Javier our chef was amazing and it was breathtaking experience

I stopped in to order a quick lunch to-go and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the lunch special that comes with three rolls and it came with a soup and salad. My order was done in 5 minutes. The price was very reasonable and everything tasted delicious. I will definitely be back! 🍱🤤👏

Always the best quality food for the price. We get the bento dinners or lunch boxes because the separate items can be saved for another meal or a snack for later. Staff is kind and welcoming, very welcoming for kids. They have a fish pond that you can feed as well!

Our chef was great entertaining funny and personalized. The food was delicious, and large place so room for multiple large groups at once.

Terribly slow service. Waited 15-20 minutes to even see our waiter in an empty restaurant. Food was mediocre at best. Won’t be back. Try Fusion or Asahi instead if you’re looking for hibachi in Morgantown.

Ordered the hibachi chicken without vegetables and there was not only vegetables but shrimp included in my meal

The building itself is dated, but the service and food are great. Portions are large. Food is flavorful. Plenty of seating. I’ve never had a wait to be seated.

We go here every year for birthdays & they're our favorite hibachi restaurant in the area! Their yum yum sauce is the best out of all we've tried by far. We were there last night and our chef's name was Eddie. He was very kind & such an AMAZING cook that I had to leave a review! The chicken, salmon, & steaks were cooked perfectly! We've been going here for over 10 years & Eddie is the best chef we've ever had!

Good had a weird after taste and chicken was very chewy and didn’t have a chicken texture, it was very odd. Sushi was good

Nice atmosphere and service is always great. The food is hit or miss as far as sushi. When college is in the sushi is fresher and pretty good but when schools out it's ok. The hibachi is always good.

I eat here all the time and it has always been quality food. I love the sushi and the hibachi meals. The staff is all very kind and friendly, including the hibachi chefs who know how to cook very well. The hibachi side is definitely worth it for the show the chefs put on. 100% recommended!

I went there and there service was very great, and for my fist time hibachi birthday. Over all it was just good and it was very clean and the waiter was very polite and friendly.

worked here for I'd say pretty close to 4 years... the hibachi food is excellent! The sushi is always fresh, same with Juan in the back who makes the best food on Dining side! The atmosphere and service never disappoints! Definitely going to go back!

Really overall good experience. Nice portions and tasty food. Chef did a great job and our server Benji was very friendly. The place is a little older and could use some TLC, but I’d go back again without hesitation.

Staff is always friendly. Food can definitely range in potions. I typically leave hungry especially with other people at the table. Portions can be weird and go towards people who seem like they’d eat more. I have actually stopped at Wendy’s on the way home before. But the food is always good, and the staff is amazing!

I was visiting from out of state and thought hibachi would be perfect for all the kids. Unfortunately everyone who ate meat that night in my party ended up with stomach issues. The kids ate rice and noodles and we're fine but all adults were sick for days after. I will never go there again when in Morgantown.

Very nice. Waitress did great job describing dishes as it was our 1st visit. Everything was excellent.

Family dinner was a lot of fun Jamie put on a great show and cooked one of the best meals I've had in a while(filet&salmon). Had mixed drink and sushi special of the day that where also great.

Wish I could rate less, worst experience ever, walked in and had to wait to be greeted, then the owner came out yelling at her employees, the disrespect from her immediately made me want to go elsewhere, then when I finally got to order, she was still yelling at her employee because they were running around busy, then I got my food and it was decent, poor poor management, server was great, but the owner needs to watch herself before she looses more business

Fabulous food and service as always!

Delicious food, staff was friendly. Green tea was hot and good. I recommend the steak and shrimp hibachi plate with fried rice. My SO ordered chicken teriyaki bento box and enjoyed it as well. Bonus is there is a fish pond and if you have a quarter you can feed them from the machine.

I was served chirashi on a bed of warm rice.... currently praying I do not get food poisoning. "Cheifs" (and I use the term loosely) are you aware you could kill someone this way?

Normally very pleased with my experience at Fujiyama. Ordered Filet Mignon meal today for carry out along with appetizers. Live 20 minutes away. Got home and shrimp was in the meal. I have a seafood allergy. Phoned the restaurant and man said that he could not delivery new meal and that it was my own fault because it says on the menu that the Filet Mignon comes with shrimp. It does not show this on the online menu. (Please see photo of both online menus available). In addition, the appetizers were still doughy. With tip this meal came to $47.00. I was able to eat the extra side of fried rice and I put the appetizers in the oven to finish cooking. The Filet and fried rice in the meal were disposed of, as I could not take the chance of an allergic reaction. This was a total waste of money. That which, the employee on the other end of the phone did not care. Kathleen

After the closing of Hibachi, the opening of Fusion, and soon to be opening of another Hibachi style restaurant, I get the feeling this will be the first Hibachi to go. Understaffed, and just the weakest of the 3

Almost died because of a roll from there, had been the whole night throwing up…

Placed an order via phone Shrimp and scallops fried rice. 2 mealsTold to pick up 20 minutes. When I got there the receipt said shrimp and salmon. So the said it would be just 5 minutes to fix the order...waited another 20 minutes and then was charged 51.00 for my 2 meals of 6 shrimp and 3.5 scallops. What a big disappointment Received 6 shrimp and 3 and 1/2 scallops

Wonderful sushi and the best fried rice I have possibly ever consumed. Highly recommend for a nice afternoon lunch

If I could give zero stars I would . We were treated terribly , when there were close to no customers in the restaurant. We left before even receiving appetizers . Cheyenne is the rudest restaurant employee I have ever encountered. I will never come here again.

