Good Eats Took way too long to be served

Great place! Lots of items on the food and drink menu, the ambiance outside was nice. although bugs were bad and felt like service forgot about us a lot or was just busy. Would like this type of place to always have table cleared of finished plates and new silverware ready, also $50 lamb chops were rare :/

Top notch food and top notch staff. Can't go wrong with Harry's Savoy.

The lobster mash potatoes were not as good as the order I had before. The potatoes were thick and not creamy. They also needed more butter.

C'mon it's Harry's. Been there at least 25 times for various reasons, and never been disappointed.

Wow great service and food. John was our server and he was WONDERFUL. I drink water nonstop and my glass was never empty, the true sign of an attentive server.

I was disappointed that the whipped potatoes were extremely salty I told waitress to tell the chef she said the entire batch is the same???? Why wasn’t another batch made and obviously chef never tasted the whipped potatoes. She offered other potatoes I got the scalloped I ate some but not my favorite.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here just last night. We had the arti/crab dip, Caesar salad , prime rib and the filet mignon. All was excellent in taste , texture and temperature. Our waiter Nick was exceptional. The atmosphere with the shellaced tables gives this upscale restaurant the feel of a pub joint. White tablecloths would go a long way in lifting the decor.

Harry's never disappoints. Had a great salad with Salmon at a workday lunch. Quality, quality, quality.

Came for the seafood but the steaks will keep me coming back. Great calamari too

As a wedding musician, I had a wonderful experience at Harry's Savoy Grill. The staff was so kind and accommodating (special shout-out to Brittani, Larry and Alex!). The food was delicious. Great place, great team.

This place is great on all the levels. Food is phenomenal, staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is really great.

Very nice place excited to spend extra money for a great steak. Terrible steak aged ribeye added crab meat topping it was cold and tasted like it was crime a can. Service started off great then was mediocre at best. Disappointed

Never had a bad experience here.

The grilled shrimp are excellent. I wish they were a main dish and not just an added on. The steaks are good and so is the halibut. I would also recommend the crab cakes. If you are ever in the area, I would recommend trying this place.

What an excellent dinner! Nick was fantastic. We tried the crab cakes ... Wonderful!. We'll be back next month. Don't hesitate, give Harry's a try!

What a great place! My husband and i were invited to dinner here last week and we both left fully satisfied! The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service and staff are friendly and helpful! They've got vegetarian options on the menu for those who plant-based. I highly recommend Harry's Savoy Grill to everyone looking for a great meal in an inclusive and welcoming place.

Since relocating to the Wilmington DE area several months ago, I’ve had the pleasure to dine at Harry’s Savoy Grille once for a planned dinner and a lovely Mother’s Day brunch. A proven winner and go to for fine dining.

Pricy but seriously worth it, especially the prime rib, steaks, and basically any potato dish. Love the strong cocktails and old school vibes!

Went for my birthday and we had Jaime as our server. She was amazing!! This was my second time at Harry’s and it was perfect again! Love the food and service

First time there. Food, service, ambience terrific. Great escargot.

Made a reservation well in advance, and when we arrived our table was clearly given away. Had to wait 30 minutes to sit at the "server's table" at the back of the restaurant. Service was abysmal - which maybe had something to do with sitting in the back corner. Food was not worth the money or the wait. Both dishes were not cooked to specifications. Would not recommend.

It was such a nice way to cap off our Wedding Anniversary. We at went there years ago and that it was fantastic. Now, it was even better! Our waitress,Melody was such a lovely person. She went far and beyond to make our Anniversary even more special. The ambience was beautiful. Everything hands down was surpreme!

Harry's is a nice upscale restaurant with excellent service, quality foods, and great selection. I enjoyed my time here but I can't give a 5 star review because several of the dishes I ordered lacked sufficient flavor for my pallet. I took home alot of my food and had to add some additional seasoning. This is just my opinion, others may enjoy the flavor as is. I would suggest to try them for a nice occasion and see for yourself.

