Hardee's in Lake Butler - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

On 8/27/24 around 8:30 pm me and my girlfriend went to Hardees in Lake Butler after attending a visitation for a person who had recently died. When we walked in the floor was wet and slippery to point that you had to walk slowly to avoid slipping down. I ordered two 5 piece combo chicken tenders and 2 drinks which cost approximately $32.00. Wow! We waited about 15 minutes to get our order. The chicken tenders had been cooked prior to our arrival and were sitting in a basket over the grease where they were fried in. They were not hot and fresh but we ate them anyway. We eat regulary at the Hardees in High Springs. The food there is always hot and fresh. I can't say the same for this Hardees. I will not be back at this Hardees in the future.

Pretty decent burger, haven't eaten at a Hardee's in years.

Food is not that expensive and tastes ok.

The food and service were good and it didn't take long to get our food.

This location in Lake Butler is terrible, the girl there named Krystal is rude and tries to pick a fight with the customer 😑 didn't get my order right so I went into the store and she kept running her mouth wanting to cause a scene. The so called manager on duty didn't fix the problem either her name was Kim . I will never use this Hardee's again.....

We had a tent revival and I stop in one night. Lord nows I haddddd to get me a Biggggg Burger 🍔. Already was feeling my back. Got down the road and ask my wife did I finish my 🍔. She said yeaaa you did. Dang why not order 2😂

Employees are friendly, and the food is good.

Ham was full of fat, thin and way salty!! Could've done ALOT BETTER.

Food was good. Drink machine unreliable for dispensing. So we were given canned soft drinks.

I usually don't do fast food place reviews but I had to say that this location was awesome. I was headed to ichetucknee with my family and stopped by for breakfast Saturday morning. I went to the drive-Thru and both of the workers I interacted with were extremely friendly, which is what made me decide to leave a review. Having positive interactions in the morning makes the day better. The service was quick, and the food seemed fresh too. Thanks y'all

Lemonade option in the Soda fountain that is actually water. Quote "we no longer offer lemonade except for the specialty lemonade for an upcharge". So cover the label. Then the Powerade is nearly water, just a hint of the blue taste. So no drink, just ate the burger. Fries were good as always. Counter staff could use an outside voice to be easier to hear. And I am not deaf.

Lady taking order very unfriendly. When I said good morning she never said anything back and crossed her arms . When I said something to manager she excused it for being early and girl just woke up. Very bad customer service no thank you or nothing at all. Was like I had the issue and I said good morning and smiled but nothing from lady. Very bad attitude and manager is okay with it.

There were 8 or 9 people working. One was coughing all over and not covering her mouth. Granted, she was not by the food but still come on. The burgers were very dry. We waited while the drive-through was served. The French fry boxes were not open so you got less in the box.

5 stars for having truck parking

Steak biscuits were awesome and service was very good

I ordered the french fries extra crispy and they came out great. The hamburger was delicious, more real than the competition. The dining room was clean and so was the soda fountain area. The staff was nice, as well.

Dark and dirty. Not sure how this place stays open. Four employees and less than 3 customers visiting (Including my wife and I) in the 20 minutes we were there. We ate in our car because it was dark and appeared dirty inside. Unfortunately, when we were eating, one of the employees stood at the door to the restaurant smoking. Causing us to eat with the windows rolled up.

Hardees has the best hamburgers, hands down. Their chicken strips are really good also. Best shakes.

Hardee's has gotten so expensive it's difficult to imagine a 5 star rating for one - why pay the expense of an actual restaurant for fast food? Anyway, while the service is decent at this one, it's not an exception. The food is like any Hardee's - great breakfast and somewhere above average food, but not markedly so. Atmosphere is also unremarkable. Plenty of parking though - and it's clean. But, at end of the day it's just a normal Hardee's. Update - last few times I have been here in the evening, after work, the drive through staff have been slightly on the rude side - like ordering a number 1 combo at the drive thru is a personal inconvenience for them - so while the breakfast crew is awesome, I gotta drop the service rating to two stars because of the evening service.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo Chicken tenders and no salt fries Chicken tender kids meal I requested no salt fries for the entire order. We were given luke warm salted fries. The tenders were fine. I thought my Chicken sandwich was just over cooked. It's was so dark and dry, I wish I had ordered tenders instead. By the wee hours of the morning, we determined that my sandwich wasn't just over cooked, it was old... I was food poisoned. I was pooping and vomiting at the same time. I couldn't even hold down water with lime juice. It was horrible!!!! The next time we come to Lake Butler... I don't care how hungry we are, we will NEVER visit this Hardee's ever again.

got my order wrong on several occasions . didn’t t check my bag today hoping it was right sure enough it wasn’t . got a double cheese burger with some things on it ..and in the bag it was a single burger with everything on it not wanted.

They served "fresh" fried eggs that were molded ie green. They told me that it was normal eggs and being green/molded was just fried. Disgusting!!! I threw out my entire order and walked out. We don't have a Hardee's near us so I like to grab a burger when I see one. As I stand waiting, I'm not greeted and stand there for several minutes until the manager sends the cashier over who doesn't seem to be focused. I ordered four double cheeseburgers and a large fry and noticed he missed ringing up a burger. Mentioning this because another reviewer had the same issue. Maybe we had the same cashier? I've never had a bad Hardee burger until now. These were the worst burgers we've ever had from anywhere. They were barely warm, almost cold, thin and very dry. I had ketchup and could tell which were mine because they had ketchup all over the inside of the wrapper. I had to be careful eating it so I wouldn't get ketchup and mustard on me. My second one, I used two napkins to wipe off the ketchup and mustard before eating it. Husband had no ketchup on his but still had to watch that the mustard wouldn't drip on him. I don't think I've ordered fries from Hardee's before. When we visit family in the panhandle, we go for breakfast every morning. Otherwise I normally just have burgers. Our large fry was smaller than I expected (but then again, I don't think I've ever had fries at Hardee's so not sure of their sizing - definitely smaller than other places for the price). They did not seem very fresh. I don't understand how these burgers were so bad considering it was dinner time, although they were not very busy. Judging from the other reviews, we will avoid this one on the way to Lake City or the panhandle (there is another one just down the road). The food was very disappointing.
