This is one of the best health food restaurants I’ve been too. The place is clean, the prices are fair, the smoothies are tasty, and the food is absolutely delicious! I ordered the chicken mango curry wrap and vegetable smoothie! I will be back!

Staff was friendly. Food was amazing and fresh. Tried the turkey sandwich. The flavors were bold yet also a subtle sweet. Also tired the chicken poke bowl. The taste just made my pallet super happy. Would definitely eat there again. Even take the kids. They also have Lattes Cappuccino and espresso!

Highly recommended. Top class juices and wraps. Visiting the area so not local expert - but visited many juiceries cross USA. This is best type. Owner operator. All fresh ingredients- not powder. Have green vegi juices. Wraps were very tasty also.

Got the curry beef wrap. Not one to leave reviews.. I understand accidents happen so maybe just a one time experience.. but as I was eating, picked a long black hair out of my mouth. No worries.. kept eating, then picked a longer one out of the wrap before I was even halfway through.. no more for me. 3rd time not a charm today 🧿 oh well. Waste of 17 dollars.. got the wheatgrass bc I wanted some chlorophyll and micronutrients.. but she used bottles lemon juice in it... Tf? 😮 Idk... Not a fan. I like fresh .. good luck y'all.

Food is excellent. I ordered a berry smoothie with gluten free hummus spinach wrap. The place is very cute and the food is high quality. A lot of vegan, vegetarian and Gluten-free options.

Love this spot - whatever you get will leave your body feeling nourished. Highly recommend the chicken wrap and acai bowls. Loved being able to sit outside with our pup, too.

Amazing quality food and kind owner

Cute place. Oat breakfast bar awesome. Smoothie good. Americano coffee too chocolaty & very expensive ($5.25 a styrofoam cup). Owner could have been more welcoming & helpful. Basically, it was "what do you want" & "here it is". No hello or good bye. Not sure I'd be back but good to try it.

This was the best place for Açai bowls that were made with care and you could taste the love! Also, I had the coconut cookie and had to take two extras home with me because they were incredible! I highly recommend this lovely restaurant.❤️

Stopped here for lunch during the work day…great food (had the chicken curry wrap & a smoothie), friendly staff, and cozy cafe atmosphere.

Great smoothie. It smelled great in there also, which made me want to come back another time to try some of the more hearty menu items. Tucked away place, but worth finding!

Salad with all the fixings. $31 for two small bowls and two waters. One did have meat on it. Nuts were stale and too much red onion.Friendly staff. Still Not impressed.

Visited this place because I wanted to eat healthier while on a business trip, and I’m extremely happy with my decision. Friendly staff and made modifications to my wrap with no hesitation! Enjoyed my experience here so much, that I ate lunch here two days in a row. Beautiful decor inside and amazing people!!

This is possibly the worst website ever. I will certainly try this place but they should pay a dollar more for someone to actually create a great website.

Holy wow! Seriously incredible all-around, 10s across the board, speedy service, with fresh, well-balanced food and juices to die for!! I got the bean paste wrap and the vegetable juice. They were both very delicious and filling, and reasonably priced. Juicing can be a difficult art, but they got it down!

This is quickly becoming our new go to lunch venue. The food is excellent! I highly recommend the pesto chicken wrap and tomato soup!

Decided to visit this place since it seemed lome the most healthy choice near by and im happy I did. The food is great and good quality and quantity for the price. My only negative was the confusing menu's everywhere and the fact its so narrow i didnt notice the menus that well till after I ordered. The sevice lady was super nice and patient but it wad very cramped inside with other customers waiting for their food and the customers waiting to order. But thats all nit picky and ill order from there again since their food outweighs any of the negatives.

Really good wrap and smoothie. I got the Chicken Curry wrap and the power smoothie. The chicken in the wrap was a whole breast sliced up that tasted freshly grilled.

I had a one day detox smoothie with moringa powder added and a breakfast bar. They tasted great, were filling, and it was a great way to start the day. The curry wrap is also pretty good.

