It is always pleasant to come whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner! You should come today I came for an afternoon of coffee ☕️

It is a market for Argentine and Italian products. They also have things served on tables from delicious Argentinian empanadas to plated lunches and a variety of excellent desserts.

Today was one of the most disappointing and stressful days I have experienced as a regular customer who dines here, at least, more than once a week. This morning, I had breakfast, paid, and left. I did not check truly what I used to pay, but because I was in a hurry, I did not make a fuss, as I always request my printed receipt in case something happens. After being to my doctor, I had to go back as I was going to use a $20 note to pay something, and when I check this was fake. Since I was there first, I genuinely thought it happened there, and I also thought my change was wrong. The actual transaction where I got this fake note, was actually at the Starbucks in Miracle mile, but I did not remember such thing until after what happened at Grazianos this afternoon. I requested to talk to a manager, and one of the ladies who is on duty, kindly heard my query. She called another manager, who speaks with Portuguese accent, and whose name I will not mention. He listened first, but he already had made conclusions thinking I was trying to steal money, and even mentioned that that week he had also had another incident with a fake note. He said that once that he watched the cameras footage, he would make that person pay. So I left the fake $20, and my printed receipt, and phone number. He later called saying that he saw the footage and that I see a $20 and was given the change. But I was still confused as I thought I had used $100, until I realized the $100 was the day before at Starbucks. I tried to explain to him, but he started treating me like I was lying. He called the police, and I waited, because as I needed to clarify the situation, and he was not just not willing to listen so he could understand, but he treated me all the time badly, making me more and more upset, to what I yelled asking him to stop, and he said he would not shut up. In customer service, you do not upset a customer because you think you are right. He made me upset to the point that my blood pressure reacher 178, and after the police could finally take the report and heard what truly happened, they called 911, and the Paramedics confirmed that in fact, my blood pressure got high because of how upset I got. This manager also refused to call a person in a higher position than his, saying the he’ll was the higher manager and there was nobody else to hear what I wanted to complain about. He dismissed me, mistreated me, humiliated me, and then thankfully the police figure out that in fact, mine was a genuine mistake, and took a report, and kept the fake note. I am still very upset and I do want to speak to a real owner or the boss of this guy. He not just assumed that either one of the employees tried to put a fake note, before running the cameras, but when he could check that the note did not come from there, he already had make in his mind that I was a thief. He packs of the skills a true manager needs to clarify misunderstandings, and he is not willing to accept mistakes he or others make. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I am a disabled person, and one of the reasons I was unable to keep my cool was because I am very ill right now. He did not listen, made me more upset and also treated me in a very unfair manner. I am glad the Coral Gables Police Department could take part in this, helped me, clarified it, and will eventually report this to the higher level to investigate, the fake money issue. One more thing, people should be more aware of the cash given, as this was a note someone used to pay at Starbucks, but it seems now that there must be someone printing these and using them. That is stealing, and unfortunately, I was victim of this, and cannot do anything, to get the lost money. Coral Gables has started to have issues with safety, and now money laundering and fake printed money. My mistake: not checking my change because I trusted the Starbucks cashier, who probably did not realized it when it was given to him or her. From Grazianos, I expect to give me the chance to talk to the owner, due to such offense and humiliation.

I found the food very unprepared. Almost no taste

The prices are absurd not just for food but for drinks too. A churrasco should not cost $50 sorry. Maybe a filet mignon at a good steakhouse

I love this place! Ws spacious comfortable, organized and clean. Helpful employees and delicious food. They offer sitting outside in an open-air area where you can look out over the beautiful streets of the area and watch the people go by.

This has become my boss go to restaurant when she wants to go out and dine. Also a place she loves to bring family and friends when They are visiting. Awesome

This restaurant earns a 10! The manager Jorge is a VERY formal person, and he did not attend to Irumi, who also performed excellently in assisting us. The food is delicious and I think it is quite abundant and at a good price! I highly recommend you to eat good Argentinian meat

I have been to this restaurant many times, I have always enjoyed the food, this visit was the worst I have ever had there. All night I had 3 fly's at my table that was all over my food, drinks plate. I had mentioned it to my waitress and she didn't even care. I spent the entire meal swiping the fly's away, you would think she would have changed my table or even said sorry, i was awful, the steak was not even enjoyable to eat. didn't care to offer a dessert , coffee nothing. i would think her seeing me do this she would get a manager over to see this. better yet I should have walked out with out paying and called the health dept. then you get the bill and she wants 25% tip. I really should given zero but at least i am the bigger person .