Kind couple at the bar were so nice. Food was sub-par. Very small portions. Scallops were delectable. Mac & cheese was worst than velveeta! Service was very poor. We ordered at the bar. Moved to the high tables for room. Our salad came but we had to wait for our entrees for over an hour. Then my food never came out. It was comp’d but I had to eat it at home. Will not be returning. Very poor service.

Harry's savoy grill hosted a wedding reception that we attended. The ballroom was gorgeous. The staff was awesome, and of course the bride and groom were beautiful! The food was tasty everyone was satisfied. The ambiance of the entire place not just the ball room was very nice. If I'm ever in Delaware again I would immediately head to Harry's for a meal!

A better venue, you WON'T find in this area. Oct. 28th, we celebrated my husband's "60th" birthday at Harry's and I could RAVE about now and never stop! The food was top-notch and the service was just as great. The banquet manager, Ben, had everything moving like clockwork; not once did any quest or myself have to request anything; the service of the staff was impeccable. Harry's Savoy Grill is my (and should be your) location for your next event banquet! (Wedding, anniversary, milestone birthday...) KUDOS

Ordered the fillet medium. It was served rare. And also had gristle in it. It was an 8 oz fillet that appeared to be two pieces put together. Also - the house salad was nothing but lettuce until I paid extra for tomatoes and cucumbers - that is not acceptable.

Harry’s never disappoints. We were a party of 6 and enjoyed everything from start to finish. Great atmosphere, service & the food & drinks were very good. Definitely returning more often.

Was at a 70 Birthday party, food was superb! So many amazing things to eat!

I went here because the reviews seemed nice. Let’s start, when you walk in there’s a smell. Sat down and it took about 15mins to get a drink, drink came and it took another 15mins to order food. Waiter was not in tuned with our table. I ordered a lemon drop, it was ok, tasted extremely cheap. The French Onion Soup was the best. The bread has a wonderful crunch to it. Just wish it was a lil bigger. Now to the Salmon, OMG, so mad we paid for it. No flavor at all, bland, I couldn’t eat mine. The potatoes were not cooked at all. The lil bit of mussels and mushroom it came with was ok. DO NOT ORDER THE KING SALMON. WASTE OF $40. I didn’t like my experience here at all.

I have eaten at Harry’s for years and it always solid. Nothing so creative it seems a risk, but nothing so mundane it’s boring. My entire family could come together and everyone would find someone they would enjoy. The crab and artichoke dip is always lovely and the prime rib was flavorful. We didn’t have drinks because we had later plans, but I was having martini envy with the table behind me.

My family took me here for my Birthday Celebration last night, there was 9 of us including 4 kids. Our food was great and the drinks were fantastic!! Our waitress, Amanda was extremely attentive. She treated the kids like they were her own which made our dinner flawless. Great job Harry's Savoy

My wife and I LOVE Harry's. We go there every Friday night for date night. The food is always great. The drinks are excellent, and the waiters and bartenders are the best.

The filet and prime rib were ok. But not worth the price. The mashed potato side was bland. The bread basket was good. Service was a little slow. But likely just from being understaffed for how busy the place looked.

It seemed they were despearate to turn our table as soon as we sat down. Waiter wanted our dinner order 30 seconds after we sat down and when we asked for more time and to get a drink first, he was miffed. He bugged us again prior to our drinks being delivered and we ordered. Out appetizers were out in less than 5 minutes and we hadn’t finished them when our entrees arrived - we had to ask for the dessert menu and another drink. We Ubered to the restaurant anticipating a leisurely and excellent meal as a late Valentine’s Day celebration and were very disappointed.

Been to Harry's many times over the years. Never, ever disappointed. The food is always fabulous reflecting an uncommon perfection in each serving. Having been to hundreds, if not thousands, of restaurants in my life, Harry's is masterfully run. As usual, the service was spot on perfect. Our waiter knew the menu, the wine list and made helpful suggestions. He was attentive but not overly so. We ordered calamari and salads for appetizers. The calamari was crispy with a unique flavor owing to the fried capers, lemon and aioli. We both got the wedge salad. The blue cheese was plentiful, the lettace crisp and fresh and the pork belly was a welcomed and flavorful twist. My wife ordered the filet mignon. She loved it. Prepared to the doneness that she wanted. Flavorful and tender with a bacon-bourbon butter. I ordered the prime rib. Again, prepared as requested. Tender and flavorful throughout. The typical fat surrounding a prime rib was judiciously carved away. Bottom line: If you are looking a memorible time, looking to impress for work or romance, you cannot go wrong with Harry's.

