Outstanding little bar/restaurant. Food was all very good. Service was excellent. Everybody raves about the pork chop which is too notch. The peanut butter pie was a wonderful dessert. Seating area is not large so make reservations.

This place is connected to Samantha’s. Dining area is small but they seat people in Samantha’s as well. Food is delicious. Service is very good. 1st time here, and would definitely eat here again. 5 star food. Highly recommend if in the area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was great about this experience. Coming from out of town we were greeted with kind and welcoming service not only from the employees but the owner himself. Taking the time to socialize with us out of towners and making the experience great. Not to mention the best pork chop I’ve ever put to my mouth. The Mac and cheese side was creamy and delicious as well. Will be coming back here in our next visit. Nothing but great service and tremendous food found here!

Most amazing Pork Chops ever! Must stop establishment!

I had the 12 ounce Wagyu steak - one of the best steaks I ever ate - tender, juicy, flavorful and definitely larger than 12 ounces. The baked potato was excellent and the white chocolate blueberry cheesecake best ever - unbelievable!

The staff was very attentive and did a great job. The food is always good and I like what they have done with the place

Entire staff was friendly and welcoming, felt like I was a local. Dining area was quaint, extremely clean and setup exactly how I would expect a bar and grille except with an upscale appearance and feel. Was greeted by owners and helped pick out our meals based on our input, again, very friendly. Apps and food came out timed perfectly for each course. Food was prepared perfectly. The Tomahawk was cooked to perfection with the ideal amount of char and the seasoning. Tender and juicy, each bite melted. Paired with Daves hash browns and a Brussels sprouts slaw that was dynamite. Crisp and savory with every bite. Traveled from 3.5hrs away and looking forward to the next visit. I will be back! Highly recommend Freudys Bar and Grille! - The Post

This place is one of my favorite restaurants in North Canton. If there is a better chop I don't know where you would find it.

Had the chicken pesto with liguine, excellent food. Great friendly service.

The restaurant was very nice and clean. The food was excellent and didn't break the wallet, and those two you don't normally find pairing together. I will be back to this establishment for sure.

Pasta over cooked and has been sitting in water. Alfredo had way too much garlic in it. The drink specials were way too sweet. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was good.

Love the bread and dipping oil. Wedge salad very good. My husband and I had the pork chops which were very tender and juicy, but I felt way too salty. Peanut butter pie delicious! We will be back.

First time dining here and so many positives to write about. An elevated dining experience offered in a small and intimate setting with a warm and friendly staff that will remember your name. Dave's pork chop lives up to the hype completely, tender and juicy in every bite with perfect sear and seasoning. The scallops were equally succulent with a declicious and creamy sauce. Easy to recommend the scallops in whatever way they are prepared (since they are a special that changes) for any subsequent visit. The jalapeno mac n cheese while having an excellent flavor were a bit of a miss for me. The thinly sliced jalapenos did not offer enough of a texture contrast in the dish whose cheese was solely delivered through a roux. Would have liked to see a crispy broiled cheese topping on top of the mac n cheese but realize this can be time consuming for a simple side dish, in spite of its additional cost. The 4 crab stuffed mushrooms were large and tender and served on a small platter with butter and garlic. The crab stuffing featured a satisfying amount of crab and was balanced nicely with the breading. Due to their size, I think the mushrooms could have benefitted from being dipped into a little ground sea salt but a little table salt did the trick. I ordered the angel hair aglio e olio as a side with my pork chop, which costs extra. The noodles were cooked well and the garlic flavor could be tasted throughout. However, the noodles were criminally devoid of salt to the point that I question whether the chef may have forgotten to salt the pasta water. This was the most disappointing part of my meal. I will likely try the chicken parmigiana at some point in a future visit but if it is equally underwhelming then I will avoid the pasta in the future. Far from a perfect dining experience but I still won't remove a star. Shannon was an excellent bartender and never stopped hustling the entire night. My appetizers came out after my meal and both she and the owner's wife Laurie offered to make it right. Will definitely come back with friends and family and look forward to exploring the menu further.

Great service, great people, and most importantly, GREAT FOOD! I had a tomahawk ribeye that was the most flavorful and tender steak I have ever had. Will definitely be going back in the very near future.

My wife and I had an awesome dining experience here last night! Called last minute for a reservation and the hostess accommodated us Our server Sebastian was terrific. Food was prepared beautifully and was excellent. Drinks were spot on. We shared a grilled peach arugula salad with feta that was amazing. Nice crusty bread with your meal. My featured halibut meal was excellent. Wife had scallops that were also very good. Layered peanut butter pie for dessert topped off the meal! Our server Sebastian took very good care of us without being overbearing. Will definitely be back!

Where do I start? 12 out of 10! Came here because of the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. The owners and staff were incredible. Left their feeling like family! The food was unbelievable and competes with the top steak houses in the city. Dave, Lori and their kids were super friendly and just wanted to welcome an out of Towner into their home. The bar tender Cassidy and the other server were as caring as the family. I would recommend this place to everyone! So thankful I had the chance to dine with them!

Hands down the BEST PORK CHOP!!! We tried to get into Sylvester’s for dinner. Of course booked… so glad it was.. stumbled across this gem and it was FANTASTIC!!!

Dave's special pork chop is amazing. The steak fries were made from frozen and they tasted freeze burnt ( my own fault for not getting the baked potato). My wife got a pasta dish I can't remember which one. She liked it but immediately regretted not getting the chop after I let her taste it.

Staff were friendly and attentive , food was excellent , atmosphere is very classy . 10/10 would recommend and will be back .

My husband and I went here on our date night. So walking in we were skeptical. Let me say it's a must see for food aficionados. By far the best food experience we've had. Truly a hidden gem. Our waitress was very friendly as well as the owner. The food came out in a timely fashion. We ordered the shrimp bruschetta appetizer and the calamari. Both were amazing. He got the porkchop for dinner and myself the filled both cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back!

Loved our dinner at Freudy's. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to drink and our waiter was very helpful with suggestions. I had the pork chop after reading all the reviews on it and I was so glad I did! It was absolutely perfect! Probably the best pork chop I've ever had. I never order pork chops when I eat out because they are usually not the best but this was amazing. Huge chop, perfectly cooked and delicious! My husband got the steak and it was delicious as well. Between the wonderful staff and amazing food we will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

This place is the unsung hero of Washington square. They're fast, friendly, efficient, and the pork chops are to die for.

We LOVED our meal. Our server, Anthony, did such a great job! Atmosphere was amazing, food was delicious and the drinks were yummy! Swordfish special, pork chops, chicken parmigiana, and spaghetti and meatballs-all so good!! We will be back.

Atmosphere/ambiance, service/staff, music and food is amazing! Food is always consistent! So glad they’re back open! I dine here at least once a week and sometimes twice!

We love this place! You'd never know Freudys has a city like feel when you pull into Samantha's. My husband loves Dave's pork chop, and think their risotto is excellent!