I’ve eaten here before in the past and was always blown away. My girlfriend and I stopped today 4/16/22 and were seated rather quickly. That was the extent of our good experience. She only had a few bites of her food. I had the filet and scallops with noodles. The soup was cold to start. Not a big deal. Her rice tasted burnt. My noodles tasted great, but everything else was somewhat lacking. The shrimp were not deveined. On the way home, I started to feel ill. I had to pull over to vomit my entire meal up less than 20 minutes after leaving. It’s been a number of years since I’ve been there, and it will be the last time. The place was noticeably downhill since I last dined in.

Good hibachi restaurant that offers both conventional dining and food prepared in front of you. Kids in another group were entertained by the performance with the onion volcano, flipping food into their mouths and (child-version) sake stream shots.

Well normally a great place to eat. Service was great, got sitted quickly. Myself and my daughter fell ill that night. Not saying the restaurant was the cause, but very coincidental.

Fujiyama is probably the best place in Morgantown. Their staff is exceptional , the atmosphere and environment is welcoming and comforting and the food is delicious absolutely divine.,I assure you. You'll love this place

I've seen a lot of Fujiyama's and finally stopped at one for lunch. Large portion size on top of coming with soup and salad. I got the L24 (Hibachi Chicken) and it tasted super fresh and delicious. Fried rice was maybe a little too fried for my taste but it was still good. Located right off the interstate so it's a quick stop if you're traveling.

I HV been dining here since 2012 and enjoy the food very much. The hibachi is terrific.... Chicken and beef and salmon always taste delicious. Sushi is great and tastes wonderful. My only complaint is the take-out service which is not always ready when I arrive, or they never receive my online order or they have loaded down the kitchen with so many tickets that the wait is an HR to receive your called in food. Staff is friendly and again the food is terrific but it's hit or miss if you're take-out will be ready when u get there.

Hipachi New york steak was one of the most delicious food I have.

Honestly the food a service blew me out the water. I didn't expect such a nice and great experience seeing how I'm from out of town but the lobster and crab rolls were definitely filling and more than enjoyable and I love how they had yum yum sauce to go with my white rice they also have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and they have a hibachi grill so that's Always a plus in my books then to finish it off I was able to feed the koi fish before I left 10/10 would recommend going!!

We ordered through DoorDash tonight and received our order, however parts of the order were not correct. We called the restaurant and talked to them and they corrected the issue and had it sent out as soon as possible. :) We love this place, and know mistakes happen! Love working with places who are quick to help fix the problem. Thank you!

Great place and awesome sushi selection.

It's a great atmosphere, the hibachi chefs are amazing and funny. Most of the food was perfect, except the chicken was super dry and needed to be smothered with yum yum or chased with a drink to eat it. The steaks always come out perfect though, and that's really what I'm there for anyway. All-in-all, I give it a 7/10.

Best Japanese steakhouse hands down. Good service and amazing food. Like the fact that the hibachi isn't super overwhelming with music and all that. Usually eat hibachi style food at the private dining and it's amazing. Lots of food and tastes great.

This restaurant was quite the place, the service was unbelievable, they were very attentive to whatever you need, and brought everything with quickness and was very pleasant, the cook was good, not overly excited like alot of places but good at his job, the food was medium portion sized and priced about right. It's a nice place to stop for hibachi! Thank you!

This is a very nice Japanese restaurant. They offer traditional seating and Hibachi. Compared to other Japanese restaurants the prices are a little higher, but they have a good selection. The ginger salad dressing has a good taste; however, is very "watery." The soup was hot and tasted good. The portions are huge. The staff is friendly and the chef put on a good show and the food was cooked perfectly. He put yum yum sauce in the fried rice, which I'd never seen done before. It did give it a good taste. The steak and veggies were seasoned well.

Food is excellent. Grill chefs really put on a great show for you. First time several in my party had been there. Their first reactions and comments are as follows...really good food and atmosphere....when can we go back again....my steak and noodles were amazing and I could eat that every week. As for me and my family we will be making return trips to this establishment in the near future.

Best sushi in town. We often just sit at table service and eat the sushi. It's also got awesome hibachi chefs, always a great time to see them in action for dinner. This place is a regular dinner spot for us.

Amazing dinner and the servers were great. They went out of their way to get our little guy a spoon without asking. (They only have forks at the table.) The cook had a great conversation with us about football & law and order. 🤣