Roly was an exceptionally attentive server whose impeccable timing and attention to detail were on point! Jorge (the manager) came by numerous times to ensure that our dining experience was superb.

We came in after our son’s graduation. We were a very large group and they accommodated us the best they could. I have been to several different Graziano’s around Miami and this location was “fancier” and I did not like their food. Their chicken Milanese is half the size than the other locations, at around the same price because it comes with a side dish. It also came with a bone, which was super weird to me because I have never eaten it like that before… My daughters Cesar Salad had like anchovies or Sardines on top, we had no clue because we simply ordered a Cesar salad, my daughter was extremely grossed out. I won’t come back to this location, but I definitely will go back to the others. 😊

An expensive insipid chicken sandwich.

Great place , I find this one to be the best of the 2 restaurants , I like them both , but enjoy the atmosphere her much better. I alway get the same thing , provoletta cheese, some beef carpaccio Then order the Vacio 16 oz which for me is far better than the entran̈a but both are excellent. Great wine , great servers, friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommend this place !

This is absolutely one of my top restaurants when I am craving a large high quality juicy cut of Argentinian meat. I love the filet mignon! They have every cut of meat to tantalize your taste buds. The walls are stacked with the finest selection of wines for every budget. They have a full bar. For those with a sweet tooth they have a delicious selection of deserts and desert wines. The ambiance is always amazing the service is A++, the servers are always making sure you lack nothing on your table. As you walk in to the restaurant you have impressive view of floor to ceiling glass view of 2 fire pits and two large grills. They have several locations Gables, Hialeah and Bird Road but my favorite is in Coral Gables. They are open for lunch, dinner and after work hours.

Excellent food, very good service, the manager Marcos personally looked for a table so we could sit and thanks to him we were able to enjoy an excellent dinner.

Very disappointed we had made a reservation a day before and when we arrive, the host told us that they are going to have a party and then we need to finish our food by 8 o’clock and our reservation was at six. In addition our food was horrible. We Order three tomahawk Steaks medium well cook instead we received the steaks, completely red not cook at all. We were celebrating birthdays for my family and it was a complete disappointment. I will never go to this restaurant again in my life.

We ordered the lomo de bife. It was very disappointing. It was very thinly cut to begin with and over half of it was uneatable fat. At the end there may have been 3 oz of eatable steak. Where is such beef sourced? How was this cattle raised? What are they feeding their customers.

Excellent service, excellent quality. Good wines. The butchers cut was top notch. The chori and spicy sauce are delicious. The provo was excellent too. It's very far from Aventura but it's worth it. The one I have near the market doesn't reach my heels.

Fantastic! we got together for my birthday at Grazianos Coral Gables, honestly we do not come here that often only because Bird Road is more convenient for us, never the less, this place is just a great, the food the service and the atmosphere are amazing, we are not new to Grazianos, we started more than 25 years ago when it was just a small butcher shop with one or two tables and it has been great ever since, we miss the pizzeria and market in front of the BR restaurant, We ordered empanadas for breakfast this morning as well, thank you, will be back soon…

I always like to highlight the good things about places. Only that I spent two days so bad for eating a hamburger from here. And not only me but my friend also ordered the same thing and we left distraught. I don't know what they put in it, too much seasoning and it will have a lot of fat because the truth is, 2 DAYS DISCOMPOSED MY FRIEND AND I. Don't order hamburgers there please

I’ve been going to the Hialeah Graziano’s for years since it’s my mom’s favorite restaurant. This evening we went to celebrate my brothers birthday and I ordered the 32oz vacío medium, which is already quite a pricey steak because of the quality and size. When the steak came it out it was overcooked to medium well. We pointed this out to the server and compared it to my brothers steak, also cooked to medium, and she refused to acknowledge that it was overcooked. She kept saying it was medium and we had to show her the other steak to prove our point. Another gentleman came over and immediately agreed the steak had been overcooked and said we’d get another steak. Not sure if the kitchen was trying to be funny or prove some sort of point but again, it was an expensive cut. This time, they brought it out rare. The picture is more than enough proof to show the complete disregard. We had to request a grill be brought to the table to sear it off and I had to cook it myself to make it medium rare. Not the experience one should have at this kind of restaurant, especially located in Coral Gables. Such a disappointment.

