Visited with a big group of friends to play some table top games. Food and snack selection was great. Ordered the Seoul dog and really liked it.

This used to be a really cool spot for nerds, neets, and weeabos, but now it feels so empty. The figures and models they would display and sell are in some spot collecting dust with the rest of the leftover Games Workshop shop paints and D&D minis. The pcs customers could use to game and stream are all the way in the back, looking like they're no longer used. They used to sell snacks and Asian ingredients, but now those things are gone with only Pocky and a few bags of chips left. All that's there is the food you can order from the staff (which is pretty good from what I had years ago), gachapon, card games, and cheap-looking plastic swords and pouches. Despite having these things, I felt like I was in an empty building trying to look like a gamer-oriented store. Maybe I went there at a bad time, but it's a little concerning to see they got rid of the pictures and posters they used to have on their windows.

I have been happily shopping with, attending events, and dropping by on random occasion to gamer seven and after a few years search hunting down some trading cards and different small TCG stores, when I found this one it finally felt like home. You only need to stop and take a brief pause and look around when in the establishment to realize that is the homey type environment with such a wide range of items and assortment of games to please anyone. Shout out to the staff and locals on Thursdays :-)

Moving to the area and stopped here to check out the local gaming scene - I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY with the knowledge, friendliness, and welcoming nature of the staff. Store has ample play-space, fantastic selection of magic and other TCG singles, board games, figures, and every type of nerd paraphernalia you could want. Special shout-out to Colin who is their resident Magic the Gathering expert. One of the most knowledgeable card managers I've ever met and offered the best store credit trade-ins I've ever seen. Colin's collection is vast, incredibly organized, and he seemed to know where every single card was without hesitation. Looking forward to playing here and becoming one of the locals.

It’s always a pleasure to be there. Love the staff and the vibes they bring. The food is yummy too. My favorite is the Tonkatsu Ramen and karaage (popcorn chicken). The bubble tea / refresher flavors are so good, so many variations. One can really lose their sense of time being there.

Gamers Heaven really lives up to the name. Upon arrival I played a dance arcade game (Free) then my group headed over to play some board games from their wide selection. (Free) We purchased some Boba, which was delicious! And enjoyed some time playing with the claw machines. This is a really awesome hangout spot and the staff was so nice. We felt very welcomed from the moment we stepped in, even though the first two activities we did didn't earn them a dime. My only criticism is that the selection of games available for purchase was a little sparse. But I will definitely return here next time I am in town!

Gamers Heaven is such a cool chill place. I love how they cater to People who do various games and hobbies here; from tcg, video gaming, anime, manga, DND etc. I also wanted to mention that the food is great here. I had tonkotsu ramen with spicy garlic and karaage, takoyaki, and a hojicha boba tea. I was so surprised how good the ramen was. Especially the toppings were legit with the bamboo, sesame seeds, narutomaki, and chasiu thru worked well together I loved the takoyaki which were super crispy (traditionally is soft). The karaage also was delicious too Of course,it might not be the same as getting ramen, takoyaki, and karaage at a Japanese restaurant. But it close enough to enough!!!

Just stopped in the store from out of state and the place and the people are amazing. Got to meet the owner and he is as nice of a guy in person as he is online. Can’t wait for the expansion.

I had high hopes for this place as It’s not common to have a place where you can go to geek out. I saw on their site that they have figures, cards, games, and even Gashapon, however in reality it was a big disappointment. Firstly the Gashapon are not Gashapon but just mini claw machines. So you have to put enough tokens in to get lucky enough to have the claw close all the way. Each token here costs $1 which is pretty expensive for something that isn’t a guarantee. As I walked around I noticed a lot of empty shelves and desks but none of the displays I saw in pictures online. There was one game console hooked up, everything else was empty or out of order including the DDR machine. They did have some trading cards priced at market value so there's that, but overall nothing really to see or buy or play. The staff all looked past me as if I wasn’t even there. I even double-checked the sign to make sure the place was open. I picked up a box of Pocky from a small selection of snacks and stood next to a cash register where there was staff but I was ignored. I even asked “Excuse me, am I in the right place to buy snacks?” and was answered “Yeah, anywhere.” then they left the register and went into the back room. I left the place feeling unwelcome and extremely disappointed.