Great healthy food. Lots of options to choose from, the menu was a but overwhelming at first. Fantastic wraps and cookies, and great value for what you get. Plenty of parking too!

Amazing!!! This place is a must. My boyfriend and I were just driving through town. Found this shop on Google. The owner is just the nicest person. Food is the best quality and most affordable I've seen in a long time. It's so nice to see good business are still out there. We got smoothies, wraps, and some of her shots. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend.

I visited the first annual WINK hosted, "Taste of the Town" in Punta Gorda and there isn't one thing I would injest. I walked to Fresh Power Smoothies and I'm so glad I did! You can taste the homemade flavors. The hummus was made from scratch with whole chickpeas, the organic cookies were filled with giant chunks of dark chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and walnuts, oh my! The beet immune booster smoothie, wheatgrass shot, and kombucha were fabulous! Everything here was delicious and the customer service was fantastic! A price worth paying to satisfy your body. A must visit in Punta Gorda, I definitely recommend, and thank you for being the place I found the most healthy and organic values in on my trip. Also, they recycle ✌🏻💙♻️!

Just found this place today to meet up with a friend for a business meeting. I got a protein shake for breakfast and it was delicious. Then found out that they had wifi, so our meeting ran until lunch. I decided to try the chicken curry wrap. Hands down, the best wrap I have had in a really long time. Each bite had a different flavor added (cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, MANGO CHUTNEY) 10/10- truly glad I found this place, will be returning often! Great service, thank you again

Very happy that this place has organic coffee and food options!! It gets ranked a 4 star for that alone, because it’s very hard to find. I ordered an iced caramel latte with almond milk. I’m not sure if the woman misheard me or they really blend their iced lattes. Either way, be sure to ask because my latte (while the flavor was great), was basically like a Frappuccino that wasn’t blended enough. It was actually good, just did not expect it. I also got the breakfast bar which was great and a big size. It was gluten free and vegan! Don’t expect to dine in, the atmosphere is more for pick up and go!

This place is amazing, the lean steak wrap is so good, as is the açaí bowl, vegetable smoothie and the dill-icious juice. The only downfall with this place is that you will not be able to stay away once you've tried it. Always had great service and we are usually there once a week, at least.

Soo delicious! Best green smoothie I’ve ever had. I added turmeric & papaya; came out incredibly good! Curry chicken wrap was also superb. Service was nice & I am so happy I stopped in.

An absolute dream! A total gem! Plenty of AMAZING vegan and house made options! Everything is incredibly fresh. I tried the vegan burger and I was sad when it was gone. I would trust anything on the menu without asking. This is my new favorite breakfast and lunch spot in Punta Gorda. I’ll make it a point to eat something here every time I am in town.

I love this place! We found this smoothie shop when we came to Punta Gorda for a couple of days and went there every morning for smoothies and acai bowls. Fresh ingredients and great service- well be back!

This place is such a great find! The staff is super kind and the food is AMAZING. My boyfriend and I ordered the bean paste wrap and the lean steak wrap and 10/10!!! The smoothies are delicious and juices as well! You cannot go wrong here ~ The prices are really affordable for such nutritious food! We left feeling recharged and ready for the day. Making this a weekly thing! 🤍

I ordered a Vegetarian burger and ended up getting a wrap. God only knew what kind of wrap it was because when I told the person who was attending that that was not my order, she simply said that it was my order and that was the burger, so for vegetarian or vegan people like me make sure that they give them the correct order and ask what other ingredients are in their food because apparently not all the ingredients are written on the menu

I’m so happy to have found this place! Honestly had the best smoothie I’ve ever had (blueberry, strawberry and mango with protein powder). The rest of the menu also looked fantastic. Can’t wait to go back!

