If you're near Mercato, please do not miss Grace and Shelly's Cupcakes! The gelato was scrumptious, the cupcakes were to die for and the service I will tell you was exceptional. The young lady that took care of us was cheerful and very accommodating with samples and just made our night!

I don’t recommend this place ! went to place an order a week before my event the girl i guess acted like she put my information in the system and never did came a week after to pick up no information was ever put it on the system I went there to pick and choose for no reason ended up buying some old cupcakes that God knows how long has been sitting there for since I really need it to be a certain color they call the owner give 10 percent such a great discount like it’s going to fixed anything. So upset and disappointed never going back

Really good place, the cupcakes are the best, I live 30 minutes away but this place is worth it🧁 I got the cookies and cream ice cream and it’s THE BEST, it’s so creamy, not excessively sweet, the chocolate of the cookies is present but not overpowering, I would recommend it to anyone but specially people who aren’t super fond of overly sweet stuff. I only wish O would’ve bought a bigger size! Visit and it won’t disappoint.

I’m in love with the gelato, I am coming back most definently after the great-customer service from a young lady named Makayla at mercato grace a shellys, she has excellent reaction time and a wonderful aura she brings to her work space, definently a 10/10😊

I just bought their selection of mini cupcakes and then 4 more larger size to get a sample of all of their flavors. I started with the big tiramisu cupcake and the cake was super dry and crumbly. Then I took a bite of the Boston Creme. The filling was spoiled and smelled and tasted of sour milk. I had no time to turn around and go back. I tried to get someone on the phone and ended up having to leave a voice message so theyd at least remove the other Boston Cremes in th3ir display case. Not a good experience.

Traveling from out of state and wanted to get cupcakes for a birthday. Cupcakes are around $5 each and I would expect them to be excellent. They look good but are very dry and almost taste stale. Lady at the counter said they were made fresh daily? Anyways, would not recommend and very disappointing.

Not only is the gelato good, but when you leave a review you get a free cupcake.

Best gelato I have ever had and tons of flavours

Looked on line and saw that Strada Place store opens at noon. We went there and found out that their cupcakes would not be arriving until 1 pm. We waited. When they arrived, the salesperson said they would be ready for sale around 1:15. We waited, and this is a problem. The solution to this is simple- either adjust your published opening time to 1:30, or find a way to get the product delivered from the Naples store either before or after your published hours. This is not the first time I have experienced this situation, and as much as I love your product, I may not do this again.

They’re always friendly here and helpful with recommendations. I grew up going here to get cupcakes with my mom and grandma. I still come for the delicious cupcakes and for the nostalgia.
