There is a new spicy ramen on their menu. I order it at a spice level 3, it will make you cry, but I love that kind of spice. This is the closest ramen shop I’ve found similar to the High Five Ramen in chicago. Everything is made from scratch, well worth it!

Our server was named Julia Taylor! Over the top for service! She had suggestions and helped us with our order! Highly recommend the service and the food.

An authentic bowl of Japanese Raman. It’s not just the textures and flavors in the broth that are nailed here - everything from ordering from a ‘machine’, to the extremely limited seating has the whole ramen experience perfectly captured. It’s as good as anything I had in Japan.

This place is the best ramen I've ever had. I just came back from a honeymoon in Japan and no place there came close to this place.

Amazing flavors, pretty life altering. I live a few hours away and tried this place while on vacation- still thinking about it two years later and I haven’t found anywhere else that compares! Every time I make it back I always come get Ramen here.

We were really so excited about this place with the high ratings. And when we realized it was a ‘hole in the wall’ type of place like those itty bitty hidden places in Japan, we couldn’t wait to dig into our ramen and takoyaki. And wait we did…. There was only another family, but we waited a long while before we received our fried from packaged frozen takoyaki and our extremely greasy and bland ramen. Maybe this place was great before, but we were expecting greatness from this place. We lived in Japan for many, many years and this was such a let down. Make the gyoza and takoyaki daily fresh for starters! Taste the broth—have the helper taste it. Don’t charge that much for what you’re offering now. 😭😭😭😭Very disappointing.

Ramen 369? More like a waste of time and money. The ramen was shockingly bad, reminiscent of oily water. After complaining, the scene got worse: the cook, brimming with ego, had the audacity to taste it himself before acknowledging it was bad enough to remake. It was an uncomfortable spectacle of poor customer service. Definitely not going back and suggest you do the same.

Some of the best ramen I’ve had, love the fact that it’s a simple counter and fast. My wife and I love meeting friends for drinks then ending our night with a tasty bowl of ramen. The takoyaki is amazing, as well as the miso ramen. We love the cozy vibes, feels like such a contrast to the craziness of the Ave!

I've been looking for good ramen in Florida for quite some time now, and I've finally found something worthwhile. I had the traditional Tonkotsu ramen with pork belly, bok choy and a ramen egg. The broth was creamy and piping hot. Egg was well marinated and the pork belly was cooked to perfection. Noodles were flavorful and nice and chewy. The place is very small with seating at a long counter from where you see them prepping your order on the other side. Very cordial staff. The place was very clean and organized. The bathroom was very tidy. I'll definitely be returning to this place.

Stumbled upon this hole-in-the-wall ramen spot in Delray Beach, with limited seating, the food was a pleasant surprise. Ordering through a tab upon entering was unique, and the quick service made up for the cozy space. However, the state of the restroom was less than ideal. The ramen was undoubtedly the star – flavorful broth, well-cooked noodles, and generous portions of toppings. It's a solid 4 stars for the food alone. The dumplings were amazing as well. If you can overlook the tight quarters, this place is a gem for a quick ramen fix. My recommendation: opt for takeout to fully enjoy the delicious offerings without compromising comfort. 🍜🏠

The best hole-in-the-wall ramen place! Such a homey environment that makes you forget you’re in the bustling downtown area of Delray. Highly recommend the Tonkotsu broth! It tastes like a warm hug in a bowl. Can’t wait to come back!

This guy cooks his Ramen with love and care. The broth is so dense and rich and exactly how a true ramen broth should be. The Noodles are fresh and perfectly tender with a good bite to them. The ramen egg is filled with flavor. Feels like I'm in a ramen shop in Tokyo.

Authentic Japanese food! The chef will cook in front of you. He loves what he does and it does reflect on the food. Make sure you read the rules by the entrance. Wish they can accomodate more people as they only have less than 10 seats inside. Food is worth the wait! Such a hidden gem in Delray Beach.