If I could give no stars I would. First off anyone who is “healing” requires REAL wheatgrass. The wheatgrass they serve here is not REAL! They use powder, it smells like vinegar I took one sip and threw it away. Wheat grass is supposed to smell like fresh cut grass. This is false advertisement for anyone who is looking for wheatgrass. The two are NOT the same especially when your charging $ 4.50 The acai bowls are “12 oz” but it’s 1 scoop of acai and the rest is fillers. I usually do not write reviews because I understand how reviews impact business but this place should be ashamed of themselves for claiming they serve wheatgrass in a powdered form and acai that’s $12.99 for 1 scoop

Stopped in for the first time and had a power shot along with the teriyaki steak wrap. Loaded with steak, absolutely delicious and fresh veggies. Huge portion and couldn’t finish it but will be back for sure.

Amazing!👍 I had the curry chicken wrap and before after smoothie. The wrap hit the spot with the pops of flavors and colors. The smoothie was excellent as well with just enough peanut butter flavor to not overpower the fruit. Owner was exceptionally nice and pleasant to talk to.

This place is amazing. My new favorite spot. Every single thing I’ve had is amazing. My favorites: any of the juices, all the soups, salads, açaí bowls, poke bowl... and all the other things I haven’t tried yet, I’m sure they’re wonderful! Not to mention the owner/staff are all so pleasant and accommodating. This is a staple now! I’m addicted :)

3 stars only because of how rude the owner is. I’ve ordered from this place twice (both times the food was amazing) but first time I ordered with her she questioned how I wanted my wrap made and what toppings I wanted. I also got a Curry chicken wrap from her today and I wanted to add bacon and she seemed disgusted with how I wanted it made. I asked her If could customize it and she said yes but once I ordered them both times nothing I asked for was in the wraps. Now I won’t lie, they were both good but if I ask you to make it a certain way then please do it right. I’m never the person to go on here and complain but the amount of judgment I felt and the food that was given to me was not correct both times. seems like they don’t like customizing their food even though they say they do.

Super fresh, healthy and authentic smoothies, healthy snacks and sandwiches made by a professional, lifelong dietitian! We tried the power up smoothie which has extra protein. It was absolutely yummy and a great pick me up. We also tried and acai bowl and a breakfast burrito. The breakfast burrito was extremely Hardy and packed with fresh meat, vegetables and herbs. The tortilla was super fresh as well. Absolutely earned our business. You get what you pay for!!

I enjoy the items from Fresh Power Smoothies and especially because they drive from Punta Gorda to where I work in Port Charlotte and the food is always perfect. Thank you for being there each time I order from you. Will be doing so very soon.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a healthy bite to eat before heading to the gym. When we arrived we realized we were a couple of minutes late and thought we had missed our chance to try this place out. The employee who I believe may have even been the owner still invited us in and allowed us to order food. Her kind gesture was followed by an incredible chicken curry with mango chutney spinach wrap and an organic chocolate chip cookie that was just as incredible. We are definitely going to be making this place one of our regular spots to grab food before the gym or after work. Couldn’t be happier with our experience, five stars all around!

Good location in Punta Gorda for healthy food choices. I did the hummus wrap which was decent, but I've heard the bean paste and veggie burger are top favorites. Smoothie options as well. The owner is very sweet. Nice vibe. For a hummus wrap, a drink and a bag of organic veggie chips, this ran me about $20.

Acai bowl was delicious! Best I've had in a while. Friend got the chicken mango chutney sandwich with brie, also a winner! Great spot to go for lots of healthy (and yummy) options.

My friend dragged me on this 10min a walk in FL heat to this cute place. I ordered the 1/2 chicken curry wrap with mango cutlet with a 1/2 smoothie - I asked the woman to surprise me on the flavor - the smoothie was sooo good perfect size to not over do it. The wrap was not something I would typically choose, but I was so happy I went for it- SO SO DELICIOUS cannot wait to eat it again. The homemade hot sauce is pretty spicy, but so flavorful. I also tried the organic cookie which was just as fresh and not too sweet. Everything is so fresh and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back and show my other friends! Wish it was closer to home.