My favorite place for all things gaming whether you're into board games, pc/console games, need more figures for your collection or for your next D&D campaign. They have one-shot adventures available on certain nights as well as an amazing community, both the customers and staff! They were so accommodating at this recent New Year's Eve party to have Genshin Impact downloaded on their PS5 so I could play my account for the whole night! Along with my brother's full Rockband setup with everyone taking turns was really great! I've enjoyed my previous 2 birthdays and the last 3 N.Y.Eve at Gamer's heaven bringing in the new year right while spending it with the best people 😁 oh and have I mentioned their food is amazing?! Delicious choices of Ramen and Boba plus some other prepared options to choose from. I love that they have a supply of my favorite green tea ice cream and plenty foreign popular snacks too 🥰

I have been to Gamers Heaven a few times now to play dungeons and dragons. I always feel welcomed by the staff and have a great time. I'm new to dungeons and dragons but have been able to learn in an inviting environment.

Drove up here last year for a friends birthday. It was amazing. Took us 6.5 hours of driving but so worth it! We stayed 2 days and played and met tons of great people. Everyone working here is extremely friendly, helpful, respectful and just great to be around. Never have a met a greater group of employees to at care! I will be planning another visit with my friend this year, definitely in September or October! Thanks again all the way from Pittsburgh!

I’ve seen and heard a lot about GH but live 2 and 1/2 hours away so have never been there before. Today was the 8 year anniversary for the store and I decided to come with family. Met the owner, who was so courteous and professional, met some tiktok influencers and met the staff at GH. 10/10, had some boba tea and food, purchased several hundred dollars worth of merch and gifts. Would love to invest in a location in NJ around fort lee, will definitely be reaching out!

Amazing! I loved it. The Boba, the mini arcade machines, the dancing machine (forgot what it's called), the items, the movies they choose to put on, and how its based off anime. It's all great to experience.

We came in mostly to check the merchandise they had on sale because we've seen their booth at local Philadelphia area conventions. We ended up playing the gachapon machines as well. Each play is a dollar and we won two cute little plush in 5 attempts. Lots of parking available because it's in a big shopping plaza. Very clean and well stocked bathrooms.

The staff are very kind and courteous, they treat their customers with respect and make sure everything goes well. Their theatre is really great and they serve phenomenal food and boba. Came by for the first time with a group of seven over the weekend. We were dazed and confused on what to do and where to start. The friendly staffs there sorted us all out. There was a MTG tournament going on at the time. We browsed around, bought myself a set of metal dice set, enjoyed a mystery Boba, and we had a blast playing a few hours of One Night Werewolf. We'll definitely come back for future visits. Probably even reserve a room for DnD. It was definitely a refreshing experience especially with friends.

Been coming here for some time now. Back then the place would of easily been 5 stars. Bring your own beer, food, games you name it. Vintage gaming stations, modern stations, TCG, DND, they had it all. In 2022 the place is more or less a Asian themed quickie mart restaurant with a side of gaming. You can no longer bring your own food, entry prices for cards and games have doubled, and the atmosphere feels very strict. It used to be a great safe place for gamers, now it's just another business store. They removed all vintage stations and considerably shrunk the PC and Console stations to about 2 ps4s and 3 computers. Parking is very easy and its generally very clean here. Can get loud depending on the day but that does not bother me. Maybe one day it will be 5 stars again. But as the franchise grows so does my disinterest. Spent the weekend for an event there, now there’s not too many stores from Toronto that has what Gamers Heaven has - board games, card games, video games (Internet cafe style), AND a full serving kitchen that serves ramen and boba (or bubble tea as some know it). Really cool they have board games for people to try out during down time so they can play before they buy. Was here this weekend for the Final Fantasy tcg event. Absolutely had an amazing time. The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. Even helped me get cards I had forgotten for the event. Really cool concept for a store, never seen anything like it. Cross between an internet/manga cafe with tons of trading card games and what is basically a mini convenience store for snacks and such. I and a group of friends drove from Chicago to PA for the Final Fantasy TCG Reraise event and we had a great time. The event space comfortably fit 60 participants without feeling crammed which was great. I’ve been to a few events where it’s max capacity and barely any elbow room and get uncomfortably hot due to so many bodies in a space. The staff was friendly and courteous and always got me an answer whether it was regarding prices for some cards or finding me a shirt in my size. Collin R. did a fine job of running the event, making judge calls, and providing customer service for everyday store needs. He was also so generous as to provide promos to a few players from out of town to take back to their LGS to give out to their community. I saw and experienced all this first hand. Everyone I met at the store clearly cares about giving everyone a positive experience, but you can’t make everyone happy. I hope they do more big events in the future as I will very happily make the 12 hour drive again to support their store and have a great time!
