Deserves a way higher rating. Love eating here! The portion size is huge, price great, energy awesome, and food delicious!! The dessert is so good too. I’ve been happy with my experience every time I go!!!!

This place use to be good. Now they dont even let me order even though even after they have 30 minutes to close. Horrible customer service and will never order from a place that don't appreciate their customers

I called at 10:25pm to make an order for pick up. The manager told me that they stopped making pick up orders at 10:30pm and they only do deliveries. Didn’t make any sense to me. She was very rude, I kindly asked to do this one time favor, I’m not from the area and we were 10 minutes away. She responded very nasty. I called the Newark location and immediately took my order for pick up and did not give me any excuse or attitude. Just drive or call the Newark location. I never have a complaint about them and even if you dine in, I prefer the customer service at the Newark location vs Kearny. Sad that are the same chain and have this type of nasty attitude to customers.

Ai y'all ima keep it a buck food was mid as hell for the price tasted like something from school and it also tasted frozen and cooked at the same time service wise not bad pretty chill but here's my main issue how tf did our order come out to 60 when it was 47 bucks because of a 15 percent MANDATORY TIP AND THEY HIGHER THE PRICE FURTHER DUE TO IT BEING ON CARD MANY OTHER PLACES YOU CAN GET FIRE FOOD FOR CHEAPER the juice was pretty fire tho BTW I WAS GONNA TIP BUT JESUS THAT'S ALOT OF MONEY FOR WHAT BRUNG ON THE TABLE

What they sell first-hand here are the hamburgers, they are a good size, they are not like any typical hamburger, I think they stand out well for their flavors and a distinct style. To be honest, I don't really like the meat in hamburgers, it doesn't have much flavor. The salads are super good, good portion, very satisfying. The juices are very delicious 😋, the desserts I think have an acceptance of 80% so it is very acceptable. It has a bathroom, the staff is warm so they are young but they have their flaws in customer service, they take a long time (20 minutes timed) to take your order. They are clean and tidy, what I don't like at all is that they can go by your table taking out the trash, which I find unpleasant. 🤷 I think they should have the tables less close together that would help traffic better. They do not have parking if you are interested, they have a menu for schoolchildren, good price management, outside of the improvement points this restaurant is quite good you will find burgers, desserts, juices, salads, coffee and the best thing is that they serve during the night. Maybe until 11pm.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I bought a cheeseburger yesterday, all I simply wanted was a simple cheeseburger well done lettuce and tomato what they made I had no idea was a thick cold burger with corn and little teeny tiny pieces of some kind of fries, NO CHEESE! and God knows what else was in that burger I’m sorry, but I thought the burger was disgusting took forever to get the burger. I don’t understand why?? I was the only one there!! I got it not even warm, and the prices are crazy high 10 dollars for a nasty burger no regular fries included, that’s a rip off, if I would’ve known that burger was going to be that way I would’ve actually returned it for my money back, I will never step foot in that place again. The people are rude as well, lady asked for my name? I was the only one in there seriously?!🤷🏻‍♀️Forgot to mention Bread makes the Burger and Bread makes the sandwiches right?! This place WRONG! Bread there stale! Bottom line is this place is pretty disgusting and when you see someone holding food with their fingers and their fingers look dirty what does that tell you only people like them go there! I could’ve went to McDonald’s enjoyed a nice cheeseburger and fries included for half the price and much more delicious, never again will I go to this place ever should be shut down!!

I used to live off these burgers in college and recently revisited this gem. Brazilian burgers come with corn, Mayo, and potato sticks. don't forget to ask for extra pink sauce! pair it up with a passion fruit (maracuya) shake with condensed milk 🤌 order ahead for a quick grab and go, but they also have plenty of tables if you want to dine in.

I went there at night, I was ready to order and I noticed that the employees were all speaking Portuguese with each other. I tried to order my food in Portuguese and one of the employees kept answering me in English even tho she’s Brazilian??? I don’t understand you guys.

I had an issue tonight with one of the “managers” when I picked up they did not give me my complete order and i when I called she blamed me saying I changed to another register so that’s what happened. I asked her to deliver the food and to make up the time I have to wait to get it to me. She refused to and blaming me. Did not apologized and when I asked to speak to the owner or general manager she hung up on me.

Don’t waste your money or time. If I could give a negative star I would give 10. I got the wrong order . The food was not good at all the steak was so chew and gross .over cooked. Almost like chewing on rubber. The burger was like a hockey puck. Like eating a piece of coal. The person who took my order rushed me off the phone and I ordered several combos, sides apps and drinks. They need training in hospitality’s Terrible experience! Will never go to this location .

The place is fantastic if you go in the morning. I usually spend there $40 - $60 weekly, but in the afternoon/evening, an old woman(white/black hair) wants to charge for extra sauce(pink sauce). It's ridiculous since she is the only one that charges extra for pink sauce- none of the other employees does. You have unlimited pink sauce if you order any pastries and eat in the restaurant. If you order one pink sauce per pastry (empanada, quipe, etc.), she wants to charge you extra. According to her, you are only allowed one pink sauce per sandwich and 0 for pastries. If you go - don't go in the evening and Saturday morning. This place is a 10/10, but I am putting a one-star just for management to see this!

