Taste is unmatched simply put the best bbq ever

Came here on a Friday at 6:30 and they were closed. Meanwhile it says that they are open till eight. I took a big order from the whole family and now I have to turn back and drive 45 minutes.

The old man that was there was very rude when they said they were closing and only had pulled pork left. So my hubby said your sign said y’all close at 8 pm and the old man said no we close at 2 pm and my hubby said Mabey you should change your sign and the old man said we don’t have to. The pulled pork was so tough and NOT worth the $26 the 2 dinner plates cost !!!! Don’t waste your time or money !!!! Sonny’s bbq was way better then this place Sherrie ~

No chicken at 11:30 am on a Saturday No garlic bread roll they give u not warmed up they take out of package to give to u Coleslaw dry no flavor Bake beans no seasoning taste like they just got dump out of can generic tasting Very small portions Ribs are dried out hardly and chew them Leave there hungry Bbq pork sandwich pulled very dry as well The older man who takes your money at counter very rude 1 st and last time for our family

I wish I could give them a rating. I called ahead and asked if they were open and back from vacation as they were close for a couple of weeks. I also asked if they were serving ribeye steaks and they said yes to both. The website and the sign on the door said their hours were till 8pm and steaks can be ordered from 5pm - 8pm. We arrived at 726pm and the door was locked, they were closed. I tried calling again to see and no answer. Well I might give them another try on another day.

Best food ever, not a huge fan of BBQ but am a huge fan of the BBQ at this place, went for lunch two days ago and this is now my fourth time here. Can’t get enough of this pork! I even had dreams about it last night.

Absolutely the best sliced pork sandwiches!!! Been visiting this location for 20years and often take a drive which is an hour and half for the best lunch ever. These are the friendliest people and the service is really fast. Their hours of being open is very limited so always be sure to check before heading to there.

Get there early as they do run out as the day goes by and they do close early. This is a lunch spot. But they have the best BBQ in Central FL hands down. Pulled pork is on point, ribs tender, juicy and fall off bone, the ribeye stk dinner is 10 times better then any steakhouse ribeye. If you find yourself in north lakeland and you see cars in the lot pull on in and get you some fine grub

WOWZERS! I ordered the holiday ham for Christmas and it was absolutely amazing! It took no time at all to pop in the oven to warm up too. I was able to focus my day on my family rather than checking up on the dinner all day. I will say the potato salad is something from heaven because I think I ate my body weight in potato salad. I am confident that a grandma is back there making the potato salad and putting all the love in the flavor. Thank you again!
