It’s like I’m back in Italy, equivalent tier of V&S in-terms of legendary greatness. Grelma is a true 10/10, the #6 is my favorite on milk-bread, the coffee is magnificent, ownership is kind and extremely passionate about every plate, thank you from Presidential Auto!

I had a date and we were very impressed with the place. We enjoyed our sandwiches, coffee and dessert so much! The sandwiches were bigger than expected, and the bread was delicious and made in house. I will always remember the slice of torta di pere that I ate. It was a dream in dessert form that went perfectly with my cup of coffee.

The croissant here was absolutely amazing. It was fresh from the oven. So flaky and perfectly baked.

Me and my husband come this location at least twice a month. Max and his wife are amazing! My husband gets the croissant sandwiches and pastries never a disappointment.

Grelma is my new favorite place! This is my third day in a row just coming for the number 6 and my partner got the number 20. Everything is so fresh, the tomatoes , the arugula, the prosciutto! We also got the cake and it was delicious!!! Also the pistachio cappuccino is so fresh and yummy. The owner is also super nice and you can tell he really cares about customer service. So happy I found this gem!!

You will never find a bakery like this one outside of Italy - a true gem! My husband and I are Italian and are accustomed to the traditional pastries and baked goods of Italy. This is amazing and Italian owned - truly authentic! If you find this bakery less than 10 stars you have no idea why true Italian quality is. This is a not “Italian American” it is authentic l!

Not really sure what’s going on with this place, I order a pastry to drop off at my office and they don’t have any boxes and the boxes they have they didn’t want to give me… Wait you’re a bakery you should have boxes. No worries, first time last time.

I felt like I was Italy 🇮🇹 but Max spoke English and made me a delightful selection of pastries 🥐 for my out of town clients for their dinner party! The box is sealed Beautifully so you can’t see what he selected! I’m sure you will see on fb!!!

Wow!!! This is what I call a bakery and pastry shop. Everything looks incredible. You can smell the goodness of the baked bread and pastry as you walk in. We got sandwiches on a baguette and they were delicious and huge! We also got some pastries for later. I definitely recommend this place. Go check it out!

I grew up in Jersey in a family pastry business, and I can honestly say I have not found anything close to my mom until I went to Grlama.

It's like being in Italy! What a wonderful variety of croissants, muffins, cakes, coffees, etc., and at good prices. The croissants were huge, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I had a hard time choosing, but finally decided on a Nutella croissant. It was light, sweet, and big enough for two or even three to share. The latte was hot and very fresh. This is my new, favorite bakery!

I received a surprise Door Dash breakfast from my grandchildren of a lovely egg, prosciutto, provolone and tomato sandwich, a fruit tart, and two filled doughnuts from Grelma. What a treat! Everything was delicious and I’ll be sure to eat there in person in the future.

Ok ya’ll. I’ve lived in Delray for over 8 years and never knew about this bakery until I heard about it on the Delray Beach facebook group. Let me tell you this is by far my favorite Bakery in Delray and could certainly hold it’s own in any location! Fresh baked breads are served warm - gorgeous, perfect sandwiches and desserts! Try it, you won’t regret it.

The most authentic Italian bakery in the area, with proprietors having moved here from Italy a few years ago. Their breads and pizza are all on the order of “soft” dough, from a 30 year secret family starter, that makes it the real deal. That said, if a crispy loaf of Italian bread or pizza is what you desire, this is not your place. Desert pastries are also outstanding. Their commitment to quality is on par with their strong work ethic, both husband and wife that work in unison to execute amazing Italian offerings beyond bread, pizza and deserts. Like take home lasagne, great sandwiches, coffee and tiramisu

Small place, and not very noticeable, but when you walk inside you immediately see all of the baked goods, sandwiches, and coffee machines. First time here, and I almost never leave reviews, but I tried the coffee and had a sandwich, and all I can say is I definitely recommend Grelma to anyone wanting some coffee and a bite to eat. Prices are good, and food is great!

Came here three days in a row. The breakfast sandwiches and nutella croissants were amazing!!

I have been to this place several times and really loved it. Today I bought an orange juice and when I left the place I saw 2 bugs in it, I thought about going back in but saw people in there so I was like whatever... I took them out and got in my car with the orange juice and the nutella dessert I got. Well while im driving I take the first bit of the dessert and I pull out this hair or whatever it was out of my mouth... I look at my drink to maybe drink a little since I thought there were no more bugs and it can happen well find another one... so not just my drink but also my food.

Very good food and great atmosphere.

This bakery is a knock it out of the park bakery. I have not had any thing else like it outside of Italy. Enjoying the peace of mind and heart this little Cafe brings. Their bread is excellent, especially the seeded ones. Pastries were top notch and the sandwiches are to die for. Grabbed a bottle of the balsamic vinegar reduction too because the owner comes from a town famous for its balsamic. He also suggested that green tea infused with cactus which I enjoyed very much. Next time I want to get one of their lasagnas to bring home and try! You cannot go wrong, definitely don't be shy.

All around real Italian 5 star bakery. Bread is so fresh. The sandwiches are to die for and the owner is so kind.