Great food, the portions were great, service was great! My cocktail not so much, but overall a terrific restaurant with fair prices considering the quality is excellent.

A very classic venue with excellent food and drinks. Booth seating was an issue as you could feel the movement of the folks in the booth behind us the whole time and it felt like you were tucked in a corner, but otherwise a good experience.

The waiter was very experienced in what he was doing. Attended to all our needs above and beyond.

Always an amazing meal. Service was on point, food was amazing.

Going on a busy night (Valentines day) we knew it would be busy. Although we did not expect to be seated in an isle where one of our chairs would be bumped all night by your careless staff. Guests were more careful/respectful walking by but anytime the hostess would go by it was guaranteed to be bumped into. Food was okay steak was over cooked side dishes were decent. Possibly would try again on a less busy night.

We go to Harry's all of the time. It is our favorite restaurant. This time was not the Harry's we know. The service was the worst I have ever had. He was rude and arrogant. It was Valentine's Day and they changed the menu to limited options. I could not get my 6oz filet because they decided to only offer an 8oz. They took sides off the menu for the night. This was a miss for Harry's. It probably would have been acceptable if the service was 5 star. Instead, the waiter made for a terrible Valentine's Day. Lesson learned.

This is one of My favorite spots! Both Steak where a little raw where my wife couldn’t eat but they did take hers off bill! She got medium well i got medium. Outside of that everything is amazing

Even though it was Valentine’s Day and of course the restaurant was very busy we never felt it as customers. Out wait person Matt was so professional. We had cocktails and appetizers and never felt rushed. My husband had oysters and I had the calamari. Both were delicious. We both had beef as main course cooked to perfection. And crème brûlée for dessert. The half price wine was still available even though it was a holiday. Great experience.

The food was amazing. The service was excellent catered to everything that I needed ambience amazing. It made my Valentines very special and yes I will recommend and I will go back.

The clams casino was outstanding! The shrimp cocktail was fresh and very large. All of our steaks were cooked to perfection! We especially like the filet mignon. Crème brûlée, blueberry cobbler and tiramisu were excellent! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and they acknowledged it with a small candle and writing happy birthday on her plate of tiramisu. John our waiter was very pleasant and efficient. The four of us had a great time!

Food and beverages were good at Harry’s al though I was a bit disappointed with the overall selection of steaks. Our Wedge salad and steaks were very tasty. Our server was nice but he didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the menu items. All in all a nice experience and I would recommend.

We went to celebrate my friends 90th birthday. Before I made reservations with open table I called to see if we possibly get a reserved set at the bar and an easy access table because the gentleman is handicap ( wheelchair/ walker). The woman on the phone said the table was not a problem but let me see about the bar. She came back and said they would hold only 2 seats for us but we must be there by 5:30. When we arrived the man that sat us said that’s impossible we would not have told you this which made it look like I’m lying. That was all he wanted was a drink at the bar( like the old days) and a nice dinner. We did eventually get a set a the bar after 2 ladies were leaving. Thought it was a joke that withyour outstanding reputation would pretty much insinuate that I was lying. To disappoint someone’s 90th special day was quite embarrassing. So shame on you Xavier

We ordered the beet salad. It was so bitter. The grapefruit was very very sour. The rest of the Meal was great. Our waitress Rebecca was excellent.

We have been coming to Harry’s for years and years. Almost always got the lobster salad which was consistently excellent. For some unknown reason, they decided to mess with a good thing and completely change the dish. We asked our waitress why but she had no idea what we were talking about. Less lobster, different dressing but still $35. First time we ever experienced a disappointment at Harry’s. That said, the clams casino are still the best. Hope they don’t mess with those next.
