Been coming for a good amount of time, call ahead, they say 15 mins and I get there in 10 and immediately pay and head out!

The lady at the front is always rude I always got the same thing so it was always good but this time I will find some place different she was soooooo sour acting I am just to tired to even deal with her if you enjoy a sour attitude while you order go ahead but she really needs to realize she in customer service at least pretend to be in a good mood

I paid 2 dollars for extra meat. She let me know that it’s a dollar per piece of meat yes each piece is a dollar

Holy freaking Christmas I love this establishment. The food is such cash money!!!My friends parents got divorced here.

The food and service was pretty good but my friend found out his parents got divorced here. Overall pretty excellent meal. Kind of a bummer bout his parents.

Horrible customer service! This is a very busy place so I thought it would be worth a try. Beef fried rice had no flavor. Paid extra for egg and beef! Egg roll as decent. Very little filling in it.

The lady taking orders rushes you and the food takes over 20 mins to get.

I arrived at 11:05, not during rush hour. The lady that takes the order was in the lobby wiping down walls. I come in and she doesn’t even acknowledge me. She kept wiping until SHE decided to go to the counter to take my order. She was very cold. I ordered vege egg foo young. 5 minutes later, I arrived back to pick up my order. Once again, she is in the lobby cleaning. Again, she did not acknowledge me as a customer. I see my order placed in the warmer and informed her that my order is ready. She snaps at me telling me the gentlemen/cook was going to bag it for me. She acted like she was doing me a favor! However, I am the PAYING customer. I will NOT be back!

I came for hibachi and was thoroughly satisfied. Would definitely recommend to all my fellow hibachi lovers.

This visit wasn't as pleasant as prior visit. I placed my order 10 minutes before the rush came in and I didn't get my order until they finished cooking six other people's orders. When I got my order the food was luke warm. I decided to keep it but I should have returned it. Hibachi Shrimp only

Chicken is good, but during lunch hours they barely give you any protein. Rice is super dry and if u order Chinese they'll give you the same rice! The white sauce needs a little work it’s too thin and sweet for my liking, but the egg rolls are so good.

I love this place, have been going there for years. Food is always good and they give you a generous amount for your money.

Just ordered from here, my first time here...was very bad. Ordered a $20 steak and scallop hibachi meal threw it in the garbage.

Flavor wise it's not that impressive

Food is mid grade . Hade a shrimp hibachi plate with white rice . They gave me 8 little baby shrimps . I would prefer little Ari’s

Love this restaurant I’ve been coming here for 10+ years they never let me down the staff is always kind and polite very easy-going call ahead foods always ready when you get there within 15 minutes.

This place is in a sketchy part of town. However, the food was really good!

The hibachi chicken, shrimp, and veggies were off the chain! I'm fat, full, and happy. The reason I only gave 4 stars were that the cashier wasn't that friendly, and the rice was tasteless. The egg rolls are extremely tiny. I'd definitely eat here again.

It's a okay place to have Chinese food while you're at Four Seasons Mall

Decent food, but picking up always takes 10 times longer than it should. They need one person to take phone orders, and one to handle the counter. Even better, a way to order and pay online.

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for about 3 years. Everything I get there is amazing and always fast service!! My biggest plus is that they offer white sauce in bowls!!! Fair warning though, they DO NOT have delivery. That is my only downside but they’re only 10 minutes from me. Totally worth the trip.

Not like Kabuto's or Arigatos, but one with a smaller set up like this one??

Hibachi Express is great i love it .I have no problem.

The food was good tonight. Usually it's over cooked but my chicken and steak with rice and mixed veggies was perfectly cooked. The customer service was ok also.

They are not following Social Distancing guidelines. Allowing too many people in the lobby & there's no way for there to be a 6 ft. space in between

Try the buffalo wing special, it's so flavorful and delicious. The wings are large. The sauce is spicy, garlic-y, salty - and has a strong depth of flavor. If you love asian style chili sauces and soy sauce you will love this wing. Among the best in Greensboro The Hibachi Steak entrees have never disappointed - the steak portion is always tender and generous. This place has been open for a very long time for one reason - the food is exceptional. To receive your order efficiently place the order by phone and wait at least 20 minutes prior to arriving or be prepared to wait patiently for your freshly prepared order when you dine in. The interior of the place is adequate but the food is the main appeal. This place can get busy and the wait time can be excessive -- but the wait is worth it.

This had good food but service was slow compared to its competitors. Also, this place was definitely in a bad part of town. I would recommend this place for takeout if you are about 30-40min away.

I got wings and shrimp fried rice and my daughter got shrimp hibachi. It was really good. Only thing the lady taking my order was nonchalant. She wasn't welcoming at all. But the food was fantastic

Beef and shrimp hibachi was good except there were really no seasonings, not even soy sauce. The rice was not true fried rice but that's what a lot of asian restaurants are doing now. Serving size was good- I had leftovers. If seasoned I would have given a higher rating but as is and for the money, I gave it a 3.
