Great experience, etc. Love it.

Do not let the online menu fool you as it did us! The Clam chowder was more like bacon soup!! Almost nothing on the lunch menu was on their inhouse menu!! I ended up with a cobb salad which was only arugula, no lettuce, bitter tomatoes, no taste chicken, hard boiled eggs which weren’t cooked fully, ham which was good, croutons were sooo hard. My husband had clam chowder(bacon soup) and a tuna melt, which by looks & taste it was a very dark dry cheap tuna, the chef here needs some classes!! But with that being said the diet coke & root beer and our waitress were awesome!!! I gave a 2 for the waitress & drinks!!

Stopped here for lunch since there weren’t much places around the area. Got the Cubano sandwich for $17, came with some tots. Tastes good but not $17 good. Portion size was small but everything did come out hot. The store itself was pretty cool, I browsed around when I was waiting, I really like the premade food options in the refrigerator and local products in display.

Quaint little place i randomly stopped in at on the way to my friends house in Cape Elizabeth. Fun gifts to buy family and many healthy options for vegetarians & vegans.

Nice place, homey vibe. Super clean attached to a little gourmet shop. Very preppy New England. Beware- Over $70 for a grilled cheese sandwich and lobster roll. So check market prices . Food was good, tots on the side are always good.

Great place for breakfast or lunch when staying in or around the Scarborough area. Great indoor outdoor seating situation with a big yard and games. Nice grab and go freezer section with some pantry items as well. For lunch, I ordered the kale salad with added goat cheese and my friend ordered the Turkey and Fig Jam as a wrap. The wrap was pretty light on the meat but otherwise good. Salad was also light on the quinoa and would add a protein if I were to order it again. Don’t skip the chocolate chip cookie!

Good food, great outdoor patio, watched the fog roll in. Children friendly.

The Pricing sucks, just look at the prices $13. Grilled cheese ! Couple of slices of cheese and bread. Avoid it. Try Pats or Al's. Fu, Fu over priced....

“Clam” chowder was mostly just bacon and incredibly watery, did not see any clams in it. Tuna fish sandwich was very watery as well making the bread soggy. The outside seating is nice.

Wonderful hidden gem with excellent food and service.

First of all, they advertised breakfast but didn’t serve any. The menue was sparse! We had clam chowder that didn’t even taste like clam chowder. No clams , lots of ham and onions. We asked if the Avacado was a spread or slices, they said slices but it wasn’t. I had to scrape off my avacado! It wasn’t a very good experience!

We love this place. Very good service and the food was amazing! Probably the best Clam Chowder we have ever had. Lobster roll was amazing and overstuffed with fresh lobster. We will visit again when in the area. Thank you to the whole staff for making us feel welcome and appreciated.

A great place to get breakfast or lunch. Their BLTA was the best BTL I’ve ever had! Staff is very nice and quick to get coffee/tea out.

A go to breakfast (and lunch) spot! I love the breakfast here. It is consistently delicious. The bacon on the egg sandwich is always done crispy. I also enjoy the frozen / pre made food section. They change the items weekly, so there are a variety of options. The pastries are also good. The other day I had a cinnamon roll and it was not too sweet, perfectly done. They are also dog friendly in the outside seating section!

Stopped in for lunch and due to the season, the menu was limited to sandwiches and soups. No worries though. The lobster roll was excellent, and I was not disappointed. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast sandwich delicious and was hot, I mean right off the grill, and I appreciate that, but, not inexpensive.

My husband and I had a beautiful lunch. I had the roasted squash salad with chicken. Everything was seasoned perfectly. I loved the tangy goat cheese with sweet cranberries, crunchy croutons and fresh greens. My husband had the tuna which was a large portion with chickpeas, crunchy cucumber and pickled onions. We were absolutely delighted.

We LOVED our lunch at Hank's. Grab a table outside and be taken by the view. The butternut squash salad was memorable and fresh roasted turkey a rare treat! Sooo good and fresh. The service was exceptional. Thank you!

I ordered the roasted squash and goat cheese salad and it was so worth the price. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and made with love and the staff is lovely!

Love this place!!! Beautiful and well decorated space, wonderfully curated marketplace, exceptionally friendly service, delicious food and lovely ambiance! Especially love the outdoor seating. My only suggestion would be to include more vegan options, but I thoroughly enjoyed the Thai peanut salad! Can’t wait to go back. What a gem!

We felt so welcome as soon as we walked in; the service was exceptional and fast! Everyone is so friendly and it's a great family restaurant. We had super yummy food as well, perfect lunch spot for a summer day! We will definitely come back here when we come through Maine again!

Great spot for a casual lunch or breakfast! Super friendly staff, and some fantastic heat and eat choices available to take home. They also put on a stunner of an evening event. We used them recently for an event and they did such a great job with the food, service, and atmosphere!

Very nice place. We felt very welcome when we walked in. Meal was very tasty and we got to meet the family who provides the sausage that was in our meal which was really nice. Will be stopping in when we are in the area again for sure.

