First time there and definitely did not disappoint. Juan helped me decide what my best option for Açaí bowl. Let me sample Acai base since I never had it before. Very delicious. Each order is made fresh. Will definitely be back.

This is not a bot. I am a real human lmao. I came into this place today. This place is aesthetically pleasing, definitely legit place to get different kinds of protein shakes, açai bowls, energy refreshers and the smoothies here are very delicious.

Decided to try this place after reading the reviews and looking atvthe menu. ▪︎Menu: They are limited to the bowls. They have a large variety of drinks. Atmosphere: Spacious, bright, clean, however, empty look feel. Need to spruce it up a bit to catch first entry. Intriguing! ▪︎Service: Sweet young lady and accommodating. Now, I will compare the bowls to Playa Bowls. Frequent customer to Playa. However, this is only my constructive criticism. ▪︎Happy Lifestyle: Negatives Bowls: •Limited variety •Base of bowls - They are more of a watery, thinner base. ▪︎Size/Container of bowl - wide top with a smaller circumstance base ☆Playa Bowls 👍 ▪︎Drinks: Positive •Planning on trying them. However, they do have a larger selection then Playa Bowls! They look delicious! ☆Happy Lifestyle👍 ▪︎Oatmeal Bowls: Positive/Negative •Larger in size •Oatmeal -creamer and thinner base, but, filling. One of the best healthy food store in the neighbourhood. I drove 25mins to try smoothies from this location and wasn’t disappointed. I had Chunky Monkey and Mint Chocolate smoothies. The Chunky Monkey was recommended by the store owner and if you’re a fan of peanut butter you will love this. I really liked their smoothies taste, quality and quantity. The prices they charge are amazing. The service was amazing. The owner helped me select my drinks and spoke well. The store was well maintained and clean. They have some indoor seating. One last thing I wish they added to their menu was green smoothies. I see most of the smoothies are flavoured ones. Which is great. But for me being a regular customer to this spot would love to see them add more variety on green and healthy juices. Once in a while I would love to have these kinda smoothie during my cutting season. I would be back to try the acai bowls, waffles and fonuts. Overall- 4.3/5

Awesome little place. Been wanting to try it out for a while and decided to go with a friend after a workout. Great, welcoming atmosphere. Caramel macchiato iced coffee and protein waffles were phenomenal. I could have spent half across the street at the little place "america runs on" but you can tell everything here is high quality in comparison and 100% worth the price . I will absolutely be back here.

Went in for the first time with my very picky 6yo and when the owner saw that she wasn’t drinking her smoothie, she made her something special on the house. Did she eat it? Still no LOL but trust me, the food was delicious, my kid just hates everything. I got a bowl with a strawberry base, bananas, strawberries, granola, pb and Nutella. It was phenomenal! And we brought home an Oreo smoothie for my husband - he loved it! The owner is so sweet and you won’t be disappointed with the selection, quality of food and quality of service.

I love how they are working parents and some times have their lil one with them in sight its beautiful. They have a little chill spot room when you walk in and walk straight back there is the room. This place have the best energy refreshers, I'm in love with the Tropical cocomelon wich I got a discount because I ordered a shake as a combo 👏😋 I choose Snickers flavors shake.

They're shakes are so good!! You can't even tell they have protein in them, the snickers shake is my favorite!