Came in to a great atmosphere; was well treated and our order was taken when we were ready… Cappuccino is Off a the Hook Passion fruit juice taste as fresh as ever. Burgers are basic… tastefully basic…. I’d recommend

My son loves the Coxhinas and the burgers from here. I love the pao do queijo - wish they had it all day long. For lunch and dinner their pichana & grilled chicken salad is so good and most of the soups are yummy too. The staff is usually very nice and its always clean.

We order chicken wings and they were red in the inside not fully cooked and the oil it was used to cooked them seems to be old and burnt. The cheese burger was too dry and no tasty at all the quality of the meat didn't seem too good to be honest, also there was this pink sauce that didn't have a good flavor. It seems the ingredients use for the sauce aren't the best quality neither. Last thing to mention they had an extra charge for paying by card and that's not good for the costumer even if you are paying an order of $40+ dollars. We encourage the Restaurant to pay attention to this comments so they will able to have better food in the future. Something that we liked was the service given over the phone as well the delivery person.

This place is excellent, the service is excellent and everything came out fast. There’s parking right across the street. The fries are definitely a must try, and of course the burgers.

Every time I order food from here there is always a mistake. And instead of rectifying the situation, they make you wait 30 minutes to remake your whole order. The food is decent but I would not come again because of the extremely terrible customer service.

i called the store at 10:30 and the guy on the phone told me no pickup orders through the phone only delivery and in store. I arrived to the store at 10:53 and the woman at the register said they where closed? on google it says they are open till 12 everyday. i don’t know if the workers decided to clean up early or if the hours on google are wrong but please resolve this problem for the future people who make the drive. drove 30 mins and was very dissatisfied.

The chicken and fries left me like OMG only about 4 to 6 pieces of fries and the grilled chicken sit on top with mozzarella cheese. I don't know why I received less fries for what I had paid for. The workers are nice.

The food is amazing but the girl waitresses are horrible. They have no manners, are rude, always in a bad mood. No customer service skills. Not a pleasant experience to dine in. The girl waitresses need to learn manners and customer service skills.

Went back after moving away... We miss it... Should have another store in Central Jersey where tons of Hudson and Essex County residents live now.. Old Bridge would be great... brought and intrusive our Grandbaby to one of our missed favorites.

We love Hamburgao! We stop by. Most times we are in the area. We typically order the number one or the number two, the amazing huge burger/sandwich with steak or chicken, fried egg, ham, bacon, mozzarella corn, potato sticks, lettuce, tomato mayo. The sandwich is huge and so very tasty! He order at the counter and they bring your food to you. They have many other dishes. The service is always very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Don't forget to try the orange sauce in the bottle.

Bueno fue la primera vez en este local ya que conocía el de Newark y creo que fue mejor la experiencia cuando visite aquel lugar. En este de Kearny ya estaban a punto de cerrar y tuvimos que ordenar para llevar, como sabrán así ya es dificil disfrutar de una orden puesto que no te atienden con paciencia sino con apuro y no dan más salsas y lo único que queiren es cerrar la bolsa y que te vayas. La hamburguesa es buena y de buen tamaño un poco cara sí para solo ser una hamburguesa pero obviamente no podrías ir dos o tres veces por semana a comerla. Las recomiendo si no tienes problemas de sobre peso o de salud porque si es una bomba y cae muy pesado al estomago sobre todo por la noche.

First time I order from this place and I will be the last time that I do I should have listened to my instincts when I asked for the house burger and they told me they were out so I asked for a regular burger and the meat tasted tainted with a bad odor the bread the lettuce everything else was perfect but the meat SMH

First time try Brazilian burger and hotdog. Not greasy but tasty. Also Brazilian soda which idk how to explain in term of taste but it’s good. Friendly staffs even they are not smile that often. Variety menu and special menus for students. Able to dine in , take out

I'm originally from Brazil so it's always good to eat there. Love the food ! The only down side is for some reason the staff keeps changing which makes difficult sometimes to get what you order because it seems like it's always new people in training. You should definitely double check if you order over the phone.

You get your moneys worth here not to often i like to endulge in a big juicy hamburger but this is the place to get the bang for your buck...they pack em with so many ingredients it gets messy. Meat or chicken they have a variety. Like i said its a treat once in a while but i def recommend it..its unlike any other burger joint. Not saying its the best but def different..lets just say i leave feeling guilty hahaha...but then again its just my opinion

Os pedidos para delivery nunca vem completos, o atendimento por telefone é péssimo e hoje quando ligamos para reclamar do nosso pedido (que havia sido realizado a duas horas!), e a mulher que atendeu o telefone além do modo grosseiro que falou conosco, deu a desculpa de estarem muito ocupados! Então se você quer uma comida razoável, certamente irá encontrar, mas saiba que o atendimento é o pior!

Good food, but the delay in the orders is ridiculous. I ordered a simple butter roll toasted and it took over 20 minutes. Not to mention the restaurant was not even at full capacity. If it had been a busy day I would understand other than that avoid if you are looking for something to GrabNGo. On the flip side their "Cheese Tudo" is to die for when you have the time. Wash it down with a drink and your good to go. Skip the fries. The burger is more than enough. I've been coming here since high-school and the food still has me gravitating ever so often. I wrote this review while waiting for the butter roll.

Great Food, and Friendly service! Ordering is quick and easy but it does take some time in order to get your food. There burgers are their selling point, it's a good burgers. There rewards program is interesting something to be considered if you eat here often. I'll give it 4 star, I feel over the years their quality has dropped since their original opening.