A must-try hole in wall! Kudos to the chef for making authentic Japanses food, no need to go to Japan! What I like is their making the food from scratch, they prepare the food in front of you (for dine in). We tried the ramen & Okonomiyaki and they're really good. The ambiance can be improved, but who cares if the food are tasteful and satisfying lol. Please note that the place is small, so regardless if you're dine in or to go, you'll not regret. Practice clean as you go!

I pray the lord frees you from the tasteless shackles of ramen lab. This is the only ramen spot on Atlantic ave worth spending your hard earned coins. If you know you know. The food will ALWAYS hit here. You can watch your food being prepared right in front of you and it comes out hot and ready. This is a great spot for a first/solo date. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

I have not been to Japan, but I have eaten Ramen. So far the best I have had. The chef and sous chef surely know their craft for this type of food. I'm glad to know there is dedication to their food and providing a great service. Thank you. Read the rules at the front door and be respectful.

If you want good flavor, simple and intimate experience...this is a must try Ramen spot. Order at the Kiosk on the wall when you walk in and grab a seat if one is available. It's not a huge place but I love that.. great place if you're on your own with or with someone else. Wouldn't recommend for a group over 4 people..the dynamics of the space aren't conducive to conversation since you sit at a bar. Had the curry ramen broth...SO GOOD and the noodles were perfect.

She told me all about the tonkatsu ramen and I'm a huge fan now. WILL BE BACK AS A REGULAR FOR SPIDER!... and that's a promise

LOVED the food but LOVED Spider even more! She helped me with figuring out which ramen would fit my dietary needs while still being delicious 😋 Spider came back and checked on me to make sure everything was great; couldn’t have asked for better service! One of the best traditional ramen places and maybe the only one in our area!!!

Quaint, unassuming, and down right delicious. Ramen 369 serves up some of South Florida's best and authentic ramen. Situated in Delray this Ramen bar shines bright. A wide selection of broths and styles plus lots of add ons and some of the best marinated eggs and Chashu Pork I've ever had. Everything is made fresh and expertly assembled in front of you after ordering. The gyoza we got as an apatizer were cooked perfectly. Limited selection on sake and beer but both the beers besides the Sapporo were excellent. Deff worth a visit, I'll be back for sure.

Some of the best ramen I've had in my entire life. Definitely better than Ramen Lab or any ramen I've had in Florida. Only downside is that its bar seating only - no tables. 10/10.

One of the best ramen noodle bar in Palm Beach. With only a few high chair seats, we were lucky to have came here for lunch on a Saturday and immediately got seats. Order is simple and straight forward through the kiosk. Both chicken and pork broth were creamy and full of flavors. Having had ramen in Japan before, I would say the taste is quite authentic. The pork chashu (belly) was a little different to what I’m used to having but still it balanced out perfectly with the ramen. The chef was very delicate and detailed in serving each dish; a true Japanese culture of serving food with perfection. I’ll for sure drop by again on my next craving for ramen.

Great Ramen although I miss the marinated egg. All the broth is outstanding. Now the place is small real small , and placing your order on a computer screen attached to a wall when you walk in for this 55 year old is time consuming, don't forget old school here. I never been when busy so always sit at counter 5 6 seats tops. Enjoyed everything there. Very clean good service.

Very quaint place,with deep flavor. I was blown away by the flavorful broth. The dumplings and calamari hush puppies were excellent as well.

The Ramen was freaking awesome, I've never classic Ramen until came here. The servive was very nice they acknowledged us despite being really busy. The old man a lot of experience under his belt you can tell by watching how he prepares the Ramen, he had a younger lad with him who help keep the orders organized, and correct. It was nice seeing the duo working so diligently. The atmosphere was very reminiscent of an actual Ramen shop you would see in Japan. Fantastic place, I definitely come back again, when I have company

Hiro-San was amazing! He’s calm and quiet when he’s cooking, but his food is delicious!

Ordered take out on the night of Christmas Eve. There are only approximately 8 seats to eat in so take out is best option. I ordered the Shouyu Ramen. All the photos show it with an egg, but if you want an egg you have to order that. The ramen was delectable! The only reason I can’t give a 5 is because the broth was very salty. I like salty foods but it was a bit much. Otherwise, this would deserve a return visit!
