wait is 6 or 7 minutes for each shake! Went with a group of kids (not recommended). Clearly they spent more time considering the decor than the actual service or product. The free video games are a nice touch, but clearly they're to compensate for the wait times.

What a fun experience! Pick your ice cream, pick 3 cereals and a topping and boom they make you a customized creation while you watch! Talk about using your childhood favorites as a treat! We enjoyed a milkshake and ice cream! Be sure to watch out for allergens!

I was in and out so there’s not much I can say, but the milkshake we got was tasty, nothing out of this world or mind blowing but decently good. They have a good variety of options though, and they made our milkshake pretty fast

The product itself is a good treat and the staff was very nice when I visited. However, there were a couple of shady things I didn't like and you should definitely be aware of. First, the prices on their website are a lie. The items are much more expensive now. We're talking more than a dollar increase per item. So you should be aware that their prices are not what they say they are. Second, and the thing that REALLY bothered me, they don't make you aware of the fact that they charge you for credit card use. They ask you if you're paying with cash or card, but when you choose card, they don't let you know they will be charging you the credit card fee. You find out later, when you realize you've been charged even more. I know there are places that do this. But the least they can do is let you know and give you the option. Another small detail that might not bother a lot of people but it's kind of annoying. I had a milkshake amd their straws are too short. You have to keep pulling it out with your fingers and it gets sticky fast. It's just a bothersome detail but nonetheless, it's part of the experience for this place. So yeah, you should be aware of these things. Especially the extra fees they don't bother to tell you about.

Terrible experience. I tried to get a cereal bowl and I got refused and told that it had to be ice cream which made no sense then why they offer a cereal bowl if the guy is going to refuse a sell and especially to a pregnant person. The manager was very nice and she apologized but the service from the guy was horrible. Sucks to not have had the opportunity to try the cereal bowl

A very delicious ice cream, it deserves 5 stars ⭐️, good service, good place to enjoy a hot day and good ice cream! I recommend it, as for the place, clean, pleasant, 100% recommended

Stopped on drive to Fort Lauderdale airport. So enjoyed the ice cream treats. Great ambiance. Free video games!

This place felt so chic and it was very unique. They mix cereal with your ice cream. You can create your own combinations or pick one from the already made options. The kids loved the ice cream! They have arcade games inside to pass the time, they have a grass background where you can take some pictures. It was a fun place to be.

This place has it good. I definitely recommend it!

Great spot right in the cut off of us1. The ice cream was great the cereal toppings are fun and alot of choices. The stores has free arcades for the kiddos and nice decor for social posts. Def coming back.

Although the shakes and ice cream are delicious, my wife and I have been more disappointed with this place than happy. Anytime we try to order via Postmates/Uber eats around 9pm the app makes us wait an hour to then cancel the order. It shows us the drivers go there to pick it up, but as I’ve read on other reviews they probably stop serving way before 10pm. Why announce you close at 10pm, if you’re going to stop serving by 9pm. It kills the mood for a good dessert! Find a way to fix this issue.

I’m not a fan of ice cream but I LOVE this place. It has the perfect balance of sweet. 20/10 Will def recommend

The ice cream itself is awesome. but when it comes to getting your order, they are very unorganized. They do not keep track by names or order numbers so someone that came after us took one of orders.

My son saw this place online and begged me for two weeks to take him. We live in Broward County so we drive close to 50 miles on a Sunday at 730PM and they were closed. I reached out to them on Instagram EXTREMELY disappointed. They responded that they closed early because they ran out of Ice Cream? But neglected to communicate that on their IG page… horrible customer service. Didn’t even offer any type of compensation and said they hope I come back 🙄 Why would I drive again all the way down there again for the chances of them being closed again? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I love coming to this place. But on several occasions they have closed earlier than the scheduled time. One of those times the owner closed the door on my face. He said they were closed when there was still 15 minutes till they were closing. If your schedule says a set time, stick to it. This is ridiculous.

Took the family here with my 6yr old daughter and upon arriving it was easy to find. Located next to a barber shop the sign was visible and the location had easy parking. Once we got in this was probably the only thing that bothered me was the smell of Marajuana in the store. It was very strong and prominent. There was a family in at the register/service area. And I can say we where not told anything. Looking around we notice the wall to our left had all the diffirent ways to create a cereal shake/ ice cream ect. The room was long and fairly empty except for the few sitting area and some video arcades, and a hedge wall with neon sign for pictures. The venue seemed clean as well as the area I sat at was clean. Upon getting to the bar service are it was pretty straight forward. 2 young girls in Hoodie sweaters asked what would we like and what toppings we wanted. And they began to make them. One took the order while the other wrote it down and began to make them. It was fairly quick and the product was good. The process of the machine was the coolest part as I had never seen that and everyone seemed to be intrigued by it as well. One we recied the ceral ice cream we said thank you as we had previously left a tip prip to, the one girl smiled noded then the two girls immediately went to back area. My daughter took a picture in the photo area and we left as there was nothing left for us there. The music playing was explicit so we figured we would take the treat elsewhere. The few small problems is why I'm not giving this a full 5 stars. Service was enough to what was needed and the smell with the music just didn't match a cool new idea concept. Don't get me wrong I loved the songs but for a family friendly treat having the radio edit can go a long way. I'm not sure who was smoking or what brought the smell in but for how strong it was in the room it seemed to have happened inside the store as the smell was not outside or even when we approached or walked around. Service was there but just enough to get us in and out and nothing more or even welcoming/ friendly ect. 4 stars for the tasty treat and creative concept. We hope to someday come again and hope for a more engaged and fun time to re write this review.

