AMAZING AND SWEET STAFF!!!! omg I can't believe the coincidence of moving to this area from Kansas City area and meeting another new friend there from my hometown! The food is basic deli style and very satisfying, the drinks are addicting, and what a sweet environment. So stoked this is a regular spot for my spouse and I!!

I generally use the drive through.

All the staff are polite and fast in delivering your order! They have a great menu, with lots of options for breakfast and lunch and their coffee is good!!!

burnt coffee that takes forever because the girls would rather talk to each other then get single drinks out in a decent time

I had my husband stop by on his way home and I asked for a blended snickers and a cinnamon roll. Unfortunately the barista thought he said snickerdoodle because that’s what I got. I like sweet drinks but this was over the top. I tried to drink it anyway but couldn’t handle more than a few sips before tossing it. The cinnamon roll was dry even after heating it up. Based off that I’d give one star. His BLT was good, however.

Very sad stop here today! I do not see these girls helping the new owners with their lack of real customer service! Sarcasm 🙄 idk good luck girls and I honestly do hope they work better for the community ( the people ) something that is lacking all over the world so with that that , do better ❣️

We love coming to galaxy grind it's one of out favorites. Natalie was super super sweet and nice enough to help us after closing. Couldn't have been more impressed by her!

I like the coffee and bagels they have, but getting through the lines takes forever. Great Concessions but not a quick stop.

Update as of 3-11-24. A 5 star till it sold to Blissful blends in Jan 24. Super slow now, half my coffee's I get lately are half foam, hardly any flavors. Lattes have no foam. I should know used to work in a coffee shop. Over half the time I have to repeat my order 5 time and it's still wrong. Used up the last of my free ones and that's the last you will see me there. All drive farther to my other favorite stand. Lost a customer and know of a few more also that will not come back.

Ever since Galaxy Grand has changed owners, the drinks have been awful! I went back multiple times and had multiple different people make drinks anywhere from mocha's to chai tea and nothing has been remotely the quality that it was before... The baristas are lovely and it's a great environment. I'm just super disappointed with the taste of the drinks

After the sale and transfer of ownership, the prices have been jacked up, recipes changed, baristas moved around and specials non-existent. What was mine and my wife's go to for weekend caffeine isnt even an option for us anymore. 6.25 for a lotus? Are you serious?

Always a good experience coming here. Good food, good coffee, and great atmosphere. I love how they support their community and the local teachers! It's a hoppin hot spot that the whole family can enjoy!

Luke warm coffee and the sandwiches were awful. Second time trying this place and second time throwing it all away. Won't be a third attempt. First time I came here I pulled up to the window and the lady just stared at me, no greeting, no questions. Just stared at me. It was weird.

This is our favorite go to place for a quick delicious sandwich and a cup of coffee. The bread is so fresh and the service is always friendly. We eat there every week - sometimes the grinder and sometimes the french dip. Quality and service is always consistent and great. Looking for a great lunch -- there's more than coffee here, which by the way the selection of drinks is impressive.

This is my favorite coffee shop in spokane, ive been going here for about 10 years now and i have never had a bad experience. Their breakfast foods and sweets are delicious and i always get good drinks from here. If you havent tried this place. I recommend it.

Asked for a berry lotus and left it up to the staff to create as they pleased. They both turned out great!

I absolutely love the Galaxy Grind. I have to go there everytime I visit Spokane valley. I get a blended caramello coffee and now I have to get it sugar free. Best coffee around!

Best latte's and granita's I've had in 25 years! Great prices & lovely staff. Adding: Just got a breakfast burrito today and it was delicious 😋, will try some of their other food items for sure!!

The breakfast sandwiches here are really good and everyone is friendly. Just be prepared to wait forever in line. They average about 7 minutes per car in the mornings, so if you are even behind two people, you’ve got at least a 15 minute wait. But it’s good once you get it!

By far my favorite place & first stop every day. Liv and her team are always on point and their coffee is the best!

My favorite coffee so far in Spokane

Awesome coffee shop with all of the contemporary coffee/energy options. Lotus, redbull, White coffee, zip, they seem to have it all and then some. Easy to order from, they’ll even take open ended orders like “something good, iced, with lotus” and make it work in a satisfying way. Easily on par with the most contemporary coffee shops on the west side of the cascades!