It was the worse experience in my life. We had a reservation at 7:30 pm. When we arrived we were told that our table is still occupied and the other two empty tables will be given to another customer who comes every week, sit at the same table, and we should wait until some people finish their dinner and leave. It was totally disrespectful and we were discriminated. We left the restaurant and won’t come back again to such place where there is discrimination though we were regular costumers. I think we should call the police to report a discrimination act, but I don't know why I didn't do it. Thank God we found another steakhouse restaurant on 180 Aragon Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134, close by and had the best food, the respect, and NO DISCRIMINATION at all.

Excellent service with Nico's help when choosing the wine, great wine at a good price! The food was on time, very good meat and the extras were very tasteful, the mushroom risotto! The dessert was great because none of it was very sweet, the pancakes were very delicious and the panacotta was unparalleled! The innkeeper was very attentive to every detail! Recommended and even more so now that you have Nico paying attention to every little detail!!!

The meat here is delicious. I love it and would come regularly. However, the markup on the wine is excessive. Order by the glass if you must.

I loved this place!! The service was very good, the place is quite cozy but speaking of the food I am going to highlight the presentation of the dishes that I liked although I really enjoyed the dessert and the starters, I must say that I did not like the grill since it had many burnt things which made it inedible.

What can I say? The meat at this restaurant is just fabulous! We were back in Miami, and the first restaurant we looked forward to returning to was Graziano's. We ordered the skirt and flank. Both were cooked to perfection. The skirt was so tender and juicy. Definitely my preferred cut. It was nicely seasoned, but you can always put some chimmicuri sauce on it. Mushroom risotto was tasty with plenty of mushrooms inside. Grilled cheese was also delicious. Wine was a bit pricy and accounted for half our bill. ($400 for 3 people) The waitress we had was very attentive and super sweet and friendly. Too busy enjoying my meal so forgot to take more pictures. Parking garage next door if you don't want to pay for $12 valet. Definitely be back again!

Graziano’s is always excellent but the noise level is too much. Difficult to have a conversation if more than 2 at a table. Our server was Christian and he was very helpful with my husband who has Parkinson’s and mobility issues. Thank you again.

The Wait Game: Yes, the kitchen was slow that night, and our dinner stretched to 2.5 hours. But sometimes, good food is worth the patience. Great ambiance, service and food! Make sure to make reservations....sat us right away. We were running 10 minutes late. I called to let them know. Not a problem.

Great food and excellent service! Bad news? We made a reservation for two and we were assigned a table in a corner right next to the fridge that they permanently open, of course, keeping the table area very cold. There was also a loud coffee machine right next to us. However, the worst was the servers yelling “corner” all the time since the table was right next to a corner and they had to avoid hitting other waiters when they carried the dishes. It’s a great place, with excellent service and food but we had the bad experience of sitting at the worst table. We kindly asked for a different table as soon as we sat but there wasn’t anything else available last night, apparently.

I took my two cousins to dine at Graziano's and they were delighted with the ambiance, the food and the service. My steak was a little overcooked for my taste, but I decided to keep it. I love their risotto and their Argentinian cuts.

I will never understand how a chef in any restaurant, but especially a high-end steakhouse, can take hot food and serve it on a cool/cold plate. The a/c in the restaurant was too high to start with. Add that to a really well-prepared bone-in ribeye being served on a cold platter, and you get a dish with only two good bites. By the fifth bite, I'm eating cold steak, and the once juicy center is now dry. And it wasn't just the steak; the meatball appetizer and the mashed potato side, same thing. In fact, the potatoes were cold by the time they hit the table. Very disappointing.

We should not be charged for regular water bottles; we should be asked prior or told that this is going to be a charge. We spent $40 on water only. Very disappointing.
