Came here to treat myself after a successful move...and WOW did I find a GOLDMINE of icream shop! Immediately from entering I felt the love n joy. Then wasn't sure what flavor because like coconut...they recommended their flavor of the day 'strawberry coconut' and I was in heaven! Wonderful ice cream, Top of the line customer service and clean inside and out. I brought my voice student and grandmother here shortly after and they were loving it, too!

Came in this weekend for the first time and I am so sad I didn’t know about this place sooner! My son has a dairy allergy and this is the first place that I’ve found that serves dairy free ice cream that is delicious and tastes just like real ice cream. My two little ones had the best time. Ice cream was super yummy and staff were friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

I am a former customer of Kline's ice cream in Manassas, VA that unfortunately closed down years ago. I've been trying to find an ice cream place that's just as good as Kline's was. I visited Frosty moose for the first time. The location was close to Manassas and the staff was really friendly. I got the banana split and it was really good but really messy to eat. Definitely worth it. Unfortunately one ice cream option that Frosty moose doesn't have that Kline's had and Nathan's has is the Boston shake which is a shake and Sunday mix. Other than that, a great customer experience overall.

Great Soft Serve Ice Cream!! Many Flavors!!!

I went Tuesday for the first time and it was a Awesome experience the young ladies were absolutely delightful 😊 ☺️

It's not as expected. Sundae had no brownie. The mango flavor didn't taste like mango. Super artificial. Dunno what the purpose of having any flavors since it was literally a line on top of the vanilla soft serve. Would highly suggest the owners check out other local mom-and-pop businesses, such as Campbells Frozen Custard, Nathan's Dairy Bar, Sweet Berry, etc., and do better. It is a big difference of quality.

I don’t get the rave reviews. Most of the flavors are just soft serve vanilla custard with small ribbons of flavoring and coloring squirted on it by the machine. And the flavors have a slightly chemical taste. I got 3 flavors — birthday cake, cheesecake, cotton candy — and I swear I could not tell by the taste which one was which. Some might find it better than McDonald’s sundaes, but either way it’s definitely similar to that.

My wife and her family kept talking about this place and I didn't think too much of it but the ice creams were just amazing. It's truly fulfilling to have their ice creams. I'm very impressed.

Definitely have been looking for a tasty soft serve ice cream place for a very long time. I believe this one is one of the best in Virginia. It reminds me of a place in Connecticut called Stew Leonard's. I will be back.

My family has been coming here 10+ years and have never had a negative experience. The soft serve is delicious, service is friendly and even though they get very busy sometimes, they run smoothly everytime.

Great place! Kids love it. They want it everyday. They count the days until it reopens. Bank accounts are lower because...and not because of the price. Owner is awesome...We have a great experience every time we go...In my opinion too often...

Love coming here for ice cream. They have creative specials and the servings are generous. It is a tad pricey but worth it. They can also be very busy and the location is a little hard to get into. If you want something other than Dairy Queen I would recommend this place highly.

My family & I used to live down the street and were frequent customers here. My husband and I were in town over the weekend and stopped by for a much needed treat. I'm glad the owners are still the same and the staff is always very friendly. We loved what we ordered and can't wait to visit again when we're back in town.

Always good! Never a disappointment. Friendly service. Sometimes crowded but the line moves quick. My only gripe is they need to serve Maple Walnut more often and less of the fruity flavors. Fruit + Ice Cream = NO!

Local soft-serve ice cream shop that has treated us right for years. I'm a particular fan of the mint shake with some chocolate chips added in. They have the big straws for the shakes.

I’ve noticed everyone who leaves the store the employees always are so kind to them and say “have a good day” and kind stuff when they leave once me and my family left no one said anything and my sister said excuse me but no one lifted there head to attend us even if they were right in front of us they just acted like no one was there it’s really upsetting because we’re Hispanic…

Icecream flavors always of the hook! Well worth the wait when there is a line. Staff always courteous and friendly no matter how busy it gets. Prices extremely reasonable considering how expensive everything else has become. It doesn't seem like they raised their prices from last year, but if they did it wasn't noticeable and it's still worth it to support this family owned business in our county. The best I've cream place around!!!

The people who worked there were super friendly and even helped me in choosing what I wanted since I was overwhelmed in not having been there before. There were so many choices, and it all soun ded good! It turned out to be just that, delicious, and you could sit inside to eat your ice cream or the nearby picnic tables that were in the shade at that time of afternoon. Even my niece commented on how friendly the one lady was, "she called me sweet pea like my dad does," and that made her feel warm and welcome. All 3 women were smiling and friendly, not pushy and irritated when I didn't know what to pick. I will not forget that experience, and that is what kind of first impression sticks with me and makes me want to return to certain places repeatedly! ❤️

We like the place but it always smells like dirty mop water inside. We used to own two restaurants and are very family with that smell. It's very off putting to customers to walk in somewhere that stinks. Additionally, they always seem to have way more employees than needed and they are just standing around chatting. I'm sure the labor costs are through the roof. The ice cream is good but I'm not sure this place will stay in business for the long haul. Seems to need better management.

This is some of the best soft serve I have ever had. The staff is so kind and the prices are amazing. I love the variety of soft serve flavors!! This place is an absolute favorite.

The ice cream is really yummy. I had a thin mint sundae with oreos and a brownie. The brownie was a little too dense for my liking so I wouldn't get that again. I also tasted the regular vanilla soft serve and it's delicious. There are a lot of flavors to choose from, as well as toppings. The prices are good and the portions are really big. The staff is super friendly and gets the ice cream out very quickly. The interior of the store is quite small, but there are tables outside to sit at. There's a lot of parking.

Ice cream is amazing, and the service is fantastic.

If your within 25 mins its worth a drive. They have a bunch of flavors of soft serve thats quality. They have the dense really creamy kind as opposed to the cheaper kinda airy marshmallowy kind. The place also has flavoring machine. They have a variety of twist options (like cherry and cheesecake) and a flavor of the day option that rotates. Staff is friendly, owner seem really nice. All of that is second however to the quality soft serve. Dope as heck.

Ive recently developed an addiction for chocolate milkshakes. My addiction has led me on a path that consists of shakes from fast food establishments and restaurants. So, its safe to say, I know what im talking about when I use an emoji to describe my experience: 🔥🔥 🔥🔥🔥 (ok 5 emojis) GO AND VISIT FROSTIE MOOSE ICE CREAM!!!!

Debbie has gone above and beyond for us. When my MIL was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, all she wanted was the pumpkin frosty moose. Debbie made our pumpkin ice cream out of season in the middle of summer just for us. Debbie and frosty moose have become a source of beautiful family memories that we’ll cherish for a lifetime. Words can’t explain how appreciative we are. Thank you for everything frosty moose! I had no idea that an ice cream shop would ever become such an integral part of our family. We’ve ended our night for months with some pumpkin ice cream. :)