Love Galaxy Grind! They have the best breakfast & lunch and their Lotus drinks are amazing! The staff is so nice and friendly!!!! ❤️❤️

What a fun surprise! More than just a coffee shop. My husband and I had sandwiches that were delicious. The staff was attentive and fun. We will definitely be back! Oh, and I have a charming in store eating area.

Amazing staff, they’re always friendly & quick. Great food & cookies, along with plenty of delicious drink options & recommendations—but you can customize pretty much everything. Fun times at Cars&Coffee while it was around!

Great place for a drink and snack

Galaxy Grind is a small outbuilding that specializes in selling great coffee fast, however, you wouldn't know it, but they also sell AMAZING breakfast wraps. For $6, you get a large breakfast wrap cut in half that is so hot, by the time you get to where you are going and open it up, the cheese is still melting and dripping delicious yummy while you bite into sausage and cream cheese with salsa all wrapped up in a tomato wrap. It's magnificent! They have ham, pineapple, bacon, cheddar cheese, other cheeses, jellies and jams, spinach wraps, bagels, large delicious soft sourdough bread and other breads, variety of fresh baked goods daily, however, in my opinion, stop by anytime and get coffee and a breakfast wrap! You won't be sorry! Have a great day!

Sat in line for 15 min. 3 cars back. Watched the barista talk to a car for 3 minutes after she got her coffee. Didn’t even get anything because it took way too long .

2017-Galaxy Grind has friendly service, great drinks, and delicous snack options:*) - 2022- Still a great place to stop for drinks! Drinks we usually get: Granitas, Pop rocks Lotus, and Strawberry fresh fruit smoothies (they have yogurt in them too, very delicious!) Some snacks we got is the Cinnamon Roll and No Bake Cookies. We consistently get EXCEPTIONAL service!And we keep going back because the staff are so kind, personable, and positive.

The place is great, the staff is courteous and the prices are well worth it for the quality and taste that you get

The best blended chai. It's not Oregon chai, it's Big Train and it's delicious. They also have big cookies our girls enjoy on special occasions.

My favorite coffee shop in the Valley BY FAR! Every barista there is the absolute sweetest and so helpful! A must stop for their freshly made sandwiches! We got a BLT sandwich and a jalapeño cheese bagel, black coffee & rockstar on ice! Hit the spot for sure! But I can’t say it enough…TRY ONE OF THEIR SANDWICHES! You will not be disappointed!

The baristas here are so friendly - the food is amazing and service is always quick, drinks are made correctly and delicious, prices are very reasonable and there's a cute seating area outside I want to hang out at sometime (when i'm not just coming to and from work)

Wow first time here. Service was great. I ended up getting a blended lotis. Lotus was amazing. I usually have them surprise me with a drink flavor. That way I feel like im having a new drink adventure and they can be creative. I was not disappointed.. dragon fruit, prickly pear, huckleberry blended.. Absolutely a must try.. loved it!!! It was my first time here as one of my friends invited me for the Car Meet nearby and their blended caramel coffee was on point. In my opinion it surpasses Dutch Bros and Wake Up Call. It was the best blended caramel coffee I’ve had. This is my new favorite coffee spot in town. Check them out!!!

Really nice, locally owned coffee shop. They serve Doma coffee, which is fantastic. But honestly, it's their food that really stands out for me, and the friendly people who work there. Support an excellent local business!

Always enjoy coming to Galaxy Grind. Been going for about 6 years now and have yet to have a bad coffee, food item, or experience in general. The owner really knows how keep the staff happy instead of a revolving door of new employees.

They sell bulk coffee. But don't buy their white coffee.... I don't want them to run out #mineminemine

Cute drive thru offering a variety of beverages and food items including wraps and sandwiches, coffee and smoothies, chai tea beverages and much more. I like how clean the prep area was and the friendliest of the staff. Prices are fair. The drip coffee is mild and smooth, which is my personal preference. There are tables outside for seating. Plenty of parking.
