First time going to Ginza. Had the fried rice bowl with chicken at the suggestion of my brother in law. It was flavorful yet light on soy sauce, which was great because it's less salty. Seems like it has honey in it too. Very good. I will have it again.

We regularly get sushi rolls and boba tea here. The specialty rolls are excellent and of high quality. The boba is delicious too. My kids love it and say this boba is their favorite in Greenville. You cannot go wrong here and the service is also excellent.

Poor customer service. Owner did not honor the promotion stated in the website. Furthermore there was not an apology by the employee. Instead of apologizing she simply gave an excuse, stating we don’t do that, the owner hasn’t had time to take that down. I use to love this establishment, the young lady Tonya (use to work the front daily) was so humble and kind. Now the atmosphere is very dry and stale- the young lady (assuming the manager) is not very personable. I love the food here, but the environment is definitely not as inviting! If I could leave zero stars, I would. Please get some friendly staff who care about customer service!!

Ordered takeout in the restaurant. Waited about 35 minutes and saw 15 other people who ordered after me all received their food before I did. Food tasted ok but was not warm.

Ordered hibachi steak, poke bowl and spicy tuna sushi. Fresh, made to order and delicious. They even had boba tea. Very clean and nice design for ordering food and dining in.

The service was great and our food came out quickly. Everything tasted amazing and the portions were good. Normal hibachi places often give really big portions, but this place had perfect sized portions. Nice atmosphere and decor.

First time trying this spot. It just was not great at all. The food ended up getting my girlfriend sick. I recommend eating in compared to take out. I rather make the extra drive and go to sushi asa down the road.

This cafe is amazing. First impression was that it is very clean, very friendly staff. We were greeted with a smiling face. The ladies at the counter we patient in explaining the menu options. We ordered a Habashi Chicken bowl, Eel sushi, and Salmon roll. Fast service. The bowl was a generous dredging but not too much. Tha chicken was done but not dry. The sushi was, according to my husband, excellent. I like the fact that you can have all you need from the fountain. Didn't try the specialty teas. So this week be added to my "favorite" list. Once again I was not disappointed. If it was any better I would be in Heaven.

The food was fantastic and it was a really chill atmosphere.

Came because of the reviews but the two ramens we got were pretty mid. The tonkotsu noodles were chewier than normal, the spicy ramen was better but not by much. Didnt finish them and we love ramen. Inside seemed clean at least, girl who brought food was nice but won't be returning.

I ordered foods with door dash for my delivery. 5 items and 2 drinks cost $89.67. I realized that 2 drinks were missing when I receive my order. I called Ginza cafe store and told server that drinks are missing. Server told me to pick it up at store. (did not get any kind of apologies) It was my first time ordering in here but it was unpleasant experience.

Excellent place for sushi, bento boxes, rice bowls and anything else on their menu. The food quality, and portions are hard to beat for the price in this style of cuisine. The atmosphere is simple, clean, and bright and the counter service has always been helpful and friendly. I've been there about half a dozen times and will continue.

I ordered Hibachi Chicken, Steak & Shrimp, which included fried rice and veggies. In addition, I ordered Spring Rolls. The food was delicious, moist (not overcooked) and seasoned to perfection. This had to be to most delicious Hibachi dinner that my wife and I have ever tasted. Please check Ginza Cafe out for yourself. You won't regret it.

We enjoyed our food at GINZA. My son loved his teriyaki bowl. The veggies were fresh and the meat had a good amount of sauce. The sushi rolls were all good. They had fresh ingredients and were tasty. We each ordered the 3 rolls for $15. It was worth the money. We all came away full and happy.

I love stopping by for their Taro milk tea and rainbow popping boba, quite often. It’s so easy to rack up points here. Even if I stop by for a drink, I’m getting a free roll. Ive been here multiple times now. The freshness of their sushi is always impeccable. Their cream cheese wontons are delicious, same with their teriyaki or hibachi style chicken, steak, and shrimp. This place hasn’t steered me wrong yet. The customer service is always great and they keep me coming back

When I first walk in I recognize how clean it was. The cashier was very polite and offered the awards program.

Ginza Cafe Restaurant is my go-to for the best fast casual Japanese food. Their chicken tonkatsu ramen and chicken yaki udon noodles are fantastic, and their sushi is always on point. The bento box is massive compared to other places, and my mom and grandma loved it. Highly recommend for a quick lunch, with wait time for the food averaging 5-10 minutes.

They started charging you for everything everything they used to not charge you for they started charging for write down to the sauce like the soy sauce and wasabi the ginger I will not go back there again unless I'm just free and I was a regular customer. Pathetic and pitiful restaurant

This place has some of the most amazing sushi and milk tea I ate it at home and got the two rolls for 10$. two rolls for 10$ is an insane price and it’s so delicious

Very good options of Japanese food. I had the Ramen. It was not perfect like Japanese original Ramen but it is pretty good. Cleanliness was also great.

This Ginza is delectable. The food tastes as if it was pulled from Gordon Ramsay’s gullet. The service was as a knights loyalty to a king. And the atmosphere reminded me of a cosmic deity’s perception of japan. Perfect in every way.

This place is so good. There's so much variety on the menu, and all of it is good. Honestly, the sushi & hibachi is better than most waited/sit-down restaurants in the area, and Ginza is counter quick service. It's also clean inside, and staff are friendly. Zero complaints. We've been here a lot and plan to return over and over in the future.