Great atmosphere, lovely outdoor seating. It's a great pit stop on your way to see lighthouses. They serve tandem coffee, nice pastries, and breakfast sandwiches.

A lovely place for lunch! The waitress was very friendly and gave us tips about nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed the atmosphere on the patio. And don't miss their amazing desserts!

Love this place! Great expanded outdoor patio, food is wonderful, local ingredients and really above and beyond flavor and quality of other nearby options. Only feedback is increase wait service if possible (breakfast is counter service) and mimosas are very small and a bit pricey. We will be back!

Very reasonably priced healthy food. Generous portion. Curried chicken salad had just the right amount of spice. BLTA (avocado) was tasty and came with a nice cold slaw. Server was attentive and helpful. Interesting selection of specialty locally sourced foods available for purchase.

Friendly staff, good service. The limited menu did not match the menu online. Mostly soup, salads and sandwiches that were a little over-priced. Good parking and nice location.

I was very disappointed . I had a BLT with avocado. The bread was so hard, it cut into the roof of my mouth. Our clam “chowder” was not milk based. The chowder was watery, with to much onion and celery and whatever the brown specks did not seem like clams. The wait staff was fine, but we will not return.

Lite lunch with the locals on Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Good food, good service - Elsie was attentive and delightful - plenty of parking.

We were very disappointed this evening (July 31) to find that Hank's is only open for lunch. We may try again some day if dinner service comes back.

We were staying close by and decided to stop in for a late lunch … they were closing but accommodated all 10 of us. Great aesthetics, fresh and well made food and excellent choices in wine. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were on our way home from a trip and stopped at Hank’s for some To Go sandwiches - and we were thrilled! Very friendly and speedy staff, beautiful space that is clean with charm and we LOVED our food. Will definitely return for take out and eat in!

Best lunch I have had in ages! We split two sandwiches- the roasted turkey and the BLTA (avacado). Both were excellent, as was the pasta salad and carrot slaw! Service was friendly and prompt. Bravo, Hank!! See you soon!

Delicious food and service so friendly you'll feel as if you're in your hometown, even if you're not. I can hardly imagine a better spot than the Hank's back deck to enjoy fresh food on a Maine summer day. So happy this great spot opened up.

Now it's HANK'S! Nice place... opened very recently. We visited on June 6th, '21. Simple, clean & coastal looking decor. My Thai wrap was very good & so was my husband's Cuban or Cubano (?) sandwich. Very likable & friendly staff👍☺️. One thing that bothered us was the high cost of the drinks we ordered. Cold brewed coffee in a small can & a bottle of Perrier. We usually get plain sparkling water with a twist. We hope that the owner will consider adding hot or iced coffee for take-out in the future. We'll be back soon, thank you.

Hank's opened 2 Jun 2021. Former Spurwink Country Kitchen down to the studs & rebuilt with cedar siding. We had lunch on the new deck. Cubana, very tasty.

Brought guests from Cape Cod here to enjoy the great food and the super friendly staff/owner. They loved it!

Such an amazing friendly place. There was some live music at the piano and singing from Don himself! Food was absolutely delicious. The cream of Mushroom soup, lobster pie, clam chowder. Everything was well worth it. Just be careful of their hours. Amazing little place where they make you feel at home. Don came by at least twice to check on us even though our waitress was always attentive.

The service sets this place above the rest. Great food reasonable price. Our waitress was so friendly and the owners are always greeting guests and being friendly with the locals. Such a sweet place and worth a visit. Make sure you get a piece of pie. The menu is basic but there is something for everyone and decent kids menu too.

The name country Kitchen says it all! Fine dining brought me back two weeks in a row! Uncle Don prepares some of the best meals you will ever have! Best mushroom so up ever! Head to the coast a couple miles from Scarborough on Route 77 and you're bound to pass it on your left.

Very tasty food and pies made by the owner Uncle Bob. Glad we stopped at this local iconic place he's owned since 1955. We had the Mac n 5cheese,chicken pot pie and liver and onions and they were all tasty. To top it off we had Uncle Bob's self-baked Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie. Tasty!

Truly the best keylime pie ever! We only stopped for desert a few months back but if we're ever in that area again (my wife and I team drive truck in lower 48) we definitely want to stop by for Uncle Dons meals and some more keylime pie! 🖒

Uncle Don's Spurwink Country Kitchen is like stepping back in time. Good food made from scratch in a relaxed, comfortable setting. A family tradition for generations.

Warm, friendly atmosphere with pianist, who even takes requests, to with lots of delicious choices. And, bonus, Uncle Don always visits everyone's table. Will miss going there over the Winter and look forward to their opening the 4th Friday in April, in 2017 it will be the 28th!

We found this great little place by accident and we are so glad we did! Clam chowder was excellent, the lobster roll was the best I've had and the indian pudding was delicious. Everyone that works here is super friendly and makes you feel like you are at home. Uncle Don personally visits your table to make sure you are happy. When I told him how wonderful the dessert was he told me how he made it his own special way. This is the first place that made me feel like moving here instead of just visiting.