I was excited to try their homemade lasagna which I baked in my oven. Probably I had high expectations but this lasagna was not only tasteless but disappointing. It was definitely not fresh, had a funny taste and it is inedible! 🤮I am sure they have more fresh ones but unfortunately they sold me an old one. I wasted my money for a product that I cannot even eat. From the moment I unwrapped it before putting it in the oven I could see it’s not good. Overall I will never buy their “homemade” lasagna again, but their sweets are really tasty.

Mamma mia! If you have been in Europe you'll know this place is the real deal. I spotted on Instagram, went for lunch earlier this week and then today for brunch, their sandwiches and pastries are out of this world. I'm very glad I found this place and even better because it's in Delray Beach, my hometown. The sandwiches served on croissants are unbelievable and the ingredients are definitely not your average Boar's Head stuff, it's got to be imported. Now I'm seating here wondering if I should just skip lunch and eat the Bombolone I grabbed to go instead ;)

Absolutely delicious and authentic italian bakeries. I am a big fan of croissants and this was the best I've tried in South Florida. Cappuccino was also amazing. We bought lasagna for lunch, and it was like homemade and we all enjoyed it!

One of my absolute favorite bakeries in Delray Beach! They offer incredibly authentic variety of pastries and bread. Their sandwiches are truly top-notch. And let's not forget about their fantastic coffee! The owner is genuinely a wonderful person who clearly operates with integrity and a genuine concern for what he serves to his customers. Our new favorite breakfast spot/bakery. Great croissants with both savory and sweet fillings and toppings. We also love grabbing some baguettes or other unique breads for home. The Illy coffee is always good too 👍🏼.

Stopped here for the first time. Everything is fresh….made daily. So delicious. I’ll be back for sure. I recommend stopping in. I had an espresso with one of their yummy cookies and I’m taking a variety of pastries home.

I ordered a prosciutto sandwich- wow. The bread was delicious . I’m coming back , this is now my new fave place for lunch . The bakery items look so yummy - they have cream puffs and napoleons that looked so fresh and it’s also a generous size not like other bakeries. I thought I will never find a quality Italian bakery in Palm . Grelma .

Simply delicious!!!!! Super fresh hand made (from scratch) state of the art bakery! Came back after a while and does not taste as great and reduced in variety. I will blame it to the inflection.

The best italian bakery and coffee I've tried so far

I love coming here when i am in the area. Sometimes I’ll drive just to come here. I first found out about this place last year when I stopped at the planet fitness to workout on my way back from Georgia. I accidentally left the sunroof to my car open and it rained so hard inside my car while I was working out that my car had some electrical problems and wouldn’t start. I was stuck until I could get it fixed. This was my go to place for coffee and treats in the morning. The bread here is the best ! It’s so soft and chewy and I still haven’t found anything better in the Miami or Ft.lauderdale area. Everything is top notch and baked fresh each and every single day. Desserts are all delicious and baked daily by the wife. The sandwiches are handcrafted to perfection. They also have soup some days and if u don’t get there on time, it sells out fast. Plus the owners are very friendly and sweet. You can tell that they are truly just nice people. Today I had the pistachio ricotta cake and it was good per usual.

The presentation on everything is fantastic, the pastry’s are so pretty and so delicious.

Sandwiches are very good. Best iced coffee that I have had in years. Order at the counter and sit where you like. The restaurant was very clean. Was looking forward to the bagette that I ordered to take home( along with some pastries), but the bagette was left out of the bag....

Grelma is fantastic! It’s the cutest little bakery in the world. The food is amazing. I tried the number 7 sandwich and my goodness was it one of the best sandwich’s I’ve ever had. The presentation on everything is fantastic, the pastry’s are so pretty and so delicious. The staff is also amazing, with an amazing story. I love everything about this place.

I drive from Fort Lauderdale to Delray for their delicious creations. The foccaccia bread is sent directly from Heaven. The lasagna is indescribably delicious. Their desserts are masterpieces. Well, well worth the trip from Fort Lauderdale. You will not forgive yourself if you miss out on their delicious treats.

Amazing authentic Italian bakery 💯. All of the products are fresh and they're all excellent! The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the place is perfect for a ☕️ or a delicious fresh blueberry 🫐chocolate chips, raspberry or macadamia muffins🧁 The Italian crema pasticciera is just the best.

It was my first time in this bakery and definitely not my last. Their croissant selection is huge, they got pistachio croissant, Nutella croissant, chocolate croissant, white chocolate croissant, plain croissant, cheese, croissant, and more. They serve Illy coffee, which smells so good at first glance. I got a latte that tasted amazing. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The gentleman was patient with taking the order and did not rush. They serve sandwiches on a bread of your choice. Definitely coming back here!

Just walking into this bakery you can smell the delicious goodies and the love that goes into making them! I went in my first time today and I can already say I will surely be back. The owners are a couple and they greeted me warmly when I walked in. From the croissant sandwich I ordered to the sweet baked goods, everything was delightful! Definitely stop by if you’re looking for authentic Italian treats.

Grelma is a hidden gem! Fabulous authentic Italian pastries, breads, soups & sandwiches made from scratch daily. Everything we tried was amazing and delicious. The croissants are huge and flaky, the lemon muffin was moist and tangy/sweet. Illy coffee completes the experience.