I'm not easily impressed by restaurants since there are so many options here, especially not with sushi places, but Ginza is an instant 5 star for me. I ordered a build your own poke bowl. Having never tried poke, I decided to also get a 2 for $10 sushi roll special just in case I didn't like it. I got the Firecracker and Super Crunch rolls, and both were great. I've tried at least a dozen sushi restaurants in this area, and there has only ever been one that I loved. This ranks right up there with them. The poke bowl was also good. It helps that you can build your own so you don't have to worry about substitutions if you're picky. It's a great place to start if you want to try something different. The quality of the food was very fresh, too. I got chicken and salmon as my proteins. Sometimes I don't like the quality of one or the other and wanted to have a backup. Both of these were great. My only issue was that I ended up with way too much good food. The sushi alone was more than enough. I will definitely be back to try their other items and get sushi again.

* update- the owner was kind enough to reach out to me and offer me dinner on them for this experience. That’s very unusual but I am still sharing my story and after my experience will not be taking her up on this offer. The staff are in serious need of training. They gave my $85 worth of food order away. When I came to pick it up the “team lead” was rude and dismissive. No one told me why my order was not ready till ten minutes after waiting. Thinking they had put it in the stack of orders to expedite, I waited. An hour goes by and they tell me they are finally caught up and are going to start my food. An hour! They watched me stand there for an hour. Then said 20 more minutes. I asked for a refund to leave and the manager gave me a slip. I get home and it is not a refund so I now had to call and deal with getting a refund and waste more of my time on this place.

Must have had an off night based on all other good reviews. Employee gave our meal to another customer, which happens, but after we were patient and kind an hour later they had not expedited our food to be remade and could not understand our frustration. The indifference from the owner or manager was pathetic. At least they refunded us without hassle.

the food was great. i got the hibachi steak and chicken, and a dynamite roll. the hibachi was very flavorful and well seasoned and the roll was delicious as well. my friend also got a strawberry boba tea and she loved it.

I called the order in and the lady was nice on the phone. She gets the star. I want to give an honest review because it is my opinion that there is no way this place should have almost 5 stars. I just want people to lower their expectations as I wish I had. The Boba tasted like soap, the steak was cheap and way overcooked and the hibachi was flavorless. My husband was upset that he didnt get ginger sauce because it needed a lot of help. Idk what oil they use to fry stuff, but it tasted really bad. Possibly too old and needed to be switched out. We had to throw out our wontons and spring rolls. Idk, maybe their sushi is good or their Ramen, but we won't return to find out.

Great sushi rolls (raw or cooked), Bento box, Boba tea, and a customer point system. What's not to love? Extensive menu, everything I've tried hss been good. Shrimp dumpling, Champ Chop roll, Crunchy roll, and the Ramen is great!!

I ordered from here on Uber eats for the first time and ginza cafe didn’t disappoint. The sushi was so fresh and amazing and the fruit bubble tea was the best I ever had. Get the mango fruit tea with popping bubbles, it’s perfect. It’s safe to say I will be coming back again soon.

Food was delicious. We got chicken and steak hibachi, volcano roll, wontons, and edamame. We split everything. Hibachi portions nothing like what you would get at a grill in front of you restaurant so keep that in mind if you’re really hungry ask for double rice! And it was just super quite in there! They needed some music or something! We were unfortunately ease dropping on the first date behind us!

We do not know what happened to your staff you had for the last couple of years. They were spot on and detailed. Why would you change it? The orders were detailed, correct all the time, and the staff were friendly. Now, you never know what you will get, like a box of chocolates. I have been there at least five to ten times since they left and an order has not been right yet. Other regular customers have said the same when we cross paths at the restaurant. Is there a way to get them back?

My 6 year old daughter said it was “so good!!!” (California rolls and shrimp tempura) and I agree! Now she wants to come again tomorrow after school. Great food with friendly people!

Love the sushi-volcano. It says spicy, I think, like 3*s, but to me, it's more like a super tasty 1* with a sweet and spicy stir-fry like flavor. Was a bit too hot for my husband, though. If you ask him, the heat scale was right on point.

The gyoza are good but the ramen is absolutely terrible. If you want authentic ramen this is not the place to go. The ramen is under seasoned and the noodles are the noodles that come in a block. The chicken is straight from the freezer aisle.

The food at this Ginza Cafe is to simply put it, splendid. Everything from the Boba that they have, and the food that they serve is all delicious! The service that they have is also perfectly on point. The staff that work there are all friendly and treat you very nicely. The atmosphere in the cafe is also simply great. If you're going to try Ginza Cafe, I'd recommend getting the Hibachi Steak & Chicken that they have, paired with the Taro Milk Tea with Black Boba. Overall, this experience truly reached further then my expectations.

First impression was that it was very clean. Like super clean. You order at the counter. And they bring your meal to you. We had a sushi roll, salmon hibachi and a poke bowl. All were very good. The menu is self explanatory. No designated kids menu but plenty of options for a non picky 7 year old. We only saw 2 staff members and they were very pleasant. Looking forward to trying the noodle bowls.

The staff was very kind and efficient and the options on the menu were plentiful! The pricing is very fair and they give you a bottle of white sauce for the table.

Entirely too hot outside for it be 80 degrees in your restaurant. Everything else was good as always but doing be afraid to spend a little money to cool your spot. I know the employees have to be sweating bc I was just sitting there eating.

Great food. Good portions. The food tastes quality as well. I had the hibachi steak and shrimp and my wife ordered the tonkotsu ramen. They didn’t skimp on the ramen noodles and the broth was light and flavorful. The hibachi was excellent for the price.

I got a Ramen bowl and asked for no vegetables, and there were vegetables all over it. After scooping it all out I still ended up throwing most of it away due to the chicken not being all the way cooked. $17 for garbage, I will not return
