I have been there several times and as a diabetic I was happy to see that I could get a root beer float with diet root beer and sugar, free coffee ice cream but to my surprise I came to find out that they’ve never had diet root beer and been giving me a regular root beer soda full of sugar . I was wondering why my sugar numbers were off. beware of what they’re selling you could put someone’s life in danger.

Best little ice cream shop in town. The açaí bowls are my favorite and a hidden gem on the menu!

Had to share how beautiful of a job Frosty King did on their renovations! What a gem this is for Edgewater and the surrounding areas All homemade delights from hard to soft serve ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, avalanches, shakes, floats, açaí bowls, hot dogs etc So bright, clean and spacious!!!! The outdoor add on is done so well! Staff was great! Giana took care of us and let us sample the ones we were undecided on.::.for only 2 of us we left with 4 to go cups 😂 Great hours to!!!! Their drive thru menu is impossible to figure out. They will have you waiting in line for 25 minutes just to tell you 1/2 of their flavors are sold out. Bad business

EWWWW - this place is nasty. I pulled a huge hair out of the center of my ice cream (I don’t have hair) This place is atrociously dirty. And the owner is extremely rude. Drive by and keep on going - DO NOT STOP HERE

Iscream for this ice cream. It's made on site with REAL ingredients the names of which you would recognize. The variety of flavors changes regularly. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. If you want fancy, this ain't the place for you. If you want some of the best ice cream ever, this is your place.

What is wrong with these people? I had a bad experience with the employee kindness multiple times in the past but it has been a while since I was there so I thought I would give them another chance. Employee looked angry the whole time despite me being very nice. I was hoping she would see my kindness and show just show a tiny bit of kindness back but instead it was very angry and creepy attitude. I asked for a I cream cone and she gave me a cup so I very nicely asked for just a cone on top and they said they would have to charge me. The angry attitude is just very creepy. Never going back!!!!

Banana pudding milk shake is excellent!

In reply to frosty king comment, I ordered a vanilla sundae with chocolate syrup and peanut butter syrup, it was melted to the point of liquid state when I received it, product was leaking from the top and the outside of cup was a sticky mess. I was also rushed along to make a decision on what I wanted. I call it like I see it. 5 Stars to those who deserve it. Unfortunately that's not you.

Cute little ice cream shop. Had some interesting flavors. We did not stay and actually order anything. The order area was hot and the Italian ices and ice creams were all melting. The shop was chaotic. Reply to business…. I wish I would have taken a picture now. I give a lot of honest reviews and I don’t appreciate being called a liar on a social media review platform. Guess I should’ve given this place a zero for integrity.

I gave a $20 bill and received $5 and change back the lady told me that she knew what she was doing but I showed her on my phone that I should have gotten another dollar back but refused to give me my dollar I guess this is a way Frosty King makes it extra money to pay for the building be careful count your change.

service was horrible and they messed up all of our food and ice cream. the ice cream was all melted and they didn’t give me the right order. The guy there was being rude when were trying to order hot dogs and he told us to not “hold up the line” but with attitude. The lady and guy was rolling their eyes at us and weren’t really listening to our orders. It was supposed to be a fun trip but ended up ruining me and my friends mood.

We sat outside and enjoyed our ice cream treats. Lots of yummy flavors, including Maple Walnut!

Been coming here my whole life! Some of my youngest memories were leaving the beach and it was A MUST to stop here for a icecream for my family on the way home.

1st time here and when I'm in the area again I will come back. The place smells amazing! They have tons of ice cream flavors, and the flavors are delish! I got the cheese cake ice cream and chocolate ice cream. Really really good. Recommend :)

Went for ice cream on their grand reopening. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through line. They were out of everything. Waited all that time and left with no ice cream. Went to the Winn Dixie. Hagan Das is by 1 get 1. .

Please check your blender it's broken obviously when my milkshake was made last night Typical response from the owner, has zero accountability for the issues, very rude and name calling when responding to people's complaints. FYI all blenders have rubber gaskets nice try. I'm sure your staff also recognized the black chunks in a vanilla milkshake. Have some accountability for once. Keyboard warrior 😂

My son and I came roughly 7-10 times, No one in there seems to know how to make a milkshake. Everytime it's like curddled milk. Even after I ask for extra thick, knowing full well the struggle they have.

The hot dogs are really good! The ice cream is great with lots of flavors to choose from!! The staff are friendly and patient(as they wait for you to decide what flavor Ice cream you want). Hahaha, especially if you bring the kids. There's outside picnic tables and drive thru. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit, there were only two working when my family stopped in, but we thought it was worth the wait. Give it a try. It's a great place to chill in the heat!

Absolutely love my local frosty king the employees there are so kind and one in particular Rob is such a nice young man very informative about the ice cream and helps me decide which new one to try. They definitely go above and beyond. Rob is always so kind and considerate does a wonderful job, and it is always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted with such kindness.