Milky Way is a cute spot with great branding. The first time I came here was about two years ago. I had the soft served ice cream with Cinnamon Toast Crunch but don’t remember the details. I remember. It was really good. Today my brother and I went and had the milkshakes. I ordered the small vanilla shake with Captain crunch, honeycomb, gram cracker crumbs, Reese‘s peanut butter cup, and Nutella drizzle. In my opinion the chocolate gets hard in cold ice cream. I would not get it again next time. Although the ice cream was good, definitely trying a different combo next time

This place is known for its vegan ice cream. So we get to the store, my daughter hyped to get some vegan ice cream being that she can't eat regular ice cream, and they had no vegan ice cream. Smh. So now I gotta deal with a disappointed daughter. Not a good look.

Everything about this place is adorable and super good, but I have to complain about the TERRIBLE vegan ice cream. It's not sweet and lacks flavor completely. It's basically just frozen plain almond milk. PLEASE find a new supplier!!!

Tried this gem while in the area this July…highly recommend! The ice cream took us back to childhood memories! Employees were helpful and super nice! The retro look was great too!! Wish we lived closer to experience this more often and try all the flavors!

The cashier was very patient with us. This was our first time there. He went through everything. We had the most delicious cereal shakes. Mine was with Oreo O's and my husband's shake has Trix and lucky Sharms.

The vegan vanilla was ehhh. The fact the charge you extra for the vegan flavor is ridiculous. Taste more like water than vanilla. Would have been inedible without topping & they were out of cones... Go somewhere else. They're just selling you cereal to look appealing.

I have been here about 10 times or so...and I love this place. However, it's been a couple of months since the last time and things have changed. The prep counter was a mess..and the employee wasn't all that polite. He had his hair dangling over the ice cream while preparing it and his mask half way off his face. He also didn't say thank you or anything. I would like to chalk it up to a bad day...but when it comes health hazards, that shouldn't be compromised. Also when u put my rewards in, he said he didn't see it..when I clearly pressed redeemed rewards. Idk if I would come back. The ice cream isn't cheap..so they need to have good customer service and keep the place clean.

THE BESTT!!!! I love this place way too much. My boyfriend and I come here all the time. Their ice creams are so creamy and the milkshakes are the right amount of thick. I literally can't get enough. BTW, Chelsea is so nice and knows exactly how to treat her customers.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake with Cocoa Puffs and it made me want to go cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs LOL. It was really delicious and they had many different flavors to choose from. If you're a fan of ice cream and you like milkshakes I would recommend stopping in and enjoying your favorite flavor!

I love this place so much. It's in a fairly easily passed plaza. Only happened upon it because of a reptile shop that was in the back. Tons of cereal options and flavor combinations to your heart's content. Pick a cone a cup or a shake. (I always go for a shake typically) pick a vanilla or chocolate base. And your cereals to blend in. Tastes just like cereal milk and I love all the toppings and drizzles. The condensed milk or marshmallow is a personal favorite. If you like super sweet stuff. This is pretty rich. It's a unique little spot and there truly isn't anything else like it in south Florida. Wish I had a spot like this in Orlando.

The best ice cream shop on Kauai! So many amazing flavor combos with good portion sizes and friendly staff. I just wish we had one on Oahu so I could eat it all the time.

I like this place. However they don't follow their time. Make sure u call first before driving and make sure they are open. It says it close at 10. What a concept the ice cream mix is great with cereal. Great texture This mix is great ice cream and cereal. You choose from the cereal list of flavors you want then it is pulverized and mixed to make a frozen treat that is delicious. I got the s'mores and resee puffs mixed with vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Topped with condensed milk and Nutella drizzle and Heath bar bits.

Me and my family loves this place at first I was undecided about trying it because I thought it was ice cream with cereal on top but nooooo it’s ice cream with cereal mixed in and it is delicious. Me and my family can’t stop coming and the owners are very nice they really did something when they open this little gem. If you haven’t tried the cereal ice cream you have to try it and you will not regret it.

Milkshakes made with cereal, what a wonderful treat. They get real ice cream run through a Swirl Freeze machine and it comes out smooth and creamy. Now that's some delicious ice cream. And the best part is the friendly and nice stuff.

The place is super cool looking, and the board games and domino table definitely make it a cool place to hang out. The cereal was super fresh and not stale. The milkshakes were tasty and the ice cream was so smooth. Was not a huge fan of the baked up dulce de leche cookie, wasn’t soft at all, but that’s a third party. But what really stood out was the employees willingness to help. We went with my two year old, who was not cooperating, and he was super patient and didn’t blink an eye when he spilled his shake. The customer service and patience was phenomenal, and we will definitely be regulars.
